Sean DKami menempah VIP tidur untuk keselesaan dalam perjalanan dari Ninh Binh ke Hue. Bas itu lewat lebih 1 jam dan apabila kami sampai ke bas dengan beg besar kami, mereka tidak meletakkannya di bawah bas mereka hanya melemparkannya ke atas katil tempat kami tidur. Kemudian untuk mengatasi semuanya, saya dan pasangan saya di hadapan 2 kabin dan pemandu dan rakan sekerjanya mula merokok. Yang mana ketinggian kejahilan apabila anda mempunyai muatan bas orang yang merancang untuk tidur tetapi masih perlu menyedut asap dari pemandu. Apabila saya mengatakannya kepada salah seorang lelaki, mereka mentertawakannya dan berkata pemandu itu perlu merokok untuk terus berjaga-jaga. Saya fikir jika anda mempunyai seseorang yang merupakan pemandu yang bekerja untuk syarikat anda, mereka harus diberitahu jika mereka ingin merokok kemudian berhenti bas dan merokok. Kami lebih suka bas berhenti 20 kali untuk asap kemudian menyedut asap untuk kebanyakan perjalanan yang jauh. Saya hampir kehilangan najis saya. Mereka jelas mempunyai bas yang penuh dengan penghantaran juga kerana itulah sebabnya beg kami tidak diletakkan di bawah bas seperti biasa dan banyak perhentian memunggah barang. Mereka mempunyai barang-barang yang disusun di belakang menghalang tandas. Lihat, saya dapat setiap negara mempunyai cara mereka dan bas ini adalah sedikit roller coaster di Asia Tenggara tetapi merokok adalah tepat pada penumpang lain yang cuba tidur. Bagaimanapun secara keseluruhan tiba di sana tepat pada masanya tetapi saya akan cuba mengelakkan syarikat ini sepanjang perjalanan kami jika boleh

maja Pbas baru, sangat selesa dan bersih, berbau harum. ia telah ditangguhkan kira-kira 20 minit tetapi kami tidak kisah. komunikasi dengan syarikat duc duoc sangat bagus- mereka menghantar kami plat bas, dll. pemandu memandu agak selamat, secara keseluruhan bagus walaupun tidak bercakap apa-apa bahasa Inggeris. adalah baik untuk mengatakan dalam bahasa inggeris berapa minit tandas/makan malam berhenti :-)

Joanna KPertama, ia dikendalikan oleh syarikat lain yang kami beli tiketnya. Kami juga terpaksa menukar bas di Lao Cai, yang tidak disebut dalam tiket. Bas kedua sangat kotor tanpa tandas yang berfungsi. Selimut berbau dan secara keseluruhan kualiti bas tidak baik.

Richard CBas berada di bahagian yang lebih tua tetapi separuh penuh. Dijalankan oleh perjalanan An Phu tetapi cukup menyenangkan. Berhenti beberapa kali dalam laluan tetapi menghantar kami terus ke hotel kami yang tidak dijangka. Masa yang diambil adalah tepat seperti yang ditunjukkan pada 12go. Keseluruhan pengalaman yang baik.

Jolien KDon't book with this website. Through the website of 12go.asia I booked a more expensive bus then I found before, because I saw that the other bus company had really bad reviews. But we ended up in the same bus, for more money. Also this bus was seposed to leave 40 minutes later that the tickets 12go.asia booked for us. So we had to wait for a long time. Bus was fine in the end. But I would never book though 12go.asia again!

Goran CThe bus was over an hour late on departure and the drop off was on the outskirts of Hue and not in the city where we would have a few steps to accommodation. If we wouldn't recieve the email with the licence plate number we would have missed the bus. And also the staff was ignoring us for the first part, even when we showed the voucher. We also had to show the email with the licence plate. They even tried to make us only take 2 beds. As we are a family of 3, but we booked and payed for 3 pax so they couldn't do nothing regarding that. And at the next stop they tried it with another group of 3 pax...
The driver that drove the first part, was driving too agressive and they smoked, so the smoke was all over the bus.
The comfort was ok, but with the agressive driving it all got lost as I was all over my space.

Jean JPlease notify us a day in advance to confirm that the bus will depart an hour later than scheduled. On the actual day, the bus was delayed by an additional 20 minutes, and the driver paused for a 30-minute lunch break shortly before reaching Hue, despite our warnings that this would cause us to be late for a tour that was scheduled to start in under an hour.

Dion KThe driver was weirdly touchy (another passenger complained about it too), the bus had to go into the garage halfway to get something checked/fixed, and (but maybe it is always like this) the bus was constantly making a low humming noise, which I can only assume was because the bus driver was not driving in the correct gear (too high) for its speed. Sometimes I would notice him shift gears and the sound go away.

Sam BDriver was very impatient - forcing bikes off the road and other cars to slam on their brakes with unnecessary overtakes. Someone came around and asked for each person's hostel address so we assumed we would get dropped at our hotels, but he seemed to just randomly decide when to throw the next person out. One girl tried to show him that her hotel was totally on the other side of the city, so he just grabbed her wrist and dragged her off the bus.

Sara JThe bus was great, everything as described. Pick up point was well descriped and check in was done smoothly. Also the bus started pretty much on time.
The transfer to airport was done by shuttle van. Between changing the transport we waited for 30 minutes for another bus to come. We had enough time before the flight (3 hours), so that was not the problem. Then they dropped us out at domestic or international departure, which was great.
The less convenient experience we had with smell. I guess we had some fruit duria in storage room, which could we smell also on the bus and the bad smell stayed with us even later, because all the luggage had that smell. The fruit was packed in white boxes and also taped, but still.

Ellen CWe used this company for the two hour drive from Ninh Binh to Hanoi. For some reason this involved having to get into three different vans. I also had to sit at the front with limited leg space between the driver and passenger. At the several stops it was not explained what was going on, how long we would have to wait. However, we did get to the destination on time which I guess is main thing.

We First had to Drive with a transit vehicle to the Bus and he just dropped us off in the middle of nowhere. Would have been nice to know that.

Robert SAfter reading reviews for bus companies I noticed that Tam Kim Chi had some poor reviews so booked with Duc Duong. We showed up early to a station that was an empty shell of a building (not abnormal for SEA) but we only knew it was the station because we know some Vietnamese. The company name was not found anywhere. When a bus arrived at the scheduled time it was a Kim Chi 265 bus. They did not check tickets when boarding, only asking us our destination. I am not sure if Tam Kim Chi and Kim Chi 265 are related.
I am 6'2 188cm and barely fit which was expected. The bus seats and aisles do not accommodate wide bodies, so be aware.
The driving was immediately too fast, passing other road users at every opportunity. This continued with harsh braking and acceleration. Also, the horn was used nearly every five seconds. It was audible at the back of the bus.
The AC worked very well, the TV's did not work except to display someone else's YouTube video. Chargers worked. The WiFi worked most of the time.
At the restroom stop (no bathroom on board) there were six other buses stopping at the same time for two female toilets causing a large line. The driver then started to leave before a passenger that was not yet on the bus appeared in front of it.
They did provide water and blankets. Curtains worked well and bus was not blasting music or anything. The bus was also clean and relatively new.

Alysha GVery rocky due to driving / roads. Didn’t get much sleep but I don’t sleep well on any public transport. Would do it again, bed itself comfy and had privacy. Would have liked a bit more notice on arrival. Woke up and left within 5 mins and would have liked more time. Initially had time set for a wake up but we arrived very early.

Lauren TWe arrived 30 mins before departure time as instructed, we then found out the bus time was not 5pm as booked an infact 5:30. We didn't leave until 6pm and got in 2 hours later than expected. This was probably due to the delivery stops and the need to stop for 30 mins and get the bus jetwashed at 5am....? We unfortunately had 2 seats in the back row of 5. We didn't get a proper bed like everyone else. This made for a very uncomfortable 14 hours where we couldn't stretch our legs out properly or even sit up properly. The bus was a lot older than expected and did not look like what we thought we were booking. Driver was also trying to overtake uphill on blind bends and loved the horn. Overall we got there in one bit though so 1 star for that.

Sara MWas a comfortable bus honestly.
Instructions for boarding were clear. However, the arrival time was set at 6:15 and we got in at 4am to a location that was not the one set on the ticket. I asked the staff member and he looked clueless. I know times are an estimate but 2.15 hours early is a bit ridiculous, we had no accommodation booked for the night and didn’t know where we were. Overall a comfortable ride but just be wary.

Alice JAlmost fell asleep in the Mountains driving 20/km, very scary. Stopped for a minute and within a short amount of time he was driving like a madmen to reach within given time. With very dangerous overmaken thank god we didnt crash.

victor CThey change the bus and location of the departure. WhatsApp service help a little but sometimes informations missing. Bus arrived 40 min before the real time and go 5 min after.
Got sick on the bus because of AC. Also team was really friendly but can’t help you or answer any question. Finally i arrived to my destination. Rating on Vietnamese standard.

Yanina KThe bus was 30 minutes late, the company gave no information about the arrival time and did not reply my messages. After the bus picked us up it broke down 5 minutes into the trip. We had to wait for a new bus. The driver did not know where was the final stop and I had to show him my ticket repeatedly and I had to give him my phone with GPS so he can find the correct place. No help/explanation/apology from the company or the driver was received.

Darryn CWe accidentally went to the wrong DucDuong office before our bus trip from Mui Ne to Ho Chi Minh City but the staff at the office and on WhatsApp that we had been communicating with prior were both so helpful and made sure the bus came to collect us at the second office so that we wouldn't miss it

Peter DRide was good and on time.
The problem was with the bus company at Southern Nha Trang bus station. The lady in the kiosk appeared not to know what she was doing. One man was angry at her and yelling, we could not understand but we assume he missed his bus. For our experience I asked twice about our bus and she told us 9 pm, that's not what ticket said. 2 other couples were waiting also for different busses. At 8:45 pm a man can in and approached the lady and kiosk and was upset. He then told us and 2 other couples to follow him to our bases. They seemed to be waiting for us to leave. Soon as we got on we left. So due to the lady in the booth we almost missed our bus. Please let company know about the employee so she knows or cares when the busses leave and where the busses are.

Георги 3We have arrived to Sapa with ~ 2 hours delay compared to expectation. I gues it was because of too many stops along the way. The bus was not very clean, also some old/broken stuff inside. The toilet at Hanoi station was horrible.
All in all we have arrived, just I would not call it VIP Bus.

michael Wwe booked this bus for 10:45. i got a message to get there for 10:15. we arrived at 10:15 to be told the bus will arrive at 11:30. it turned up at 12:00 which was an 1:15 late. the bus service station was poor in communicating with us.
the bus was a 9 seater with reclining seats and air con which was very comfortable.

Jesper EI do not recommend going with this ones! Not as described in the website. Was 2 changes. First small car to Da Nang, then switch to small bus, and then another with to a small bus. Arriving late. The driver drove very dangerous and was in a bad mood. Not polite or kind!

Maria DGood communication via WhatsApp and we left and arrived more or less on time. There were sufficient breaks. The only negative points were being told a later time to come back after check-in by the local office and then being told via the messenger, i had to be there at the original time and may miss the bus (leading to useless stress since we left at the time indicating by the local office). The second point being the aggressive driving style of the driver. There was constant overtaking with zero visibility leading to many abrupt full stops due to oncoming traffic (which also had to sometimes do a full stop). I saw no other (long-distance) bus drive like this (we overtook many). Other than that, staff was curteous.

Shayne AAVOID AT ALL COSTS. We booked the 8am online, then we’re immediately called and moved to the 9:30am. The point of departure was different though, which they didn’t verbally tell us about, only through WhatsApp which I missed, which meant we had to scramble to find it and get there on time. The staff were rude and pushy getting us on and took all of our snacks off us immediately. The bus itself was very comfortable but there was something wrong with it as alarms and beeps sounded for the whole 6-hours to Lao Cai, with the driver pulling over several times to unsuccessfully inspect. Without any real explanation we were all abruptly herded off the bus to a small, cramped, smelly mini bus for the remaining hour up to Sapa.

Popa AThis was a very pleasant trip.
It has been the first bus that was actually on time, both departure from Sapa and arrival in Hanoi (out of 3 sleeper buses we have taken during our 2 weeks in Vietnam).
The road is very windy, so there's a lot of turns to bare, you might feel a bit more of that if you sit towards the back of the bus.
