Kekurangan Mengembara dengan Bas
- Terminal bas antara bandar mungkin terletak di luar pusat bandar, di pinggir bandar. Hal ini bermakna anda perlu mengira kos masa dan wang tambahan untuk tiba di sana. Di destinasi tertentu, bergerak dari terminal bas boleh memakan belanja yang lebih tinggi daripada yang anda jangkakan kerana hanya sebilangan kecil syarikat pengangkutan sahaja yang dibenarkan untuk menyediakan laluan tersebut. Harganya juga mungkin lebih tinggi.

The supposedly 0530H trip was delayed we left manila AOR at around 8-9am. Although the delays due to road conditions is justifiable but the delay in departure is not. The supposed coaster should have a washroom but it didn't, although they've refunded an amount around php. 250 but the fact that these amenities are presented and already payed the passengers already conditioned their mind about the comfort of the ride but it was just frustrating. Overall the cost, time and comfort is poorly rated compared. If you could do a ground audit yourself about the said trip it would be much better.

Booking voucher indicate to be at the terminal an HOUR before the trip. Reservation time was 2:30 pm. However, the actual time we left from point of origin 3:15 pm. The total travel time was 11 hours instead of 8! Pricey trip in terms of monetary and time spent. What a stressful trip!

The booking said it will take 7 hours and 45 minutes however I was transferred to another bus as I paid for a lazy boy. Then there was a mechanical failure that got us stuck in Atimonan for 4 hours as we had to wait for another bus to rescue us. It took me 12 hours to get to my destination. The bus was very cold that it makes the whole journey very uncomfortable.

The bus did not arrive on time. Which was understandable but the bus has us running from one to another gate..
Warning or advisory was not made very clear. Driver and conductor was a little rude.
At least the man at the gate 1 was kind enough to assist us.

It took almost 17hrs travel to Gubat which is supposed to be 12hrs only.The bus transferred the passengers to another bus somewhere in Albay.Its uncomfortable and difficult for passengers.Travel time is longer (5hrs more)than expected and then suddenly transferred to another bus.

Comfortable naman yung travel ko.
Ayun nga nagbook/reserve ako via online para di na sana hassle. Kahit nakabook online need pumila pa para kumuha ng ticket sa cashier. Okay lang naman sana pumila, pero it took them 10-12 minutes per person na magtransact sa cashier. Andyan na yung bus pero may 6 pang tao na nasa unahan ko. Ayun buti nalang nakiusap ako sa nag-aassist na ipauna ako.

First time to go to PITX and it was around 6:30pm. There’s a lot of people and staff there assisted me on where to go first and directed me to the ticketing booth of the bus company. Ticketing staff assisted me right away since there’s not a long queue. After I got my boarding pass, I ate my dinner since you have many choices on where to eat. The bus is on time and we departed on time, as well. The actual ticket price is around ₱150 less than the price charged when I booked in 12go but that’s fine since it’s my first time to use the online ticketing service. At least now I know where to go and where to book tickets. Thanks 12go!

Confirmation of voucher (for online booking) and the release of boarding pass should be at one location or booth only to avoid back & forth & lessen the long waiting line. Better if the confirmation and release of boarding pass can also be done thru online, same with the airport process.

The reservation with 12go was smooth and fast. However, the trip was terrible. The supposed 8-9 hours trip took 13 hrs. They didn't check well the bus so there was something broken which delayed the trip, the air conditioning was not working well and had to changed bus after over two hours of waiting. Terribly terrible.

I hope you can device a system where passengers especially those who booked ahead or online to just head to the bus. Rather than suffer the long queue getting the signature to check validity of the voucher in the 2nd flr then line-up again to exchange voucher for ticket in the 1st flr. It's tedious and it's certainly NOT for senior citizens and pwd passengers.

The only problem I encountered is regarding the booking schedule re boarding point, wherein my booking ticket is Aurora Blvd. terminal but they send me to EDSA station because as they reasoned out that Daet trips are jst assigned in EDSA terminal, without considering the effort and additional fare to be spent in these transfers. Kindly advise your partner booking company about this. And they should refund the additional charge they take due to this situation.

the 2nd driver of Bus No. 1431 (quezon to naga leg) almost had us run into an accident when he overtakes other vehicles. We gasped everytime he tries to do this. And it happened multiple times during his time to drive. I hope the management checks their dashcams and see what this driver is doing. It isn't safe to drive that fast.

The whole trip/experience could have been a lot better if not for the long delay. The assigned bus was supposed to depart 3:45pm but we were able to depart almost 10pm. The bus did not arrive to the bus terminal on time. According to some bus operator personnel, the bus got stuck in traffic somewhere in CamSur due to some road works. Anyway, 6+ hours delay is too long and they could have done a better job in their scheduling.

The overall experience with the bus is good.
This is my first time booking with PH bus, so I expect that your hotline is available for my inquiries but no answer from the numbers stated on my voucher.
I will not recommend PH bus to other passengers, I will still go with manual reservation.
