Der Bus hatte 3h Verspätung und es war dir ganze Zeit nicht klar wann er kommt (wären fast in den falschen Bus gestiegen hätte uns die nette Dame vom Büro nicht geholfen). Sind ungefähr dann 10km gefahren und der Bus hat wieder 30min Pause gemacht. Die Leute um einen waren sehr laut, mehrere Kinder waren im Bus und es war nicht besonders angenehm. Wir hätten auch fast unseren Stopp verpasst weil niemand und wirklich geweckt hat. Würde ich eher nicht empfehlen😅

The van itself was excellent. Appreciated getting picked up at the hotel and being dropped off in Ninh Binh at the eco resort which was a further 2 km away. The driving was crazy but I guess it's normal here. Would give 5 if there was clearer communication as to what's going to happen when we get closer to the destination. We have stopped at some junction, the driver went for a smoke and told everyone to get out. Then we were told to go with someone else. Now I know this is very common so not worried when it does happen.

Nous avons voyagé avec la compagne avec la compagnie Cat ba discovery de Hanoi à Cat Ba et de Cat ba à Nin Bimh. Tout s'est parfaitement bien passé ! Les bus sont confortables. Le personnel prévenant. On vient vous chercher et on vous dépose à votre hôtel. Tous les horaires ont été respectés. La compagnie a même accepté d'annuler un trajet que nous avions réservé en double par erreur. Rien à redire.

Der Bus war sehr sauber und relativ neu. Einer der besten in Vietnam. Eine Fusstütze wäre noch ganz praktisch gewesen. Das Personal war sehr nett.
Ein Stern Abzug weil die Abfahrt sich um eine halbe Stunde verzögert hat und wir dann insgesamt eine Stunde später ankamen. In unserem Fall war das nicht so schlimm.

The seats were tiny and theres several stops in Ninh Binh where you can get off. So we showed the guide our hotel adress in order to find out which stop would be closest.... but the guide told us wrong. But besides that an overall good experience, everything clean, the bus picked us up at the hotel and we were (close) on time.

Cette compagnie n’est pas top, le bus est très sale, inconfortable, les prises ne marche pas, pas de Wifi, retard d’une heure à l’arrivée. Tout ça pour 22€ l’aller Cat Ba-Ninh Binh un peu cher pour les services.

The vehicle was clean and comfortable and on time. The communication was helpful. Due to the heavy rain there was a lot of water on the roads. At times it felt unsafe as the driving wasn't adjusted to suit the conditions.

Right after the booking they contacted me about the trip. Then, nothing. I received no driver confirm and no van plate confirm. I reached out the night before to find out what time I would be picked up and got no response. Hours later I called and someone answered after about 10 rings. Then the line was silent. Got a message from another WhatsApp number saying they couldn’t contact me because their line was blocked. And then nothing. I asked for driver info they said ok and then nothing. The morning of pickup came and still nothing. Then finally from a third number got van confirm that said I would be picked up in 20 min. He arrived in 3 min. It was so frustrating with lack of communication. Will pick different company next time. There are plenty to choose from.

The service was incredibly well organized. I booked transportation by bus and ferry to Cat Ba. We had a typhoon that caused a shutdown of all ferry services, but I didn’t even notice it because the bus took us directly to a cable car, which we took instead. Another bus was waiting for us on the island.

Overall, the trip was great. The limousine was clean and almost new. The idea of picking up and dropping off in the place each passenger stays is amazing. But the driver rode too fast in Tam Coc. It is not the place to ride fast, was unnecessary and generate peril to the other people who was cycling or walking.

Everything was great except the coffee stop. You should choose another place more cleaner and more cheaper. We paid 60 000 Vnd for a very bad coffee that we throw away.

Communication was excellent. We even were taken from our Hotel in Hanoi to our home stay in nihn bihn, no extra cost.
Therefore however the departure and arrival time can differ as multiple stops have to be considered with multiple people going. But the communication is really quick and not a hussle at all.
We even booked the way back again because we were really satisfied and can absolutely recommend!

Front middle seat with zero leg room. Simple seat belt (no three point), with a broken clip. I tied it into a knot for basic safety. 20 mins late without comms saying so (we had a WhatsApp chat)

The bus was more then an hour late and the people working on the bus we’re very rude. Pushing us in and shouting in Vietnamese. The sleeping cabins were too small for most westeners (even I with my 170cm lenght could not fully stretch out) and the beds were very small.
