Except the first pickup at koh chang, the trip was good. Minibus would be appreciated from hotel to pier at koh chaang. The way back to bangkok was great, the driver incredible !

connections are oké.Friendly staff, good mini van, but… The Ferry was dangerously old! The way the mini van was driven was agressive and dangerous (inches behind the bumpers of other drivers on the road). we had two young kids in the van. We didn’t feld very safe.

Bonne orga, fiable. Bus ok, vieux ferry ok, transport hôtel ok, équipage & chauffeur sympas. Enchaînement du tout un peu à la speed quand même. Il ne faut pas traîner ni à la pause pipi, ni dans les changements. L'aller a duré 5h30, j'ai vu que le trajet retour prenait le double de temps ... Bizarre.

The boottrip to the mainland was fine. However, the bus frist had to drop people at a parking lot zo they coups transfer to a minivan to Pathaya. For thuis, the driver had to make a detour. Then, it turned put to be the wrong meeting point, so it took even longer. There were people that had to catch a plane that became very worried that they would miss it. The driver later stoppen the bus once again because a previous passenger had left his phone on the bus. This again took time and people were getting really angry. The driver did not tell us what was going on zo this was very confusing. We were more Than 1 hour late at the AirPort link station wherry taxi drivers refused to take us to town because of traffic. We onlusten arrived at our hotel after 10 p.m.

Ехали с ко куда на ко Чанг . Прямо на сайте в графе место указала Отель, из которого нас надо было забрать. Такси приехало с задержкой в 5 минут, то есть во время????. Помог загрузить и выгрузить вещи . На пирсе несколько сотрудников следили, чтобы каждый уехал именно на том пароме, какой нужен. С моей стороны не было никаких звонков и напоминаний о себе - все вовремя. Я довольна! Спасибо)

Der Schalter ist sehr leicht zu finden. Er ist sehr gut mit Werbebanner und Schildern zu erkennen. Direkt rechts bevor das Pier betreten wird. Die freundliche Dame hatte unsere Online bestellten Tickets bereits in Papierform vorliegen und gab sie uns. Sie gab uns die Hälfte des Tickets. Die Fähre liegt am Ende des Piers rechts. Der Herr dort hatte das komplette Ticket erwartet. Nach dem wir erklärten das die Dame am Schalter das Ticket bereits entwertet hatte ließ er uns ohne Problem durch. Die Fähre ist sauber und schnell. Das Personal ist freundlich. Grüße Klaus

I was traveling from Bangkok to Ko Mak. Everything, starting from the bus shuttle, ferry travel, ending with the shuttle to my hostel, was smooth. It’s a lot of action; A bus ride, shuttle to the ferry, Tuk to the hostel... It might confuse you when you travel in Thailand for the first time, but in general you get the point how it works. If you don’t understand where to go or whom to follow, just ask the crew members or other travelers and you will be just fine.

Koh Chang to Bangkok. I was used to a different bus ticket system as I would recieve a ticket for each stop stated, but for this one the bus agent just gives you a sticker and boat ticket so I was confused and took me awhile to realise each sticker has a different destination name on it and thats their system. Had I known, it would’ve saved me some paranoia. Otherwise the boat and bus ride was good.

Everything went perfect. The Car/Bus at Khao San Boonsiri could even leave a few minutes before 5 after everyone was on their seat.. sadly the aircon was broke but they arrange an other Bus in a very fast time and we could continue travel just 5minutes later. Amazing.. free water and some snack including. And a short 10 Minute stop for Toilette and Smokers.. we arrived at the Pier in Time and the driver drove very safe... we will definitly do that again if we go to koh Kood/ Mak/ Chang. We traveled with a 6 Month Old Baby and everythig went great. She could even sleep durin travel..

El bus es cómodo pero el trasbordo al ferry (que no es de la empresa sino un ferry público) es con nulas indicaciones y puede resultar confuso. También intentan venderte un taxi desde el muelle en la isla hasta tu hotel a un precio más alto que el que se consigue cuando llegas a la isla.

Less well organized than my trip from Bangkok to Koh Mak. We stopped at 13:15 in a place where we could by some snacks. We could order some food also but everything was written in Thai. So I didn’t take anything except fruits..

Our booking experience with 12goAsia was excellent. Information on the site is clear, the booking process is easy, the confirmation arrives very fast. However. we were picked up from our hotel half an hour earlier than indicated. You may want to put on the confirmation that the pickup time is flexible both ways.

Scheduled for 10am high speed ferry. Instead we were all put on regular car ferry at 9:30. Never saw a high speed ferry at all. Bus left at noon. Excellent bus. Clean, fast had 1 stop. Arrived at Lard Krabang on time. Easy connection.

The trip was fine overall, but there were a few annoyances: we first got onto a bus from Kao San Soonsiri that took us literally 5 minutes away before stopping. We were then told to get off and hop onto another bus. I think the reason was that the first one was only half full and they wanted to have just one be packed instead. From there we drove several hours and about 45 minutes before reaching Rayong's pier, we were again told to get off the bus and hopped into a mini-van. We then reached the pier and took a ferry to Koh Samet. Fine overall but the 3 bus switches were annoying.

Het was ons niet duidelijk dat we eerst 5 uur in de bus zaten. We dachten dat we vanuit bangkok met der niet zouden gaan. De bus was oké. Onderweg nog een stop. Bij de pier was het druk en chaotisch en lange wachttijd voor de wc.Boot reis was goed en de tuk tuk lekker snel.

Départ avec 20 min de retard mais arrivée à l’heure. Bus super confortable, bateau qui fait peur au premier abord mais traversée très agréable. Pour un extra de 150Bath/pers le van vous dépose à votre hotel.

It was great!! Would have been better though if the route to the destination was explained a bit more in details ( pick up van, change to bigger bus and then ferry). And maybe a contact number to the driver who picked up the passenger. But great service!! Will use it again and recommend to friends. Michelle

Ferry and bus should be more coordinated, we waited 45 min at the Ban Phe pier. Also, bus should go all the way to Ban Phe and not stop in the middle, the second bus we got was incredibly crowded and smelly.
