Everything was perfect! The staff is very nice and they care about all passengers. You don’t pay much money for a long way and even get a coupon for a free meal in the break and after a dessert in the bus:)

Bus war zu kalt und auf Hälfte der Strecke ein paar Meter vor der Tankstelle kam er nicht weiter wegen Kraftstoffmangel.

The conditions in the bus was good enough. But I propose to state in your pdf voucher the exact point of arrival, maybe with a visible map. The visible map would also be helpful when indicating the start point. You take a paper sheet and everything is clear. Also would be helpful to produce while boarding only the screen shot of the voucher, or even simply a number with the owner's passport.

The express bus was great. Decent amount of room and quite comfortable, USB ports at each seat, and water, snack and dinner (at rest stop) included. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the service here. I was nervous about riding a bus in SE asia with everything that I've heard. From the start they offered me water, and a waiting room and came and got us for boarding. The ride included a meal, water and a snack. It was a very comfortable ride, I will definetly go through this company for future trips. There were no hiccups or delays.

It was a hassle free booking. We were assisted by the staffs accordingly. The driver of the designated bus which is EAGLE is really good. We arrived earlier than expected.

Sehr angenehme Fahrt und nette Fahrer. Der Bus war zwar nicht mega luxuriös jedoch total ausreichend und für den Preis OK. Lediglich die Klimaanlage war sehr kalt eingestellt und konnte auch nicht ausgeschaltet werden, weshalb viele Passagiere die Nacht über sehr gefroren haben.

ทุกอย่างโดยดีรวมนะ แต่ว่า ไวไฟก้อไม่มี ถือว่าไม่เปงไร ส่วนอาหารบุฟเฟต์ ไม่ระเบียบ และ ส่วนผ้าห่ม ยิ่งไม่โอเคค่ะ เพราะ ด้ายหลุดติดเสื้อผ้ามาเต็มเร๊ยยยย อย่างน้อยดูแล ปรับปรุงให้มากขึ้นนะค่ะ

Das angekündigte Wifi war im Bus nicht vorhanden. Die Fahrt war eine der komfortabelsten Varianten in Thailand eine lange Strecke zu bewältigen. Im Gegensatz zum Nachtzug nur zu empfehlen, auch wenn wir sehr skeptisch waren und gerne nochmal den Zug genommen hätten.

Ticket de repas non utilisé car pas d'info claire et de toute façon je n'ai rien perdu : immangeable selon un couple de français croises à la descente du bus. Sinon confort plus que convenable pour le prix. À refaire

Autant 12go est un service de billeterie très pratique afin de réserver des Bus VIP d'autres compagnies thaïes de très bonne qualité, ce que je fais courrament par leur intermédiaire, autant la qualité de leurs propres Bus, pour les lignes orchestrées par eux mêmes, passé le premier contact très positif de la vue de l'engin flambant "neuf" et l'intérieur au top ! est nettement de qualité moindre. Quand on voit ce que proposent les autres compagnies thaïes en Bus VIP comme qualité de siège (j'en ai même eu avec un système de massage intégré), avec des tarifs bien moindres, on se demande comment ils ont fait leur compte pour inventer des fauteuils aussi peut accueillants et inconfortables ! De plus, la salle d'attente au siège de la société proche de Hualamphong est une salle sans équipement aucun. Ce qui fait qu'en bon "farang"....tout les touristes non asiatiques se retrouvent affalés comme à leurs habitudes, à même le sol, écroulés sur leurs sacs à dos ! Ça jure un peu pour du VIP ! Quand on connait les salles d'attente des compagnies thaïes, fauteuils, télé....!!! Bref, aller 12go, encore un petit effort ....et on va y arriver. Il y a déjà les hôtesses qui parlent un anglais super correct, ce serait dommage de sombrer dans la médiocrité "khaosan" !

VIP bus from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. 1/3 the cost of a flight, seats more comfortable than a plane but the bus sways a lot! WIFI and TV were included on our ticket, but the bus had no WIFI and the TV was never turned on. Free snacks and meal are just that - freebies, so don't expect much. Free water available at 12go office and on bus, as well as at stopover. Worst part was a drunk Irish man who was yelling for beers at the stopover and smoking on the bus. Blankets are provided, but I'd dress warmly to prepare for the A/C blasting all night!

VIP-Bus hält was er verspricht. Rundum-Sorglospaket. Bildschirm mit Filmen Kopfhörer, Decke, Wasser, Snack und Abendessen, englischsprachige Mitarbeite, ausreichend Platz, sauberes WC, Abfahrtsort in Bangkok direkt beim Hauptbahnhof Hua Lamphong. Fahrt über Nacht. Reise war jeden Cent wert.

The first minivandriver was not very friendly and kind of wild on the road. He picked up a lot of extra people along the way for short distances. Once in phantim office everything went okay and smooth.

Everything worked well and we reached our destination in time. However, the minibus ride was quite bumpy/hectic, because the driver was switching lines a lot. In addition, we had to wait a rather long time between Ferry and Minibus. I wish the schedule would have been more transparent upfront.

Even though I showed my ticket to the bus attendant, they put me on the airport bus; later, I returned from the airport to the company I had originally traveled with, went back to the city with them, and from there crossed over to the island of PKUET. This mistake caused me to lose about 2–3 hours.

The transfer from the boat terminal towards our hotel was in an old car ( call it a van). All the other transfers were great. At the boat terminal there was a strange situation. An old woman pushed us to take this old car and what looked for us as the official driver agreed with that. The official driver took our tickets but didn’t drive us to the hotel. After a long day of transfer this was the only remark. The comfort in the last vehicle was poor. The comfort during the other transfers was good.
