Wir fanden unsere Bootsfahrt sehr angenehm. Beim Empfang wurde das Gepäck entgegen genommen und aufs Boot gebracht. Der Wartebereich war schattig und mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet. Auf dem Boot waren die Sitze bequem und die AC gut eingestellt. Wir würden wieder mit Wahana reisen.

Super Organisation - nach der Buchung gab Infos über WhatsApp. Direkt bei der Ankunft wird das Gepäck abgenommen und entsprechend des Zielhafens markiert. Nach dem Check In kann man im Café warten und geht dann gemeinsam mit allen zum Boot am Anleger. An Board gibt es ein Wasser und die Fahrt war angenehm und alles sehr pünktlich, nur die Klimaanlage fast zu kalt.

Die Abfahrt und der Check-In erfolgte problemlos, lediglich die Luft in dem Boot war trotz der klimaanlage schlimm, es war als würde man Gase einatmen. Die Fahrt war super, erst die Einfahrt in den Hafen bei Gili Trawangan verzögerte sich um 30-45 Minuten und das Boot musste warten bis es a den Steg anlegen konnte. Im Gesamten OK

Check in is in billabong cafe. Process was smooth and boat was on time. Boat is a bit cramped but not too bad. Air conditioning is working. It's actually a bit too cold. Better to sit upstairs if you are sea sick

It was just perfect! We had the 13.30 boat, arrived a bit late at 13.00 but that was no problem. Boarding started at exactly at 13.30. When we arrived we were greeted by a staff member, our suit cases were taken out by the staff from the cab. Got our tickets and grabbed a beer. The boat was comfy, great seats and good airco. Staff was helpful on the boat. Smooth sealing! Will use them again for sure. You pay a bit more, worth the money.

El shuttle bus lamentable, en vez de dejar a los pasajeros en los puntos de destino, ofrecía un servicio extra de 50.000 IDR por llevar a cada pasajero a su hotel, por lo que retrasó nuestro viaje

Anders als bei vielen Bewertungen hier lief bei uns alles nach Plan und gut. Lediglich der Sun-Deck Platz war nicht möglich. Aber in der Kabine war es durch die Klimaanlagen auch angenehm. Danke!

The promised air conditioner wasn't working, so only the windows were open.
Our Shuttle from harbour to Sanur was terrible. With 5 people we had a small car, two seater was filled with 3 people... overall it was not OK!!

They tell you to get there an hour early but you don’t need to because you just stand around and wait. Instead of departing at 8:30am, we walked to the ferry at that time and left at 9:00am. We arrived before 10:30am which is slightly early. I did not get seasick at all, even though i was really hungover :) Would totally recommend!

Everything was smoothy. The ship was super comfortable and there was AC. Check-in super easy and people friendly and helpful. We arrived almost 20min late to Gili Air, but still was great.

After reading all the negative reviews of peoples trips to the Gilis I was nervous about this journey. However our experience with Wahana was fantastic - they let families with small kids & babies board first, were well organised, departed on time, and the aircon worked well.

The ticket was for **Gili Air**, but we were unexpectedly dropped off in **Lombok** instead. From there, we were transferred to Gili Air on a small boat that **did not meet even basic standards of comfort and safety**.
The whole experience was poorly organised and very disappointing. **I would not recommend this operator.**

The ship itself was good. However, getting off the ship was an absolute nightmare. There were way too many people at the landing stage, and it was not well communicated where the luggage was.
The worst part was that we hadn’t even left the ship yet, and there were already so many people offering taxis while we were still trying to find each other and locate our luggage. People were also directly holding flyers in our faces as we were getting off. Extremely intrusive.
I have never experienced anything similar. Complete chaos.

When you book the trip its written it takes 1,5 hours... But overall it took 3,5 hours... On the Bali harbour was a big trafficjam about the arriving boats... So we had to wait very long on the sea to get the one place in the harbour

The boat was delayed by two hours, and we received no explanation, no apology, and no compensation whatsoever from Wahana Virendra.
On top of that, the journey itself took approximately three hours instead of the two hours and fifteen minutes advertised on the website. We were supposed to arrive in Gili Air at 3:15 PM, but we eventually arrived at 7:00 PM. We therefore lost an entire afternoon, which seriously disrupted all of our plans.
What is even more disappointing is that there seems to be no way to request a refund or even contact 12Go to obtain any compensation for this major delay and the inconvenience caused.
This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the lack of communication and customer service from the company.
The only positive point was that the boat itself was relatively comfortable.

The fastboat was 1.5 Hours Belated and took nearly 3 Hours instead of 1.5 Hours like announced. The shared Van was a bus with another dozen people, which took a longer way via Ubud, what would have been for us a two hours longer ride to the Airport what made us book a grab and we had the additional costs for that.

We set sail 2.5 hours later than scheduled, and the voyage took an extra hour due to stops, even though a different travel time had been advertised(
