The Vietnam Airlines staff at Da Nang airport was really nice and helpful. We accidentally paid for additional baggage which wasn’t needed and we were upgraded to business class. Overall a great experience.

Our flight had to turn Back to Hanoi Airport because of technical problems. That was a little bit frightened. Six hours later we finally arrived with another airplane puh quoc. The second flight was good and professional!

we ordered 2 return tickets. Got confirmation for one. We waited 3 days for confirmation (the day before we were supposed to leave) for the other without it coming. Then we wrote to customer service and were told that something went wrong ??! Wtf! Fortunately Booking.com works so we ordered the return tickets we needed there. So we will use booking.com in the future as it works.
