The busride was very good, driver drove calmly on the bendy road from Ipoh to Cameron Highlands. Bus was an hour late though, which is common but the time on 12go is not correct! It says 1h13m but not even a fast car could make it that fast, it takes an hour more so 2h15m (without traffic).

Bus was on time. Nice and clean and comfortable. Driver was safe and drove responsibly. Only down side is there was no stops for food as stated when booking. We stopped half way in Ipoh which was just a toilet block and no food whatsoever. Not good as this route was over lunch time.

The journey was delayed on the way up due to Friday traffic and the bus only stopped once for a bathroom break so was struggling by the end of the journey. Apart from that it was an easy and cheap way to travel

The bus was nice, very comfy, and we had lots of space (very different from the planes) I don't give them 5 stars cause in the middle of the trip they made us move to another bus, but besides that everything else was perfect.

The driver's behaviour was really bad. Talking on the phone while driving, he did not stop to go to the toilet in a 5 hour trip. Only stop ones when somebody asked and he was leaving when people still out. (They had ro run for the bus)We were sitting on the first seat and there was not seatbelts working.

Fancy bus driving fast to Tanah Rata. It makes 1 bathroom stop at a gas station and then stops in Ipoh to pick up more people. You have to pay 1rg additional on the bus station at Butterworth to do the check in and have your tickets.

The driver missed stops along the way, and left us in Penang instead of George Town. Everyone was confused. One passenger had to take a bus back to Ipoh because he went past her stop, and one had to take a bus back to Butterworth because he missed his stop.
The driver seemed in a hurry.

The bus driver was on his phone the ENTIRE time. Playing video games full-volume. My boyfriend asked him to stop playing games while driving, but he continued to text on WhatsApp. Maybe not reflective of the company as a whole, but we felt it was very unsafe and the company should not employ drivers who aren’t capable of driving safely.
