honestly the bus was 3 hours past the time. and the instructor wasn't very friendly. when we stopped off for food no instructions were clear and it felt hectic and rushed.

Die Fahrt war gut und kurzweilig. Die Abfahrt erfolgte pünktlich und die Ankunft war nach nicht ganz 12 Stunden. Es wurde einmal eine Pause gemacht und ich empfand das auch als ausreichend. Leider gibt es für Touristen keine Anweisungen an der Grenze von den Busfahrern. Kaum Englisch der Fahrer

The AC wasn't working at first but the staff (who were very nice) stopped the bus a few times and brought a technician to fix it. The rest of the rode was pretty smooth, with a 30min stop for food. The AC is very strong, so bring something to cover up.
They also bring you a blanket, juice box and bread.
We didn't encounter too much traffic, yet arrived to phuket 3.5 hours later than planned, so bear that in mind. Overall, for the cost of it, it was worth it.

drive was okay! couldnt really sleep but expected it that way as there were just seats. bus was on time. AC would blow straight in your face which is really bad - take a silk towel or whatever with you to put over your head and a hoodie oc! Mid way we suddenly stopped somewhere to have a noodle soup that we would get with our bus ticket. Announcements were just in thai so I just copied everything the others were doing. The bus driver was really kind! you need to improve AC + english announcements!

it was convenient. there is a small toilet. the rear seats are comfortable, but the woman who works and helps during the trip was sleeping right behind us, on the floor and her legs touched ours, it was not very comfortable. I also woke up from her alarm clock, which rang for 10 minutes until we woke her up. They gave out a blanket, buns, juice and water. there was a stop at 23:30 with a free dinner on the ticket.

Czas podróży znacznie dłuższy niż podany na bilecie.
Nikt nie wspomniał o zmianie pojazdu w trakcie podróży i dodatkowych kosztach z tym związanych,ale dojechaliśmy tam gdzie chcieliśmy a przewoźnik zorganizował wszystko.
Ogólnie ciekawe doświadczenie, poznać Tajlandię taką jaka jest, a nie tylko z pięknych zdjęć z internetu.

Der Bus ist pünktlich losgefahren. Während der Fahrt gab es Wasser, sowie Saft und einen kleinen Snack. Abendessen gab es auch, allerdings leider erst um halb 12 in der Nacht. Insgesamt war die Fahrt in Ordnung und man konnte sogar einigermaßen gut schlafen.

Hat alles gut geklappt. Wir waren zu faul extra zum Busterminal zu fahren bzw. hatten wenig Zeit, daher online hier gebucht.
Es gab eine Flasche Wasser und einen Snack unterwegs. Auch ein warmes Essen während einer Pause außerhalb war möglich. Es hat uns nur niemand darauf hingewiesen. Wir haben gesehen, dass die anderen Fahrgäste etwas essen. Daraufhin haben wir uns auch eingereiht. Ticket mitnehmen, dann ist das Essen inklusive. Es war lecker.
Bus war pünktlich.

there were a couple of little kids sitting behind me who were noisy and kept playing around with the curtain and generally being annoying...
and although the bus wasn't driving slowly, it was about an hour late arriving at Mochit... maybe lost 15-20 minutes due to (predictable) bad traffic in Bangkok... but the schedule should represent a plausible journey time.

เพิ่งลองใช้บริการครั้งแรก ก็ตรงตามที่หลายๆคนรีวิว คือภายในรถ ค่อนข้างเก่า บางอย่างชำรุด พอรับได้ และรอบนี้
ได้ที่นั่งชั้นล่าง สัมผัสกลิ่นแรกเข้าไปคืออื๊บมากๆ กลิ่นตัวชาวต่างชาติ บนกลิ่นอัพของภายในห้องชั้นล่าง พอแง้มประตูก็สุดกลิ่นห้องน้ำได้ทันที เบาะนั่งพอรับได้ แต่ผ้าห่มไม่ได้ลองใช้งาน

The driver was a great,support lady was great and fellow passangers was great.The speed for the bus was safe.There is only one area of improvements required, more English is required from the driver and support lady especially foreigners from English speaking countries.

The most important thing, getting from point A to B, happened so I'm pleased.
Few negatives though: I'm 186 cm and I wasn't able to straighten my legs properly. Had poor sleep because I woke up having my knees paralyzed. I'm not exactly young anymore so that might have something to do with discomfort.
The other thing is there seemed to be confusion between other passangers about food offered. There was talk about vouchers that enable one warm meal during a stop. No such voucher, however, was given to us. We were sort of relying on that. We were offered water and snack.
Don't expect luxury. Have something to eat if need be. You'll be fine

It was an 11 hour trip from Bangkok to Chiang Mai.
The driver drove really well, nice relaxing journey.
We got given a bottle of water, carton of juice and some bread crisps not long after we left bus station. Stopped off for lunch half way through the journey. Bus was comfortable. Aircon was just right. The coach left on time and arrived on time. My husband and myself Actually did enjoy this long journey. Would definitely book with the company again. Everything was great

Bus was on time, we got snacks and even stopped at a foot court at around 11:30pm which was a bit late but had great options and we even got a voucher for a free meal there. Seats could be declined very far.
The bus stops at different locations where people get on and off but it wasn’t too loud. Toilet was small but at least we had one. Overall good option to travel

Bus was really old but services provided were ok (blanket, orange juice, water, snacks and one stop for free food). Main problem was that bus was stopping all the time with new people coming in and out which made it almost impossible to sleep. Also the airco was super strong and couldn’t be turned off.

Nach 2 Stunden Fahrt 20min Pause, WC aber auch im Bus vorhanden. Zu Fahrtbeginn Flasche Wasser, Päckchen Saft und Snack. Fuhr pünktlich ab, die meisten stiegen am Abzweig zum Flughafen Trat und zu Inseln aus. Handvoll Einheimische, die in kleineren Orten auf der Strecke ausstiegen. Am Busterminal Trat bestand auch die Möglichkeit, Songthaew zu nehmen.

We departed on time from Mochit in Bangkok and I arrived to phang nga bus station 30 minutes early despite making a few stops along the way. The bus was uncomfortable and quite cold even with being able to change the direction of airflow.

Alles Ok. Abfahrt war pünktlich. Es gab nicht wie beschrieben eine kostenlose Mahlzeit dafür aber Wasser, Saft und einen Snack.
Kurz vor Trat wurde gestoppt und man hatte die Möglichkeit per Taxi zur Fähre nach Koh Chang oder Koh Mak gebracht zu werden. Das ganze war vorher nicht anegkündigt und es herrschte etwas Verwirrung. Für 180 Baht pro Person für Taxi und Fähre (Taxi 100 / Fähre 80) ging es dann zur Fähre nach Koh Chang.

Bus ride overnight was really good for the price. Snacks, little orange juice and water was distributet at the start of the trip. Space was enough if you know the person next to you. Otherwise it could be a bit uncomfortable. Seat was big enough for me (1,85m) but headrest should be removable. It was at the height of my shoulders. Stop for included meal was at midnight. Food wasn‘t looking very good, had to overcome my caution. It tasted ok. Everything else was really good.

All though journey was perfect.
But the seat numbers which i got from the 12go was exactly same as operator and as boarding started we got totally different seats.
If you are Vegetarian then it is hardly recommended to manage your food during the journey.
For vegetarian, the food they provide is not even up to the mark.
Overall experience we got with 12go is fantastic. We got every details perfectly from 12go. Thank you.

I booked the ticket on app in Chinese ver, the description of seat plan for upper and lower deck were translated wrongly, swap between in Chinese and English when I checked in English after booked. The contact of 12go said unable to change the seat as their position not in place for managed. They asked me to ask for change the seat for the counter but that person seems not good in English or she ignored what I request then issue the ticket right away even that moment was not that busy.
Anyway, lower deck isn't that bad luckily. The attendance of the coach was helpful and nice. The intermediate should have 1 more for long journey to let somebody go restroom and leg rest. The meal was nice, clean and cheap（start from 25 bhat to 30 bhat）

Compare to the previous nightmare , the bus from Bangkok to Nakhon Phanom was very nice , it has USB for charging , not dripping water when raining . Aircond is fine . So , you really need to improve the buses from Hatyai to Bangkok , customers pay money not to get wet and inconvenience.

Das Fahrzeug war zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dafür konnte man die Sitze recht weit nach hinten kippen, um zu schlafen. Außerdem wurden eine Decke (die Klimaanlage war sehr kalt eingestellt), Getränke und Snacks sowieso eine kostenlose Mahlzeit an einer Raststation zur Verfügung gestellt.

I am 1,90m tall
Wanted to change seat in the bus, because I am too tall for that seat.
Got denied. I get that I cannot sit on seats that will be occupied later. But there was enough space in the bus.
It would have been easy to give me another seat that is 10x more comfortable and has enogh leg space for me. But no, they didn't care.
This is actually my first unhappy experience in Thailand. I really enjoy your country.
But I do not enjoy your bus staff.
I was upset.
