Easy and fast check in at Chiang Mai, very friendly staff in the plain , just in time starting and 20 min earlier arriving at Phuket! Luggage claim was also fast. We can fully recommend the airline and have just booked the next flight with them.

Not made clear when bought online that only hand luggage was free and that check in luggage was charge as extra even though mine was under 15kg. Check in on the day at the aéroport was even more expensive! No basic drinks or food provided free of charge. So overall, ticket cost ended up 3x more expensive than other much better company. Very disappointed than it was not made bold clear when bought ticket online.

j'ai rencontré des difficultés pour obtenir ma carte d'embarquement : le bureau n'a pas voulu comprendre que mon "nom" suivi du terme "épouse" est identique à mon passeport qui porte le "même nom "suivi du terme "ep.". il a fallut que je rachète un billet pour aller à Bangkok. Je déplore cette situation car le soir j'étais avec des papiers identiques sur un vol international à Bangkok et je n'ai eu AUCUNE difficulté pour avoir ma carte d'embarquement.

I appreciated the ease of booking with you guys. As you were close to the train station & open to help right away. As I perfer to use an agent, instead of trusting the visa buying of online purchasing, (which has been frustrating at times).The warm friendliness of your staff allowed all my questions about different choices, to be sorted out ahead of time, without me feeling like was another number. Personel near the gate was not friendly. They did not speak in english. The flight was delayed for more than one hour and we did not receive any information from gate personel. About the Flight - it was great actualy.. flight five stars personal in gate b2 1 star.

Overall ok experience. Crew was friendly and professional. Flight was on time. We mostly slept through the whole flight as it departed at 10pm and we had a busy day. The only disappointment or rather surprise was that 24 hours before the flight I have received an email from customer service about our new itinerary. the flight was departing 11:40pm instead of 10pm. I am glad that on the day of travel I have checked the airport flight tracker as the flight was still scheduled to leave at 10pm instead of 11:40. So we turned up at the airport to our original flight time which was a good decision as the flight was on time and no more service to Bangkok on that night. Otherwise we would have simply missed it.

Fast Check in and security at the airport in Bangkok. Plane was on time, friendly flight attendants. Only negative thing was that the the airline didn’t provide free beverages.

The operator should be understanding and not act or implement cheap European airline like rules like. Example for the cargo hold baggage there was no option for me to do it at the time of checkin. Instead I had to pay more extra than the actual online price for the Check-in bag, That’s really bad !! It should be the same price as the online price.
Maybe you should reconsider this policy.
It’s a pity because next time I would prefer to travel with an airline which has that flexibility.
Also there was no complimentary snack service for a 1Hr 30mins Flight. Not a good thing !

I'm used to needing to check in a day in advance, so it was a bit confusing to me that I couldnt check in more than 2 hours in advance.
