กัปตันแจ้งเวลาลงเครื่องไม่ถูกต้อง แต่พูดแก้ไขแล้ว การลงจอดที่สนามยินน่านนครไม่นิ่มนวล เด็กหรือผูสูงอายุหรือผูมีปัญหาสภาพ อาจตกใจ ได้ง่าย ขอทางบริษัทปรับปรุงด้วยคะ

Easy to book. Only the people in the office from the ferry are not informed about the travel agency phantam They told us that we go to the ferry. The worker there told us we must go to the office and so on….. The trip was ok. The flight was ok. Attention for the weight of your luggage. I have to pay 1700 baht for 5 kg overweight The 15 kg luggage weight cost 450 baht. The next Level 20 kg , I didn’t know only 59 bath more

Everything worked very smooth, which actually surprised me. There were no queues, the personal was very friendly. Planes are made for shorter people but the staff helped to accommodate if there were free spots with more space for legs. Everything was on time.

Very good communication. Kind gentlemen waited with sign at the airport to escort us to our taxi minivan. Also the driver was very accommodating and friendly and a good and clean van. I can highly recommend this

Great flight. Great service. Managed to somehow double book my seat on this flight, and they were really cooperative and helpful about sorting out the issue, and refunding the extra payment.

As aircraft was half empty, all seats for tall people with extra legs space were available. Me as very tall I try to seat on those seats but air hostess wouldn't allow me to do so. I was very disappointed. I have never experienced this with another world wide companies.

We took of and landed well. It is a flying buss. In the airport, if you speak in English, you can find your way around. Staff was helpful and helped us to figure out automatic check in and bag drop of. It went smoothly, except I got the seat 1 row away from my daughter, which is actually against the safety rules. I asked the flight attendants to change my seat and they did find the possibility to seat us together. So we were happy. The operator does not provide any service on board for free. Not even a water, but that did not bother me and my daughter. the flight was around an hour.

Very good!! Comfort and speed! Simple process. I only suggest a better coordination for administratives matters. My departure gate was change after the check in (gate 4 to gate 6) and i don' t knew it. I asked to personal in the zone about Chiang Mai flight and he told me: "No yet". So ok i waited. Result; i was called for the load-speaker 15 minutes after and i was the last one passenger to abord! Maybe i could lose my flight.

Everything went well. Booking was easy and the travel was smooth. The plane from Chiang Mai to Bangkok had extremely small seats- quite uncomfortable with no leg room. But good service.

Ich wolle der Gesellschaft eigentlich nur 14 Tage vorher mitteilen, daß ich den Flug nicht wahrnehmen werde und sie den Platz anderweitig vergeben können. Aber das gibt das System nicht her. Ich habe das dann nicht weiter versucht. Es ging nicht um eine Rückerstattung die ist klar und deutlich ausgeschlossen
