Sunfish Fast Boat

항구는 완전히 혼란스러웠고, 도중에 5곳에 멈춰 섰고, 시간이 많이 걸렸습니다. 사람들이 아프고 파도에 흠뻑 젖어 보트가 심하게 고르지 못해 결국 우리를 그곳에 데려다주었습니다.

"빠른 배"는 전혀 빠르지 않습니다. 12go에서는 2시간이 걸린다고 했는데 실제로는 4.5시간이 걸렸고 늦었고 어느 시점에서 배를 갈아타야 했습니다. 매우 붐비고 에어컨도 없었습니다.

The departure hour on the web site is not accurate. It was supposed to be 12:15 pm and the reality was 1:30pm. Then no sense of security when you have to go on the boat. We had to jump from the pier to go on the boat. Crazy if you have kids. No air conditioning nor fans so the temperature was very high inside the cabin. We have to wait at each harbour around 30 min so 3 hours delay in total.

Completely chaotic experience. Our ticket had an address that was wrong, so we had to walk 15 minutes to the right pier. Once we arrived, there was nobody at the counter to give us our ticket (also we found out the counter we needed to go to was Starfish, not Sunfish like our ticket said). We had to fight through crowds of people, and talked to about 8 people to finally find somebody willing to help us print a ticket and get us in the boat. We had arrived 45 minutes early and made our boat by 30 seconds, at which point there were no more seats so we stood for much of the ride. Our boat did get us to Lombok, but the entire experience was chaotic and stressful.

Trip was ok but no facilities for disembarking, so it was dangerous.

Departure was on time. We came to Gili ontime too, but had a 40 minutes delay, waiting our turn to go to pier (there were 2 other boats who came late and created a queue). The overall boarding and offboarding was smooth, all luggage was fine. Crew were friendly and very helpful

First, the boat apparently leaves at 1:45, (that's what the ticket says), not 1:00 like it says on the 12Go website and confirmation. Second, the boat arrived at Yellow Bridge, not at Lembongon Pier, but fortunately my host who was picking me up figured this out, and the two places are not very far because the island is very small. Also, they don't tell you, but you have to switch from the speed boat to a tiny boat in Nusa Penida before continuing on to Nusa Lembongon. (It's only about 15 minutes.) Third, when I asked the guy at the check in counter for Starfish what time the boat will REALLY arrive in Nusa Lembongon, (or how long the trip will actually take, or how many stops there will be before my stop), since these boats ALL take longer than they say, or stop at other places, or arrive late, etc., he got very upset and seemed shocked that I would imply that we would arrive late! Lol! According to the 12Go site and confirmation, I was supposed to leave at 1:00 and arrive at 3:00. We left at about 2:45 and I arrived at 5:15!!!! Finally, there was no a/c on the boat and when it got a little bit rough and they had to close most of the windows to keep the water from spraying into the boat, it got a bit warm. P.S. Wahana Virendra doesn't do this route, but if you can use this boat company for your trip somewhere else, use it. They are FAR superior to the other boat companies.

It's too bad that the time they wrote claims didn't match the departure time, so I waited for a long time, but the service of the staff and the comfort of the seat are good . If you are not in a hurry, you can choose this boat. If you care about the boarding time, please choose the expensive one. That is on time

It took over 4,5h to get to Bangsal from Nusa Lembongan. The boat stops, drops of people and fully reload at Nusa Penida, Gili T, Gili Air and then to Bangsal
