Comfy ride and good driver. Arrived/departed KLIA ½ hour late. No signage to indicate which platform to wait at (unlike at Melaka Sentral). Advertises itself as a Massage bus, but doesn’t work.

First bus didn’t have air conditioning for two and a half hours, thankfully we switched to another bus. The ticket also said it was a 5 hour ride, it was over 7 hours.

開車40分就有第一次休息去廁所時間，但又不通知休息多長時間，又不廣播這是休息，只停車，十分亂。之後在過關前都沒有洗手間時間。但車的設施和空間都很足夠。

My friends and I liked Starmart coach direct to KLIA at late hour. But the StarMart coach customer service at Makhota Medical Centre was not good because the lady was ignorant of us, Deaf customers, when we asked for direction. We could not even read Malay language! We went to search around the place till we spotted the coach. The driver was kind to tell us to wait. Phew. Thus, the customer service needs to be more friendly and helpful! Thank you.

Very disorganised. The whole journey took 6 hours. The bus left at 9 am and reached singapore at 3pm. Singapore customs and Immigration took 1.5 hours. Unnecessary delay. Singapore needs to review process.

Bus was a bit late - supposed to arrive at 5:10 but arrived an hour late at KLIA from Penang so don’t leave to tight a schedule if planning on travelling on the buses. The coach however was extremely comfortable and spacious though. :-)

It takes longer than expected. But it was quite flexible as I booked the bus for 2pm, then I just changed my bus earlier in the bus stop directly. They let me change my timeslot since there still some vacancies.

The bus driver wasn't really helpful and was really bad at English. Could example have been nice with some info about what to do at the border. Now you had to figure everything out for your self. And because of that some people forgot to take there bags from the bus when we were at the Singapore border so we hade to wait for the bus really long. We got 2h late to our final destination in Singapore. And also it was fricking cold in the bus. You don't have to run the ac on max at night in January.

The staff was friendly and bus was very clean; however a blown tire (cause unknown) left us stranded for over 2 hours. Ultimately it was changed and the remainder of the trip was uneventful.

Larkin bus station is almost a town within a town. There are plenty of small stalls selling just about any traveller requisite. Be aware that you need to check in around 45 minutes before your scheduled trip and then proceed to the departure lounge, which is clearly marked. The gate and platform system is pretty haphazard. Announcements are made in English, but the p.a. sound quality could be better. The departure area is huge. Check and double check with staff which platform you need. My bus to KLIA 2 was consolidated with another northbound service. This caused considerable confusion, even bus company staff waiting at the vehicle seemed unsure. Departure was delayed by about 35 minutes and the bus made numerous pickup stops in the JB suburbs before joining the main highway. Comfort on board was good, although the reading lights did not work. The driver was totally competent and did not speed, particularly during a heavy flash rainstorm. Final arrival at KLIA 2 was around 75 minutes later than schedule. Partly due to the bad weather on route, but mostly to the late departure and enforced tour of northern Johore Bharu. Factor in a delay when you plan your bus/flight connection. All in all, not a bad experience, but not as professional or organised as other bus lines I have used in Malaysia

Bus arrived late. Had to wait about 30min sweatin balls. Total journey from KL to Singapore exceeded 5hrs as stated. Immigration was horrendous 1 hr 30 min+. Having said all that the bus was comfy, we had one with big chairs that could recline with foot rest and well driven.

Travelled Butterworth to KLIA2. Everything went well. Well, this site could have let us know that there will be a bus change, but we learnt from the ticket office in Butterworth, and it went without a hitch or delay. The real thing which could be improved is offering complimentary bottled water (in other countries you get complimentary tea/coffee and snack, but some water is an absolute minimum). The chairs in the bus are *very* comfortable. Aircon is set for too cold (which is a common problem in Malaysia from our experience, need to carry a jacket/coat with you). Would travel again with this company.

Double deck bus but I perfect have a seat below rather on TOP as TOP too squeezes below is comfortable seat. Gd bus driver reach earlier then thought but the problem can't charge the phone and no wifi. Nowadays ppls goes for that hope starmart will get much more better in service in success in bussiness
