It was my first time to travel going to Nasipit and I must say very worth it. The vessel is very nice and clean as well as the staff are very accommodating and courteous together with their warm smiles. Kudos to all the team of Starlite and of course to our Captain for bringing us safe to our places. I do hope you will keep it up and exceed more the standards of local shipping industry.

I like the staff, they are all accommodating and friendly. The bunk beds are great specially in tourist area. The comfort rooms in ladies are great except that there are no tissue in the room, may be if you ask the staff they can provide, but who have time for that.

The ticketing outlet in culasi port is very slow.. A lot of passengers are already in the line but the one who is in charge of releasing the ticket keeps on calling, lying in his chair and talking to someone.

Starlite Management has no coordination with Port personnel. 6pm schedule was delayed of 3 hrs. and we were advised that it was resched to 9pm. We were not allowed to enter boarding due to overloaded passengers inside. We were advised to wait until they have called that vessel is ready for boarding and that was the time we will go inside. We were called to enter around 9pm, only to be disgusted that the vessel have left already. You have no idea of our struggles outside the boarding area. We have our online bookings and you're not checking if those who have booked were there inside before your captain left. SO UNPROFEESIONAL! Your crews don't even bother to offer a hand for passengers upon entering the vessel for their baggage. You should be checking your passengers list before boarding just like 2go travels. Make sure you have made a final call of your passengers. Comfort rooms are not comfortable. Nobody's cleaning from time to time and other doors were locked. Only 2 is operating.

Sumakay ako na may dalang maliit na aso may ako at yung aso . Pagdating sa barko kailangan ihiwalay aso sa akin . Ok lang pero ang aso ay magkakahol kung ihihiwalay sa akin , hindi ako pumayag sabi ko bigyan nyo kami o ilagay nyo na lang kami sa isang sulok pinaka dulo kama sa biyahe na yan maramaing bakante .nali usap ako sa labas kami ng barko magdamag masama ang panahon maulan at at maalon mahangin sa walang naawa sa amin .na mga crew para papasukin kami sa loob kahit isang buong section na walang tao o pasahero para may masilungan kami . Ang tigas ng puso nila umulan mahangin maalon basa sa labas ng barko hindi kami pinanansin ng crew nyo

my trip was great the only thing that makes me a little disappointed is sana dinkayo nglalagay ng trip kpag wala nman plang barko na available.i book 1pm trip from batangas to caticlan i went there too early because wala nman abiso sa email or txt na not availble ang ship for that time.i was too early to batangas port when i check sa ticketing booth available lang daw nila n trip is 7:30 am trip and 6 pm trip.i waited too long at the port to wait for 6 pm trip.i dont have a choice kasi andun na ako.and my trip was not leisure its emergency.😔

yung binigay sakin na voucher kini kwestyon pa ng ticketing personel bkit yan daw ang dala ko hinahanapan nila ako ng ibang form ng voucher dapat pg gnun ini orient cila my online tiket kayo tas d alam ng mga taohan ni starlite.. ..pina antay ako ng mahigit isang oras sa tiket both ng starlite.. tas yung sa online choices nyo na barko dapat kng anu lng na brko ang bbyahe sa lugar na yun dapat yun lng ilgay nyo.. like roxas to caticlan my choices pa kayo na ang tourist tiker nyo pwd mka higa ehh ang barko na bumabyahe dun reclaining seat lng ayusin nyo panu kayo tangkilikin ng mga pasahero nyo kng ganyan kayo khit mga staff na nka duty wlang alam kng anu ang ggawin khit ny dalang voucher ang pasahero..

It was almost a hassle free online transaction, except that we were not notified that the trip will be cancelled due to a typhoon. We would've never knew if we didnt check it ourselves and requested you to rebook our ticket to next available date. Don't know what could've happened if we didnt. I suggest you to please be mindful and update customers prior to their travel dates, especially when there's special announcements. Thanks

The tourist class was ok. The bunk beds are also ok. Staff are approachable.
They initially did not provide my e-ticket but I sent an email to the manager. The manager did recognize that it is already paid hence they provided the e-ticket which I was able to swap for the ticket in Batangas port.

It was an easy online booking for us at onetwogo.
How about the Ferry staff just accept the e-ticket we show them, and an ID to make it less hassle going to the ticket booth for ticket exchange, less paper too.
Took return trips Batangas - Caticlan. Our accomodation was reclining seats and there was ample room for our legs, wide walk ways where you can move around, enjoy seabreeze, airconditioned, clean water closets - a very comfy 10-hour journey. Sound asleep all the way to Batangas. We didn't expect a free meal would come with our ticket, saves a hungry tummy.
How about a water dispenser on the boat too ? That would be most awesome!
Also, the crew could play us movies AFTER all announcements are made so passengers could very well listen on the audio.
Over all, we had a very pleasant journey.
Starlight Ferries is highly recommended !

The ferry did not leave on time at 9pm. It left at 10pm. Cokaliong always leaves on time. The passengers were only allowed to enter the boat at 8:30pm. When in fact, they were instructed to be in the terminal 2 hours before. Cokaliong lets their passengers on the boat 2 hours before departure so they can rest early.
The tourist bunkbeds had no outlets for chargers. Cokaliong has outlets per bed.
The arrival in Surigao was delayed by 2 hours! The trip lasted for 12 hours. Not 10hours! Adding stress to the passengers. Cokaliong always arrives very early in Surigao. Always ahead of schedule. Never again Starlight!

It was a great way to avoid the late booking of a flight which would have been 5x this. I had a comfortable and safe journey - recommend you come tired so that you can sleep, and bring earplugs and an eyemask. Totally safe and viable if not long alternative to get around PH.

the only thing to improve are the instruction to get to the port ( pier4 does not say anything if everybody need to go to gate 3 first, hard and confusing also for the taxi driver
