Late departure, had to board a boot get off it and board another one, little to no Information about what is actually going on. Arrival was just about on time

10mn before the departure hour, the staff told us that we will be transfered to another harbour, up to here no problem. But at this new harbour, we waited 1h30 before the departure while we were suppose to be nearly already there. We had to delay our taxi, luckily the driver was very patient and he waited for us but really not happy with this delay.

Boat was a little bit delayed (30 minutes) but it was clean, not too hot nor crowded inside. We had 2 stops on the way to Lombok from Nusa but they went smoothly.

The trip went very well, except for one detail, and not the least. Indeed, the reservation indicated a direct route, without stopovers. Departure 12:30 p.m., arrival 3:45 p.m. However, when we checked in, we were told that there would be a 2-hour stop in Nusa Penida! That we shouldn't have booked online, that's just how it is. Luckily, we didn't have any plane or other requirements upon our arrival in Bali, otherwise it would have been a disaster because we arrived in Sanur after 6 p.m. instead of 3:45 p.m.

There was no information that the boat is not going directly to the final destination. There were several stops on the way. Moreover, we had to wait 1.5h in one of the harbors - no prior information about that either.
There is no air conditioning on the boat. The trip we took was planned for 4h and no toilet on the boat.

Sgening cancelled the trip due to "bad weather" conditions, but other companies were doing the same trip. The weather was good and the sea flat.

The trip was okay, we started on time, but arrived 30 minutes late. At the port the check in was fine, but on the way to the boat the communication was a little bad, we stood in the wrong queue.
On board was a toilet, but dirty and not nice.

Overall was great , it was a smooth journey, except the boat was 30 min late , and we were 20 min late to penida . But it’s nothing. The most important they brought us safe to the destination

New and clean boat. But communication could be improved. We chose this operator because travel time was shorter compared with others and it didn’t say anything about stopping in penida and gili T and air. In the end we had to get off at penida and transfer by car to another port and go with a different boat. And we arrived much later than expected. Also no safety instructions were given. Other operators inform about lifewests, exits and travel time etc.

It ran softy, without unorganized moment. On the other hand it would be nice if all operators were not boarding at the same time. There were some bottlenecks on the boardwalk to the ships with people hurrying to board…

Le bateau avait 1h30 de retard et personne ne nous a donné d’explications ! Nous avons dû aller chercher les infos qui n’étaient pas du tout claires voire même parfois on ne nous donnait pas de réponses car même le personnel n’avait aucunes informations !
A part ça, le trajet c’est bien passé dans l’ensemble
