Outstanding to have this option!! 2 hours from Hua Hin to Pattaya is Buddha sent. Excellent service, excellent crossing, polite and professional crew. Paid small premium for upper deck which was very comfortable and with only a few other passengers. No motion sickness as I was led to believe before booking.....My wife enjoyed it immensely having never experienced anything like it before. Well done everyone, it will be my preferred mode of travel every time in the future.

Wir sind zeitig nach Vorlage des Vouchers und den Reisepässe auf die Fähre und dort auf unsere Plätze gebracht worden.
Beim "Einschiffen" und während der Überfahrt war das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Preis/Leistung ist TOP!

Check in was simple. Very quick and quiet ride to Hua Hin. I chose economy and found it very comfortable for the short journey. I would recommend this to a four or five hour bus ride. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Prompt service in schedule, economy class was ok and worth of money, last time I travelled in Business, but my opinion is not to pay extra for the table in so short trip. Plenty of room to sit alone if you want

Very professionally operated, both before boarding and whilst on it. The Ferry is modern and well equipped and does the journey very easily, however it was a very windy day and this made the actual journey pretty tough for those like me who are not good on boats!!

Boarding and baggage procedures went smoothly. Requirement to be checked in 60 minutes before departure was excessive, given the relatively small number of passengers. 30 minutes would give them plenty of time as most passengers only have a carry on bag. Seats were comfortable and some grouped in a four have a table between them. Defining it as Business Class is a bit of a stretch. Our crossing was smooth. Complimentary coffee and snacks were basic, but OK for a 2 hour trip. Definitely better than 6 hour drive from Pattaya to Hua Hin. I would use the ferry service again.

Ferry crossing was very calm & departed on schedule. Once through security having to sit in an outside waiting room in 30 degree heat was challenging. On arrival the luggage free for all was totally disorganised. Ferry crossing however, far more convenient than road alternative.

Wir hatten nur die Online- Buchungsbestätigung von 12GoAsia und es hat ca. 30 Minuten gedauert, bis unser Transfer bestätigt wurde und wir die Sitznummern erhalten haben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Überfahrt genau gemäss Fahrplan.

The ferry was fine, although not the fault of the ferry company I expected a taxi rank when arriving at Bali Hai Pier in Pattaya, turned the trip into quite an ordeal
