Uncomfortable bus to Bangkok, the 4-seat layout just isn’t wide enough to let people sleep comfortably, and my knees pushed into the seat in front. There are better options on the same route, if you want to sleep then use those.

The ferry arrived on time and the journey was uneventful, as you would hope. The toilet facilities however were disgusting. The toilet and the floor were filthy and the water from the sink flowed down the drain and onto your feet.
The first van from Donsak to Surat Thani was smooth, efficient and comfortable.
The second van from Surat Thani to Khao Sok was horrendous. The driver was clearly falling asleep half an hour into the journey. His driving was erratic and dangerous. We ended up having to stop for him to fuel up on coffee, so that he could complete the journey. This resulted in us being an hour late arriving at our destination. The bus was extremely rickety and not well maintained. The engine warning light was on for the duration of the journey and the van itself was very messy and uncomfortable. We couldn’t have been more relieved to arrive at our destination safely!

Отличная стоимость!
Перемещались с острова в аэропорт. При посадке на паром сотрудник уточнил время нашего вылета и указал это на наших наклейках, но при покупке мы уже выбрали время не позже которого хотим быть на финише и поэтому такие наклейки могут запутать остальных.
Сотрудники в порту Сураттхани не смог сразу чётко проинструктировать нас о дальнейших действиях. Сначало надо было ждать в здании, затем в автобусе, как позже прояснилось мы ждали попутчика с другого парома.

Everything (1 ferry, 2 bus)lined up well and was on time. Easy to find the connecting bus and plenty of info given. Second bus (minivan) was very squished and tight. All our bags shoved in between seats and at peoples feet. Seats are ok for a short person, bad for a tall person.

Ferry really nice and comfortable and the two vans were also nice. We didn't understand before that we're going to take two different cars to get from the ferry to Ao Nang but it went smoothly and as soon as we arrive to Surathani they explained us and told us the wait would be around 15min until the next van arrive. Then the second van made the rest of the way and got us until our hotel.

Minivan was ready when we arrived from the ferry so that was good. We drove directly to the train station so that was good too. But the driver fell asleep halfway, we half hit the roadside then the driver woke up and an accident was avoided. Everybody was scared and we were lucky to survive.

departure and arrival were fine. we came to a place where we had to wait, just fine with waiting. But we ended up waiting for two hours and did not hear notice when we were leaving. The car was good.

The ferry check in with mobile ticket was easy, the ferry departed only 15 minutes late, but the trip took longer than expected and we arrived to Thong Sala 45 minutes late, which wasn’t a big deal, except a friend was waiting a long time to pick me up.

En general todo salió muy bien, los tiempos y la calidad del transporte. El único tema fue que le pedimos al auxiliar del bus que nos dejaran en algún punto clave para tomar taxi y nos lleve a nuestro hotel (Hop inn) y nos dejó en una calle "X" diciéndonos ahí en frente hay taxis y se fue... nunca hubo taxis y tuvimos que caminar aproximadamente 2,5 kilometros con nuestras bolsos de viaje ya que era cerca de una autopista donde no pasaban taxis.

Von der Hotelabholung bis zum Festland alles super geklappt. Der Fahrer war etwas zu spät, was halb so wild war. Die Fähre ist ausserdem gar nicht so alt, wie überall steht. Es ist einfach eher ein Frachtschiff und kein Touristen überfülltes Boot. Der Platz im Bus war auch mehr als genug und das (gratis) Nachtessen ziemlich lecker.

Hat alles super gepasst. Ein Stern Abzug, weil die Zeiten nicht stimmen. Es wurde bestätigt, dass wir in 2 Stunden am Ziel gelangen. Tasächlich braucht die Fähre 1.5 Stunden und die Fahrt bis zum Flughafen Koh Samui dauert "mindestens" 1 Stunde. Wir kamen noch rechtzeitig an.

Everything was perfectly organized and eventhough it was long journey I enjoyed it. The bus had huge space for legs, it was comfy and blankets and pillow came handy. Plus the overall way from Bangkok to the Koh Pangan was very cheap.

The ferry ride and the bus was comfortable. They had a small store on the ferry for snacks and drinks. A lunch was included (fried rice with veggies and chicken and a water bottle) before boarding the bus. You get a blanket and a pillow on the bus and it is easy to sleep during the night. The only reason why I took one star away is that the ferry was over an hour late.

Привезли не в тот порт. В итоге когда нам сказали выходить и высадили не том порту, сказали берите тогда такси и едьте на байке с чемоданами. После долгих уговоров водитель наконец-то решил нас отвезти в правильный порт

Новенький автобус, водитель не лихачил ехал аккуратно. В автобусе дали плед, подушку ночью была остановка на фудкорте. К 7 утра привезли в порт прям к парому.В автобусе работают кондиционеры, судя по пассажирам было очень холодно все были одеты в кофтах, штанах. Лично мне хватило одного пледа учитывая что я была в сарафане.

Nice lication for departure from bkk) u can leave your luggage at the office if you have time between your flight and bus+boat) and chill at the nearest restorants or go for a quick tour onvthe river. Bus comes straight to the boat without any additional transfer!!!)))

We were luckily put onto an earlier bus and ferry to Koh Samui which was great.
The bus and ferry were really old and when we arrived at the port we had no idea where to go and neither did the other passengers. Finally we were able to locate the ticket booth where only 1 person was working but she was amazing and helped us get our ticket for the ferry.
The boat itself is really old and not very clean or maintained but it got us to where we needed to be on time.
If they invest in a few signs to help people out would be great so passengers are not walking around like chickens.

Overall efficient and comfort as expected as from a night bus. Ferry leaves at 18.00 not 17.00 so double check that before if you want to avoid unnecessary waiting at the pier. Ferry was also late and somehow we managed to arrive at the expected time! They also provide you food and water that you can eat in the bus during the ride :)

My boat was delayed leaving, but apart from that it was comfortable and well air-conditioned. As others have said, the transfer van was waiting as soon as I arrived so this was very efficient. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I think it would also be good if you could pay for end to end journey including pick-up from where you are staying, as finding a taxi was stressful.

The personell was friendly, we had a clean Bus and the two drivers drove quite normal, nerver had the feeling that someone wanted to steal something, when we arrived At the ferry our bags got unloaded and everyone got on the Ferry which looked quite old But Thats normal here. You have to bring your own Food and water.

Well organized and on time. Nice staff, and good bus. The bus has a strong AC, which led to a bus ride which was probably colder than driving with a convertible through Siberia in winter. That’s why 4* only.
On the boat they didn’t have AC or windows - outside seats in exhaust range, inside seats very hot and damp. Still good price/value

The seats in the ferry was comfortable. U could choose to sit in an air-condition area or non air-condition area. Free to roam around at the open air area. A little set back was the toilet, its wet & smelly. Other than that, its good!

Exceeded expectations
Everything went even better than last year. They did a cosmetic repair to the ferry - new seats and new floor in the cabin. The bus was new and nearly as comfortable as vip buses. Good tasty food was given at the start of the trip and in the middle bus was shipped for 40 minutes at giant bus station with restorans and grocery store. We come to Bangkok right to the schedule.
Ps. Aircon on the bus was set at comfortable level, not at the max as usual!

This ship comming was quite late but i did satisfied with the trip because the bus staff is very kind and friendly and somehow i manage to be in Bangkok on time and I could arrive more closer to my destination by drop at MRT closed to Emporium. Moreover, i got 1 friend rice before picking up by the bus. Wish to use your service next time.
