Queen Cafe Bus

탑승 수속은 정말 정신없었어요. 원래는 오후 6시까지는 출발할 수 없었는데, 5시 35분에 출발해서 왜 그랬는지 잘 이해가 안 됐어요. 그 외에는 괜찮았어요.

휴식 시간이 너무 적었고, 화장실도 작동하지 않았으며, 공간이 좁고 매우 비좁았습니다.

다낭에 도착했지만, 버스는 공식 출발 시간보다 한 시간 늦게 출발했습니다. 출발 시간 한 시간 후에야 버스에 탑승할 때까지 버스 번호를 알 수 없었던 점도 불안했지만, 화장실 정차를 포함한 여정은 괜찮았고 버스는 다낭에 정시에 도착했습니다.

예약 사무소에서 내가 어떤 유형의 버스를 타는지에 대한 오류가 있었지만, 다소 스트레스가 많은 상황이기는 하지만 해결되고 수정되었습니다.

Bus arrived 1 hour late.

Ordered bus from Tam Coc to Hoi An at 19:30, but when we arrived at operators agency, they told us that the bus will be delayed by 1 hour. One hour passed and we ask when will the bus arrive, the lady said that need to wait till 21:00, one bus comes ~20:45 and even tho we were first there, we were denied to the bus and we had to wait for the next bus. Next bus arrive at around ~21:20 and we board the bus, but it was not the one that was in the pictures, but at least we arrived at the Hoi An on time.

I believe we were issued used blankets. The bus smelt of cigarette smoke. We arrived over an hour late. Staff just took the rubbish from the bus and placed it on the street

The bus was very uncomfortable for sleeping, there was no pillow, you could not stretch out and next to the washroom stank.

We paid for 2 seats which we got for the first part of the journey, however we had to swap buses to a bus with not enough seats. The two of us then had to share one single bed for 5 hours, other people on the bus had to share with random people too.

The trip was okay but just 2 stops are not enough since we don't have toilet inside the bus.

Definitely ordered a vip cabin bus but a limousine bus came instead. Not the worst but not what I paid for. Seats were not too uncomfortable and the curtains each side were useful.

The bus was on time, nice staff, the seats are really old, there was no foam in the seat for me but overall I recommend this company

The restrooms smelled absolutely disgusting; it is obvious that they are not deep-cleaned. Furthermore, they make only one stop for a meal—at a location where the food options are extremely limited. It was terrible having to hold it for so long just to get off the bus and use a restroom.

Bus came 2 hours later. It was dirty and it was a 3 lines bus and it was supposed to have 2 lines. Conductor was smoking during the trip abd they were very rude when asking if it was the right bus.

Paid for my own seat with curtains and some space and instead ended up sleeping shoulder to shoulder with 2 other people and had no space to myself

No organisation nor infirmations about the trip, the stops. No bottle of water provided during the trip. Toilets were apparently very dirty with pee in bottles in the sin of the bus. First and last time

Good organisation at the travel agency but the bus was over 1.5 hours late the driver was rude and stopped randomly without informing us of stops, toilet on the bus didn’t work and the driving was madness

This was sold as a ‘vip’ experience and we picked it because it was more expensive than other similar options, yet there was absolutely nothing vip about it. The coach smelled horribly of feaces and urine, the beds were so small you could barely fit in them, let alone sleep since the driver was driving like a maniac. No wifi on board. We arrived at destination 2 hours in advance in the middle of the night, which made it harder for us to check into our accommodation as we had communicated a different arrival time to our hosts. The staff on board was rude and unhelpful. There’s way better companies that run these kind of services, never again with this one!

Honestly I did not have high expectations going into this experience because the recent reviews are quite bad, however, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with my experience. The bus that I was on was on time for pick up, arrived at my destination an hour early, and was pretty smooth overall. The bus that I was on was clean and had not been overbooked, so there were no passengers on the floor like others have reported. There were working charger ports, curtains, lights, etc. The beds were quite small and not particularly comfortable, but it could have been much worse. Points have only been knocked off of my review due to the small, uncomfortable beds, and the initial chaos and disorganization of boarding the bus.

Whatsapp message the day before advised 30minute delay to departure time, upon arrival I was advised of a further 30 minute delay. All in all the departure was delayed by 1.5hrs, although the arrival ended up being 20 minutes early than the original arrival time. Was originally seated at the back of the bus which is three sleeper beds next to each other and less leg space and no power for the USB ports (I would have very much disliked this), but got moved to my own berth within hour one of a 10+ hour ride, so no real complaints, but like all SEA travel it was ‘an experience.’

Booking is easy online. Taxi took me to an address 150 meters away….. the check in lady was such a b***h… put me on the wrong bus then blamed me for mistake of the bus that she, herself and the bus driver verified, put me on! Other than her horrible attitude and disrespect, everything was fine.

The space was quite small. Toilet was broken. I requested them for a toilet break but had to wait for over an hour. But the staff on the bus were quite polite. That’s why I gave 3.

Was uncomfortable, could smell the toilets and overall not enjoyable

It was the most unsafe driving I’ve seen. I thought we would crash and have an accident for sure, I have no idea how I made it alive rO my destination

Both driver's weren't willing to talk, very rude to people. They even left without us and then came back 30 min later after the company called us. We were waiting there but the guys didn't let us know if we were on the bus or not. They said it's a different bus but that was not true. Many other customers were running around the different buses to find the right on. Very bad experience with this company

The pictures that are shown on website do not come close to matching the reality. Beds are so narrow and people were sleeping on the floor. A very uncomfortable 13 hour trip

The departure time for the trip you sold me was wrong. I arrived at the pick up point and the guy told me that there's no bus at 15, it was at 16.30 instead. So I had to wait longer and I reached the destination later at night.

Very bad experience overall. Clearly the worst one we have had in Vietnam, from the 10 busses we have already taken here. 1. It was chaos at the bus stop in Phong Nha, many busses were delayed so everyone was confused about which bus to take. Whenever a bus was coming, it was very hard to know if it was ours or not. Most drivers from that company were very rude (not ours though), not wanting to help at all. There was obviously zero communication and the bus ended up coming 1 hour and half late. 2. We booked a "vip bus", meaning we payed extra to get a better bus. The bus was pretty standard though, nothing better than what we used to have on previous trips with other companies for the standard price, so we felt a bit scammed. 3. The bus was honestly close to be disgusting (and I'm really not picky with this kind of things). A lot of trash left on the beds, crumbs, etc. There was even a wet t-shirt... 4. It was still chaos when we were boarding. It seemed like they had overbooked the bus, so some people didn't have a bed. 2 of them ended up sleeping in the corridor (on a 6 hours drive)... In the end I'm giving 2 stars and not 1, because our driver was somewhat nice, and we ended up making it on time in Ninh Binh. But honestly I would recommend to avoid that company if you can, that will spare you some stressful moments.

The bus was really nice, until you get to the back of it and there’s a 3 bed bunk bed, we were told to go on the bottom even though there were single ones available. Luckily there was 3 of us but it’s was very tight in the bed, no chance of staying there if you’re claustrophobic, felt like being in a fancy coffin. This was our third sleeper bus and I have to say it was better out of the three, after people had been dropped off we were able to move beds.

No toilet on bus and cramed in. Only one proper break on 13 hour journey

Stuff were all quite harsh and rude. Bus was fine but nothing special. Next time I would pick someone else if I had another option.

The bus left 30 minutes early and arrived 2,5h too soon. Normally I wouldn't complain about beeing faster by more than 2 hours, but if you plan transport and other things arround sheduled times.. that's annoying to say atleast.

It was ok. I got another bus company from Da Nang to Hanoi and it was a better experience than this Queens bus.

Great way of traveling

The driver and conductor didn’t even brief us where to stop and if we can pee,they are both stuborn

Had booked for 20:00 and the bus was there 21:30. Serverval other Groups been there since 18:00…

The bus was overbooked, with people sitting in the corridors, also with parcels in the middle, it wasn't easy to move inside the bus. I had to be in a shared cabin with other people and was separated from my partner, we were not expecting this service. Otherwise it was on time and the driver was nice.

The ladies at the service desk were a bit abrupt but I get it! Bus was above expectations, extremely luxurious and comfortable. MAKE SURE TO BRING JACKET or something because it gets VERY cold with the AC on constantly.
