Collecting tickets is a pain! This happened 2 times in Phuket and Bangkok.
I offered my name and booking reference and receipt and they tell me - “no have!”?
This was with my Thai friend. In Phuket we were sent to 3 different ticket kiosk and the ticket was at the first Phuket Travel Kiosk.
The ticket was on the desk in front of them?? They did not understand receipt, booking reference or my name.
This system needs attention.

Удобный автобус, расстояние для ног очень большое. Можно разложить кресло почти до вертикального положения. Кондиционер работает, но не ужас как - был одет в футболку и джинсы, даже пледом не накрывался - было комфортно. В начале пути дают воду и десерт, в половине пути остановка на 20 минут, можно перекусить бесплатную еду в холле.

It was a pleasant ride, we arrived 2 hours earlier. Fast WiFi on board and USB chargers makes the road goes faster. Complimentary drink and snack as well. Was a bit old bus, but comfy.

Very nice service. Late night dinner is included in the trip for free and it is very tasty. They also give free juice and two pastries. Overall, bus ride went really fast. However, i do wish there were more seats below because upstairs is too bumpy

My husband and I travelled on the Phuket Travel Express bus overnight. We found the leg room and seat room to be great, even if it wasn’t the VIP bus. We did not get the free meal since we were on the express but still got the little muffin, water bottle, and stopped at the same rest step with the option to purchase a snack/meal if we chose. We didn’t wander too far from the bus though as we weren’t sure how long we had at the stop. The aircon was cool, make sure to bring layers and you’ll be fine.

We took the cheapest bus which turned out to be very comfy - a lot of leg room, very comfortable seats. Food on the stop (around 22:30) was very good. We watched a movie, fell asleep and woke up in Bangkok so the trip passed in no time. Great alternative for flying if you have a large suitcase - there are no fees for additional weight or dimensions.

ชั้นล่างคือแอร์นรกมาก ร้อนไฟฟไหม้ รถขับเร็วแล้วแอร์หาย หายใจแทบไม่ออกเหงื่อโทรมเลย
ควรปรับปรุง แมลงแกลบตัวเล็กๆ กินขนมผมไปหมดเลย และไต่บนตัวนิดหน่อย คนเกลียดกลัวแมลงสาบควรเลี่ยง
นอกนั้น ก็โอเคครับ รถถึงเร็วกว่ากำหนดการ อาจจะหวาดเสียวหน่อย เกือบสวัสดีท้ายรถสิบล้ออยู่รอบนึง
ที่นั่ง ใครจะไปควรหาหมอนรองคอไปด้วยครับ
แต่คะแนนน้อยเพราะ จองรถวีไอพี 24 คุณพระวีไอพียังน่ากลัวขนาดนี้ ธรรมดาจะเป็นอย่างไร

The VIP 24 bus was definitely worth the extra money. The seats were far more comfortable and the leg room was ideal.
For the mid point stop, there was a recorded announcement in English deactivated my the length of the stop. It was rather hard to hear and played without notice (and since I was asleep I missed the beginning). The stop was a quick 20 minutes and I made sure to stick near to the bus since I worried I would miss it.
My only major complaint is that there was no notification upon arriving in Bangkok. On the other bus, light and music played 10 minutes before arriving at the final destination.
This bus however, did not have that. It was a confusing panic getting off the bus. The driver was really pushing to get all passengers off immediately.
Due to confusion upon being woken up suddenly, arriving earlier than expected, being rushed off the bus (it was 5:30 am, still dark, and the interior bus lights weren't on) I had forgotten my glasses on the ledge in front of my seat, and it was too late to double back when I realized.
Great and comfortable ride, just was disappointed about the rush and confusion when reaching the destination.
If you wear glasses and plan to sleep on the bus, put them away in your bag! Don't be foolish like I was! :)

The bus trip was okay. Not crazy comfortable, but what can you expect from a normal night bus. It was really annoying that the bus stopped very often at certain petrol stations without actually doing something else then stopping. So you woke up every time they stopped which was quite exhausting. Not too bad at all.

The driver make the trip safe, time table was respected and more better, we get in Bkk 1 hour before preview time. Please fix individual light cause after one hour trip every light where turn off, but I wanted to read a book, I'm speaking about seats downstairs, and maybe put a new set of toilets, they look old and now welcomed for guests .

Left on time, arrived 30mins early.
Back-pillow and light cover were provided. Jeans and long-sleeved shirt are still recommended though. The aircon is freezing.
Staff was friendly as they checked me in with only my voucher. They also showed me where my seat is.
They did wake up everyone at 2am for dinner. I was able to stay in the bus though.
They showed a movie (Star Wars 7), but it wasn't subtitled. Something to consider in the future.
Overall a good experience. Don't gorget your ear plugs!

Everything was great. Super comfortable bus. Not too much AC as some said, it was fine!. But we thought we would get something to eat. We got a brownie, juice and water when we got on The bus but then we stopped at 1.30 in a pretty awful place to buy food. We only bought a few snacks. But the rest was perfect!! The employees from The beginning to The end were super nice

Its cheap. Thats why it gets 2 stars. But wouldn't reccomend it to anyone! Sleeping is not possible because there are only seats, which are a torture for the back after a few hours instead of beds like in the train, the tv is noisy, the stop at Chumpon was in the middle of the night, I had a snoring guy next to me and most of all - though I brought 2 jackets, socks snd long pants the air condition is shock-frosting you!
Next time I will use the plane for a view bath more and arrive convenient within one hour rather than go cheap and take 18 hours that feel like 3 days from BKK to Khao Lak!

Все было замечательно. Кондиционер охлаждал в меру. Водитель ехал аккуратно. Сиденья были удобные. Непонятно зачем, кормили в 2 часа ночи (обычно люди не питаются по ночам). Рекомендую брать с собой туристическую подушку.

The seats we selected were not given to us. We called the company and were told they were premium seats that we had to pay extra for, we did so and it all worked out great, but this was not communicated on the website at all.
The bus driver seemed to be falling asleep on the highway. Luckily there were no other cars around as we drifted between the lanes, but it made it almost impossible to sleep as the bus was jerked from side to side.
We eventually made it safe and sound, but not to the Southern Bus Terminal as we had expected. Instead we ended up at the Northeastern Bus Terminal.
We did not know that we were unable to drink alcohol on the bus, and no one was able to tell us why. After we had purchased a couple of beers (nothing crazy) the bus driver was yelling and waving his arms around and went on to call over a police man who could only say "no" very loudly. Eventually the beers were put underneath as cargo.
We were provided with a bottle of water, blanket, and muffin and stopped very late in the night (around midnight) for supper. The bus was extremely cold.
Overall we made it safe and sound for a decent price. Just be prepared for anything.

The lack of language on the part of both travelers as well as the Thai staff makes logistics of travel management quite challenging. This company is right to create an English language storefront for the Thai travel bus companies. Their support staff speak excellent English. It took a few emails to sort out my booking voucher. Once i received the booking voucher it was still not exactly clear to me whom I should show it to to exchange for an actual ticket issue. This is where the Thai operators come in....In the middle I got a Thai language email from the bus operator which confused me.
This company had a good process to issue vouchers but more work and partnership is needed with the Thai bus operators to make the experience seamless for the actual traveler. Otherwise travelers are left with the feeling that the voucher is sold and after that they wash their hands off the travel process.
Furthermore better expectations need to be set with travelers so that they understand the process better... Travelers need to understand that they are not going to be able to jump on a bus once they"purchase" a voucher for a trip online. Without first getting a ticket issued they will not be able to travel. There needs to be some openness to tell travelers exactly which operators will be handling the bus, what to expect on the bus, luggage storage options etc.
I would say the company has a promising niche market but their communication and partnership with the Thai travel partners and bus companies could be tighter.

Old Bus , No Cup Holders, No Wifi, Old Recliner Seats, No Sun Film on the window glass...please Upgrade the bus. Bus crew members were nice and very co operative.
