Not the most modern bus but very comfortable. You get a lot of legroom and can lay down nearly completely. You also get a snack, water and a blanket. The bus had only a few minutes delay at the destination.

Ältere aber super komfortabler Bus. Sitze ließen sich super weit zurückstellen, wir bekamen eine Decke, Wasser und einen Snack.
Der Schaffner sagte sogar Bescheid als wir da waren. Würde ich jederzeit wieder nehmen.

Good views of the Thai countryside. Several stops including one when passengers could get off the bus, have a little walk, buy food, go to the toilet. Lights off in the dark and lights on when approaching a stop during the night.

เดินทางกลางคืน ไฟจะปิดเร็วมาก เร็วเกิน เปิดไฟด้านบนไม่ได้ด้วย มันปิดหมดเลย
จอดเป็นระยะในช่วงต้นจนน่ารำคาญ
กลางคืนเที่ยงคืนอาจเจอด่าน ตร ขึ้นมาขอเปิดดูกระเป๋า
พนักเก็บผ้าห่ม ไปก่อนถึงที่หมายเพราะไม่ได้ถามว่าลงก่อนหรือไม่ เข้าใจว่าลงที่เดียวกันหมด
อาหารไม่มีอะไร มีขนม 1 นำผลไม้ 1 น้ำเปล่า 1
โทรจองเองโดยตรงจะถูกกว่า

Travelled from Australia, all local people very helpful & friendly. Comfortable 5 hour ride, refreshment & water. Coach staff prompt & always checking on customer comfort, would travel by coach again. Great scenic country trip!

30 min late on departure and 1h30 on arrival. We were supposed to arrived at 22:55... and finally arrived at 0:30! We paid for a VIP express bus, the one we had wasn’t any of it! I traveled by bus in Asia many times and this trip was really disappointing... should have taken the 285baths Wintour bus...

คนขับรถไม่มีมารยาท จากประสบการณ์ เรานั่งหน้าสุดชั้น 2 ของรถบัส คนขับรถบัสคันนี้บีบแตรรถคันหน้าเกือบทุกคันที่ขับช้า ซึ่งเป็นทางบนเขา และแซงรถในขณะที่มีรถสวนมา (เป็นถนนที่กำลังทำทางต้องใช้ทางเบี่ยง) รถเลนตรงข้ามเปิดไฟกระพริบให้หลายครั้ง จนต้องหลบให้รถบัสคันนี้ จบการรีวิว.

Generally everything was fine. The bus came to Udon Thani Central Plaza at 11:00 only 15 min behind, arrived Phitsanulok on time. Safety drive. Only thing I really didn’t understand was necessity of check in one hour before departure time, because there was no check-in counter in Central Plaza of Udon Thani. It would be better also, if we could ride the bus without printing ticket. I think it would be enough to show the ticket in smartphone

The staff and the bus crew were super helpful anticipating our needs. We were traveling with 2 bicycles and after some minor disassembly they were stored safely on the bus, along with all our bike panniers. Thanks!

Zwar etwas unbequemer als ein Schlafplatz im Nachtzug dafür aber schneller. Sehr viel Platz vergleichsweise zu deutschen Reisebussen. Für jeden gab es ein kostenloses Wasser und eine Packung Kekse.

We need to retrieve our ticket once we get there. The bus was 30 mins late at departure and 1h30 late at arrival. Too many insects on the bus. Although, they provided 1 drink, blanket and biscuits.

Bus was very comfortable and got drink and snack on board for free. Also got a fleece blanket as the airco is quite strong :( The bus stopped à couple of times at gas station and people can go shopping. Is nice but also delays the bus. It arrived about an hour later than planned.

The bus was fine. The station OK. The problem is with 12go, I was taken a train pass and they don't get it so we change for bus. They can help to book right so we now know that it was a very better way to do the travel.

Il s'agissait d'un vieux bus. Ne pas réserver en bas car mauvaise odeur avec les toilettes. Beaucoup de bruit par le personnel, qui passait sont temps avec ses denrées. Passeport contrôlé a deux reprises. Beaucoup de petits arrêts au début. Le tout empêche assurément de dormir. Arrivé à l'heure. Dommage qu'il ne se soit pas arrêté a l aéroport alors qu'il passe devant.

Bus left on time and arrived earlier than expected which was fantastic. Adequate size seat with lots of leg-room, but the seats are old and quite worn. Using the toilet is an interesting experience, as there is no space to stand in front of the toilet. One of the negatives is that the overhead light (for each seat) does not work. The driver can turn it on if asked, but it doesn't stay on?

Conduite locale : doubler en franchissement de ligne continue en virage n'est pas dans nos habitudes...

Froid.
Bonne conduite, le chauffeur ralentissait bien avant les feux rouges pour éviter les freinages et démarrages brusques.

Der Doppelstöckige Bus oben vorne war ganz gut zu sitzen, schöne Aussicht, alerdings tat einem zum Schluß der Po dann doch weh nach 6,5 Stunden. Man bekam Vanille Keske und ein kleines Wasser. Der Bus kam eine Stunde zu spät an ( die Minibusse erreicht man dann nicht mehr wobei ich eh mit Taxi fahren wollte, habe ich nicht geschaut ob die Minibusse warten). Der Bus hielt ca eine oder 1,5 Stunden vorher an einem Einkauscenter mit Kiosk Retaurant. Ist ja schön und gut dass man aufs Clo gehen konnte aber dann kurz vor Ankunft? Man musste durch einen Chemikalienstinkenden Schuhladen laufen um aufs WC zu gelangen.

Half hour delay of departure, one hour delay of arrival - this can happen, because of traffic - but maintainance of this bus was bad (shock absorber), better than last time but not good - have to think about safe drive - better to higher the price of tickets a bit, than to sight the technic of the busses

Die Buchung, die Bestätigung war wie immer einfach und problemlos. Wir mussten dieses mal allerdings unsere Reise um einen Tag verschieben. Da die Verschiebung keine 24 Stunden vorher erfolgen konnte, war es ein Problem das zu regeln. Wir fanden keinen Ansprechpartner, Telefon Nr. Und in der Hotline sprach fast niemand englisch. Wir sind dann abends einfach zur Busstation gefahren und dort war die Umbuchung selbst 1 Stunde vorher kein Problem. Da hätte ich mir von 12go etwas mehr Flexibilität erwartet. Ansonsten war der Bus, Fahrer, Pünktlichkeit und Service wieder gut.

Alles war gut vorbereitet, Tickets konnten am COUNTER nach Vorlage der Buchungsbestätigung abgeholt werden, Bus fuhr pünktlich ab, es gab ein Getränk und Kekse, guter Fahrer, nach 4 Stunden Pause, der Bus kam pünktlich an, leichte unkomplizierte Buchung über 12go
