Seats were comfortable. Bus wasn't too cold in my opinion i did start to get colder towards the end. They gave us an almond cake, lactasoy, coffee/tea, and bottled water. Left late, but arrived on time.

Took the night bus, left on time. Arrived early. Free muffin and soy milk carton to start the journey. Toilet on bus. Very comfortable, loads of space, slept pretty much straight through journey. USB chargers on board.

The bus arrived to Chiang Mai on time. The seats were okay, the lady on board was rude. There was a 20-minute stop at midnight but it wasn't enough time to have dinner. They wake you up abruptly

Everything was seamless as far as logistics. For snacks, we had coconut cookies, water, chocolate soy milk and milo in the morning. The seats have hard edges, so if you’re bigger than maybe an American size 8, you’re going to need to reposition yourself several times to get comfortable. AC good, blankets available.
Movies are mostly dubbed in Thai. I was under the impression that there would be WiFi, but there wasn’t. All and all, pretty standard for Thai travel and we left and arrived on time! Thank you!

War sehr pünktlich und waren sogar 1h früher in Chiang Mai, jedoch waren der Snack, welcher aus roten Bohnen und irgendwas bestand nicht so lecker, aber das liegt wohl im Auge des Betrachters. Nachts hält man an einer Raststätte an der man umsonst fann ein warmes Essen wie zb checken Rice bekommt. War etwas eng im Bus. Würde daher die letzte Reihe empfehlen, da hier noch etwas mehr Beinfreiheit ist.

The bus ride was surprisingly pleasant! The seats recline almost all the way down, there is also a foot rest that lifts up, AC was blasting. They also have a screen for each seat to watch hollywood movies, the only setback was they were dubbed in thai so pretty useless. We arrived 2 hours early so it was fast. I would ride this again.

After being told "it's a long way don't get the bus" a million times this was a really pleasant surprise! The seats were comfortable, they had a functioning toilet and onboard entertainment - it wasn't too cold and you got some basic food and refreshments. Can't complain for the price! Highly recommend this supplier - the pictures do t do the bus justice.

Ist was very easy to find the counter and to get the tickets. The seats were exactly the ones we booked and the ride was quiet and enyoable.
The bus even arrived an hour early in Bangkok.

Everything I expected and more. Lots of leg room , the operators didn’t really say much but we kind enough. We were provided with snacks and drinks. Made a stop to use restroom and grab some food. They provide u with a blanket it does get cold. Trip was on time.

Автобус понравился. Туалет в салоне, вода, булочки, талон на питание в быстростоловке. Все как на картинке. Кресло раскладывается почти в горизонт. Если не выносите шум, берите беруши. В целом гуд. Рекомендую!

Much space in the seat I booked, so that was nice, but we arrived almost 3 hours earlier at the bus terminal in Bangkok and 4 am isn’t my favorite time to be around loads of drivers who want to get you in their cars/tuktuks on my own, without any WiFi to book a grab-car. The arrival time is really more or less a guess :D Also i couldn’t take take-away into the bus, so i had to throw it away and you can’t use the media center since it is in Thai, which of course is not a problem but maybe nice to know in advance.

The Bangkok-Chiang Mai VIP bus is everything you'd expect from a good bus and more. During this truly comfortable trip I found myself discovering more and more merits of the bus - be it a tv screen or an actual massage option(!) implemented in the seat. Add free snack, water and milk to it and you have an ultimate luxury experience. For its price it's definitely a must!

On time. Comfortable And smooth ride. Only thing is for anyone who doesn't speak Thai it's not made clear you have a meal ticket so perhaps on the overhead speaker at the stop there should be added a message in English as I realised but many other didn't.

Overall a nice trip, friendly staff and comfortable seats with a lot of space (for a tall Norwegian with long legs). It freezing cold due to heavy use of air condition, so bring pants and sweaters.

Generally speaking the bus was nice, but the Ac was freezing there was no wi fi.
The worst part was when we arrived to bangkok at 5 Am ( insted at 7) and the stewardess just pull up our blankets from us agressivly without any consideration...
And just "kick us" out from the bus.
This is not a behavior for passenger that paid for vip bus. Just try to be kind next time.

It was great! Staff si so nice, they help us for luggage, il you ask something they do it....
For thé coach everything is perfect: tactile Tv, ac, massage chair, positional chair to sleep correctly with enough place to put your legs straight. One word: perfect
