- 밴은 버스나 기차가 다니지 않는 목적지까지 운행하는 경우가 많습니다. 소규모 도시나 작은 마을과 같은 곳 말이죠.
- 대부분의 경우 밴은 비교적 짧은 거리를 육로로 이동할 때 목적지까지 가는 가장 빠른 방법입니다. 버스보다 작고 기동성이 뛰어나기 때문입니다.
- 밴을 이용하면 터미널이 아니더라도 탑승 도중에 내게 더 적합한 지점에서 하차할 수 있습니다. 실제로 시간과 비용을 크게 절약할 수 있는 경우도 있습니다.
밴 여행의 단점
- 일부 밴은 짐을 넣을 수 있는 공간이 제한되어 매우 비좁을 수 있습니다. 사실 거의 모든 밴의 경우 짐을 넣을 수 있는 공간이 제한되어 있으며, 가방, 캐리어, 백팩이 두 개 이상 있는 경우 짐을 놓아둘 좌석을 별도로 구매하는 것이 좋습니다. 하지만 이 경우 비용은 두 배로 지불해야 하죠.
- 밴이 정해진 시간에 운행되는지, 아니면 모두 탑승해야 출발하는지 확인하는 것이 좋습니다. 후자인 경우, 여러 노선에서 밴에 모든 사람이 탑승되는 데 시간이 오래 걸릴 수 있으므로 상당히 오래 기다려야 할 수 있습니다.

說晚上7點到，到的時候已經接近12點了，我一個不暈車的人都開始暈車了，到最後我都開始頭暈，如果再這樣的話真的身體就受不了了，有時候你們在訂單上顯示的那個地址不太準確，就比如說在我從芭提雅到曼谷，上面只顯示芭提雅中轉，轉哪去，之後我聯繫你們你們告我去南站等去了南站之後又告我去北站，光打車我就花了好多錢，這個成本誰來承擔我自己嗎，這一次你們安排的還算不錯，但時間跨度太長一點不靠譜，做一這麼一個老牌而且很大的公司我覺得不應該發生這樣的問題，說實話請讓我寒心的。

We were traveling from Georgetown in Malaysia to Krabi in Thaïland.
We had a first driver (van) in Georgetown at 7:45 am with a van to Hatyai in Thaïland. The driver was on time and was really nice because he helped us to have information on where he should drop us. He dropped us at KST office around 12pm. The staff there was really kind, they told us we can let our bags in the office and go to eat and come back at 1:30 pm. We came back earlier because we had nothing to do and we finally had a second driver (van) at 1pm. He took us to a bus station 2 hours away from hat yai and there we had a direct bus to Krabi. He arrived 30 minutes in advance in Krabi.
The two first vans where really confortable but the last bus was really small (but the trip wasn't too long compare to the van).
Good to know: if you travel on weekend or on vacation date, you will need to pay 20 bath per person for immigration in Thaïland.

Smooth trip. The first bus was a bit older and full but other than that it was great. The drivers took great care of my family and took extra care to make sure we got where we needed to be for bis changes. The best part was that the booking said we would be dropped off at a bus station but the driver took everyone to their hotels. I highly recommend trying his service.

The confirmation email did not designate a pickup location. Talking to the provider on the phone about it, she was very rude and condescending. I had to wander around and find the van myself after realizing she had no intention of listening to me. At the pickup location, we were waiting in the van for 40 minutes, when people finally started complaining and asking why, it couldnt be explained to us and then they decided we could leave now. The seats were small and uncomfortable, two people were basically sitting on top of each other at the back. The second bus was a little bit less cramped. But the drivers would constantly tailgate the vehicle in front and then have to tap the brakes. Then immediately hit the gas again to stay as close as possible.. arrived on time. I’ve had better van rides in Asia.

Very good experience overall, the e-mail with instructions was very clear, vehicles very comfy and clean, drivers nice, we had a few breaks in nice places where we could buy food and drinks and go to toilet. Would certainly use again.

Although a bit rough & ready, all worked out smoothly & we were treated with courtesy by all the handlers. The agent sent us a detailed email the day before departure outlining our trip & connections & everything worked efficiently. The public van to Tammalang pier was a bit cramped but the driver was good. The early departure from Hat Yai ensured we were relaxed in catching the ferry to Langkawi. This certainly wasn’t luxury travel but it was efficient.

They took excellent care of us; everything was clear. We were met by a lady at tamalanga Harbour and also by a gentleman at the bus station for the Krabi bus service. I highly recommend them.

Fast driving. Close to the vehicles in the front all time. Very dangerous and speedy. Pressure was made when we took longer in at the customs but after the customs the driver was chatting outside with other people. No time to toilet when switching vans

Samui-Pattaya Trip
Punctuality was great. No problem with the stops. Dinner place had so many options. On the bus, they give you a chocobar and water. Overall service was great and their helpline is very responsive.
Only thing is the bus is a little cramped. If the person in front of you reclines their chair, you can barely move, and the handrests are fixed. Also, there will be no blankets provided, so better to bring your own 😊

We are traveling for more than 4 weeks now and this was our worst experience. Reckless and way too fast driving for the last hour of our Journey; it was so dangerous. He once went after an ambulance at over 60km/h in thick traffic leaving only 1m of distance between the cars. When I asked him to slow down he said: sorry sorry, and went back to reckless and dangerous driving. The first hour was super slow, with stops in between and him disappearing and picking up people from the road, felt like going in circles.

It said it would take 7 hours it took us 12. The first ferry was delayed an hour an a half due to tide levels, fair enough. Got onto the ferry they picked us up in the port and got us a taxi which was very smooth and helpful. My issue stands with the so called 5 hour bus taking nearly 7 hours. I understand that tbe bus needs to collect others however I would have preferred to have been informed when booking and the time estimation to be more accurate.
Additionally after the delay at the start I contacted 12Go about how it would effect the rest of the journey, 2 hours later after we got on the ferry, told me to contact the other people again wasn’t informed that’s who to contact with issues. The people with KS travel were lovely tho. The curtain on the bus was mouldy too

The second part of the trip was extremely uncomfortable, we were informed the day before that a van would pick us up, instead we were crammed into a car. The middle seat had no upper back support nor a headrest, which caused me a lot of discomfort in my neck and back.
When booking the trip I wasn't informed (or couldn't find the information easily) that there would be a 2 and a half hour wait until the next van, only after booking did I see this information, by which time it's too late to cancel.
The drivers were both very good and punctual.

Overall good drivers and it ran fairly well to time. From Koh Phangan it’s important to know that once you are on the vans there is little to no time to pick up food and drinks. A few toilet stops but literally 5 minutes. Bring enough with you and know that you will be getting in Penang late and hungry.

Information were clear, everything worked perfectly. From George Town it was a mini van, new and comfortable, the driver was good and precise. From Hat Yai, after 45 mins to e bus to Krabi, also comfortable and punctual.

Because my accommodation was far from the stated pick-up point, I requested an alternative pick-up (along the route to be taken by the van). I was told I would be notified, but I never was so I had to travel into Georgetown (extra Rm16 expense) and walk to the stated pick-up. It was pouring rain so I got very wet. As it eventuated, the driver collected several passengers from their accommodation outside Georgetown and even further south of where I was staying. So for me, this part of their service was very poor.
Although the van departed Georgetown 45 minutes late, we arrived in Hat Yai close to schedule. The e driver was efficient and very helpful, including taking me to an ATM prior to dropping me at Hat Yai train station. This part of their service was very good.
Considering the ticket cost (80-100% more than several other operators), I would suggest there are better value options.

No issue with the e-ticket, KST also sent a helpful guideline and - unlike 12Go CS - they respond our questions with a helpful answer and immediate. Driver in Donsak and Hat yai come on time, unfortunately in Donsak, the driver delayed the departure because he waited, which is all of us had to wait then, for 1 customer who was then dropped by in the middle otw to Hat yai. The van from Donsak is far from comfortable, especially the seat, but the van from Hat yai is new, clean, and comfortable.

We got to Krabi in one piece. First bus was fairly comfortable and a much shorter journey than was on the timetable email. However our bus driver was 30 mins late. We stopped just before the boarder for a break where the bus driver took all our passports and then asked for 3RM each, this was never communicated to us and we'd spent all our cash because we were leaving malaysia so had to change up money to pay him, still not sure what the 3RM was for. He never communicated anything with us during the boarder crossing which made it unnecessarily stressful. The second mini van was the most uncomfortable journey we have ever been on. But we made it to Thailand.

Really rude staff, didn’t communicate with us at all. Randomly stopped us in the middle of nowhere, shouted for us to get out and said we had to go to another office. So rushed, my friend left something on the bus that they then said they could not find. The second driver was much more helpful but communication really needs to improve.

ハジャイのKSTトラベルの人たちはフレンドリーで安心できた。ドライバーは特に問題なく、送り届けてくれた。トランクは私始め、荷物を置く前から既に一杯だった。利用客のために自分の荷物？は減らしておくと良いのでは？と思った。

Fahrt und Bus waren ok. Leider die Airconditon sehr kalt eingestellt. Wir haben die Fahrt von Don Sak nach Rayong Bus Terminal 1 gebucht, wurden aber leider nur bis Bus Terminal 2 gebracht. Fahrer freundlich aber sprechen kein Englisch. Dinner bei einem Zwischenstop war im Ticket inbegriffen.

Super pünktlich. Von der Organisation hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Nachteil war leider das der Bus sehr viele Schwachstellen hatte. Kaputte sitze.und was ich leider sehr nachteilig empfunden hatte. Das der Fahrer die Klimaanlage dermaßen kalt eingestellt hatte. Und trotz nachfragen und bitte die Anlage zurück zu drehen. Nicht gemacht wurde.
