Good things :
The bus is really nice… seats are large and very confortable.
The bus staff is really nice as well
When we had to change buses, the staff there were also very very nice. And even found us a second bus early

El servicio en general está bastante bien. El micro es bastante cómodo. El chico nos explicó todo a la perfección. Se hace un poco largo el trayecto porque después del micro vas a una combi, a otro micro y recién ahí al ferry. Pero en cuanto a servicio y atención está más que bien

Tout s’est passé comme prévu, les bus à l’heure ( il y a 3 changements une fois arrivé à la ville de Surthani: pour ceux qui vont à Koh Phangan), top confort pour le VIP.
L’hôtesse est aimable, il y a le dîner compris ( à minuit sur une aire d’autoroute folklo!!!) et des boissons/ gâteaux pour le trajet.

Bus terminal easy to navigate and bus waiting for us on arrival. Cold, but a hoodie and a blanket they provide do the job. Seats comfortable, if you can sleep on a plane you can sleep on the bus. Stopped for a meal at midnight, and switched to a minibus at 5:30am (turned up at 6:30). Took us up to the ferry, overall easy and smooth experience.

Заказывали билеты на группу из 7 человек с трансфером от отеля на Самуи до Бангкока. Так как билетов на обратный путь на руках не было, волновались чтобы про нас не забыли, но в назначенное время на ресепшен отеля перезвонили и предупредили о небольшой задержке с просьбой ожидать. Через 30-40 минут приехал автобус и далее мы поехали по маршруту, билеты водитель привез с собой. На автовокзале действительно пришлось ожидать рейса часа полтора, как многие пишут. Но последовав примеру местных мы устроили мини пикник на газоне и на фоне красивого заката время пролетело незаметно.
Не смотря на отличную организацию, по понятным причинам путь этот достаточно труден физически.

с паромом все прошло гладко, потом еще парочка пересадок с такси на такси и в результате нас довезли до автобусной станции, где оказалось, что ждать отправления автобуса придется полтора часа. причем вещи в автобус положить не разрешили. а с чемоданом и рюкзаком особо не походишь. мы выкрутились из ситуации, ходили за едой по очереди. уличные кафешки в шаговой доступности.
автобус комфортный, сидения раскладываются, можно лечь, вытянув ноги. НО! один огромный недостаток - кондишки работали как звери, было холодно, хоть я и перекрыла все заслонки, которые смогла. уснуть получилось только после того, как я оделась в рубашку, теплую жилетку с капюшоном, накрылась с головой выданным пледом и вторым своим пледом.
в дороге нам выдали по бутылочке воды, баночке фанты и пирожному. была остановка на 20 минут, где можно было поесть незамысловатой тайской еды (этот перекус входил в стоимость).
я покупала билет до Южного терминала, но высадили меня раньше, хотя я два раза на английском переспросила, та ли это остановка? сопровождающая нас тайская барышня утвердительно кивала.
и вот я стою в Бангкоке на улице (неизвестно где), карты гугл показывают, что до Южного терминала 13 минут на машине и 2 часа пешком. времени 5.30 утра, темно, автобус ушел. такой вот сервис.
похоже, мне нужно было знать тайский язык для того, чтоб попадать туда, куда нужно с первого раза :)

Everything was fine, bus comfortable quite enough. Just one thing I would like to explain to all potential travelers.
If you buy tickets for government bus (at the bus station) you will go by the same bus directly to Koh Samui (drop off at Nathon Bus Terminal). It means you'll keep your luggage in the bus all the way (including part at the ferry).
But in this trip first of all you'll change the bus in Surathani city (and for sure you have to carry all your bags from one bus to the other one). And after you'll get your luggage at the Donsak pier, bring by yourself to the ferry and after bring by yourself to the pier in Koh Samui. If you have only backback with you it wouldn't be a problem but if you travel with suitcases it will give you some extra complexity. I bought tickets for my parents and it was a challange for them.

Seats were very comfortable compared to coaches we’ve taken before. There was a tv with English movies but my screen didn’t work so well so didn’t use that. My partner did. The massage function of the chair didn’t work. We got snacks and drinks and a cold towel when we first got on but that was it. No stop for a meal as advertised, yet again. Stopped for a toilet break about 2 hours into the trip then no more stops again which wasn’t great. Personal overhead lights didn’t work so had to try to sleep as soon as the lights went off at leaving at 7.30pm or had nothing to do. Got to Bangkok about 5am but it wasn’t advertised that there was multiple stops in Bangkok to get off otherwise we would have gotten off earlier than the southern bus station. Overall okay service but probably not worth the price without the meal provided.

จอดรายทางบ่อยมาก ไม่มีทีวีส่วนตัว ต้องลงจากรถบัสเพื่อต่อรถตู้ไปดอนสัก (มันค่อนข้างเหนื่อยนะ เวลานอนไม่เต็มอิ่ม) ราคาสูงเมื่อซื้อทาง12Go.asia เพราะราคาหน้าตั๋วมันเป็นอีกราคานึง แต่เราจ่ายแพงกว่าราคาหน้าตั๋วเกือบ 200 บาท ไม่แนะนำให้ซื้อทางเว็บนี้

Managed to get a free shuttle from the office to southern terminal on the bus we would later be on which saved us some money on a taxi or tuk tuk. The seats were very big and had lots of leg room as well as a massage feature. Staff were helpful and we got snacks as well as a free meal after a few hours on the bus

Мы прибыли на вокзал за 40 минут до отправления. В окошке для регистрации (номер окошка указан с распечатке-ваучере) нам выдали билеты. После посадки в автобус нам выдали по маленькой бутылке воды, маленькому соку и по пачке снэков, что то вроде бутерброда. На сиденьях уже лежали подушки и пледы.
Автобус явно не новый, но вполне приличный. Для непритязательного туриста вариант отличный. Кресла удобные, спать можно комфортно.
Отправились со станции ровно в 20:00. Примерно в 00:00 была остановка возле ресторана, где кормили бесплатно. Перед остановкой девушка проходила, показывала табличку с информацией о времени остановки (20 мин) и бесплатном питании (на английском, на русском инфы нет). Вход в ресторан по посадочным билетам. После остановки нас пересчитали и отправились дальше. В автобусе был работающий туалет. В 5:00 девушка разбудила, раздала всем кофе. В 5:30 нас высадили на станции, где нужно было ждать другой автобус, который доставил нас до пирса. Ждали минут 30. Ехали до пирса около часа. На пирсе подошли к стойке регистрации, нам указали, где будет посадка. В 8:00 паром отправился. Плыли до 10:30.
Итог - мы очень довольны, не ожидали , что все будет так пунктуально. Сервис на добрую пятерочку.

Start at 17.00 from Ratchadamnoen avenue and wait until 20.00 on South bus terminal.
Bus is not new, but comfortable for sleeping. Stewart in bus doesn't speak English. She won't answer you how long will be bus stop in the night and when will we continue the trip.
In Surat Thani we left the bus and got van to Don sak pier.
After than we got ferry. Not good/not bad.

Bus itself is ok,and so is the ride,they give water blanket and sweet roll on board and stop in big eatery after 4 hours for food if you need! When you arrive in Suratthani city at 6am you will change from the Bus to a minivan going to Donsak pier arriving in time to catch 8am ferry and at 10:30am you will be at Thongsala pier in Koh Phangan! Have fun! P.S.: If you travel with many big luggages can kind of trouble in minivan!

Bon service et bonne prise en charge! Depart de BK à l’heure à 20h. Pause à minuit. Arrivée vers 5h40. Transfert vers le port à 6h10 pour une arrivée vers 7h15. Depart du ferry vers 8h pour une arrivée sur l’île vers 11h. Le bus est un peu vieux mais suffisament confortable pour bien dormir. En revanche mangez qqch avant car on vous donnera juste un en cas sucré. Attention on descendant du bus on vs proposera d’organiser votre transfert à votre hôtel sur l.île pour 200 baths / pers. Refusez car le taxi sur le port est motié moins cher.

The Four stars are for 12goasia. They are amazing and really helpful if you have any questions. The bus was nice enough and comfortable, almost fully reclining seats. My seatbelt was broken, and the operator tried to pretend it was working, until we were able to demonstrate it was legitimately broken. After which he tried to move two people out of their seats and give them to us. Which obviously isn’t kosher. The reviewer who wrote how everything was confusing, no information given and being dropped off in the middle of nowhere not knowing what you’re supposed to do, was spot on. That was exactly our experience. We did make it to our ferry terminal miraculously, so that was nice. So, 12goasia good, Krungsiam not so much

Автобус , на котором ехали из Южного вокзала, очень хорош. Дали подушки и пледы. Хорошая вентиляция, кондиционер. Можно самостоятельно регулировать холод или тепло. Стюарт принес воду, сок и пирожное. Это видимо был ужин. Туалет чистый. Кресла удобные. Нас высадили на какой-то остановке, не довозя до пирса, видимо было мало народа, и собрали людей с разных автобусов. Но к счастью, нас не бросили на дороге, приехал микроавтобус и забрал нас, довез до пирса. Паром старый, но исправно довез до Самуи, где за нами вызвали маршрутку и довезли до отеля. В общем переезд закончился благополучно.

Die Busreise mit dem VIP24 Bus ließ absolut keine Wünsche offen. Ich wünschte in Deutschland gäbe es solche Busse. Bequeme Sitze, Decke, Service an Bord. Man konnte gut schlafen. Alles besser kann eine Busreise nicht sein. Man muss sich lediglich darauf einstellen dass es etwas kalt ist, aber mit einem Pullover ist man bestens ausgerüstet.
Das Boot hat etwas lange gedauert (fast 3h) aber ist eben nicht vermeidbar wenn man auf die Insel möchte. Ob es schnellere Verbindungen von Don Sak gibt weiß ich nicht aber unser Autofrachter war doch sehr gemächlich. Auch hier konnte man an Bord auf 4 nebeneinander liegenden Sesseln schlafen, insofern halb so schlimm.
Die generelle Organisation war top, alles hat auf die Minute funktioniert. Kann die Reise wirklich jedem empfehlen!

19:30 Bangkok South to Koh Samui. Most comfortable sleeper I’ve been on in Asia. 80% recliners. Snacks/drinks. Good a/c, blankets, pillows, seatbelts, safe driving. Individual TV system with a few movies in English but most in Thai. Helpful staff. Changed to normal bus in Surat Thani for last 1.5hrs to Ferry pier, but had plenty of room and still comfortable. Was in KS Hostel by 10am.

The trip was an easy ride. The seats were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and made the trip as easy as possible even for westerners who didn't speak any Thai. The snacks were good. Instant coffee, water, a Coke, and I believe a pineapple pie. There are tablets w games and the like. The overnight ride is definitely the way to go. They even gave plastic wrapped blankets and (not plastic wrapped) pillows

Overall good. But ferry arrived 2h later than advertized. Seats could be more comfortable. VIP seats in first bus excellent. Also, snacks im VIP bus very delicicous, blanket and pillow were nice too. 2nd bus ride good but too much active cooling and I couldn't turn it off. Ferry was ok, but toilet on ferry was defective and very dirty. Toilet at the Southern Terminal in Bangkok was very dirty and no toilet paper and no soap. Also, midnight stop for eating was a bit too short and food was not super good. But I would recommend it to friends.

Lovely experience. The whole process went smoothly from check in to arrival. Lovely service aboard the night bus and everything ran on time. The VIP bus was really comfortable with pillow and blanket and managed to sleep really well and arrived at our destination on time with no problems. Highly recommend.

We were not provided any information regarding pick ups. We arrived at the ferry port and we’re unaware of what to do next. It took a long time and a lot of stress to realise that we had to then get on a cart to a bus to a minivan and then the vip bus. This was very confusing. The staff were lovely and drivers were great, but the communication from 12Go regarding the mechanics of the trip was poor.

Trip from Koh Samui to Bankok, from Pier to Surathani we have go via old bus dor aboit hour with no buffers then we change to small Van which take us another half an hour to some bus station where we have to wait almost 2 hours to get finalls to VIP bus, which was very comfortable and we got nice snacks and around 10pm evening even good dinner at bus stop.
Main issues with this company is that you need to change transport vehicle several time, Ferry + old bus + Van + VIP bus. We have arrived slightly late about 15 minutes to Mochit

First bus very comfortable and we were able to sleep. Stop and wait for second bus could be a bit more organized and communicated what we have to do. Second bus was okay and ferry was how expected. Nothing to complain here

the bus was soooo cold we got sick. we told them to please turn it off or low but they didn’t. i couldn’t sleep bc i was freezing and it wasn’t comfortable for me bc of the cold. please find a solution for this problem
