Via 12go de exacte lokatie gekregen vanaf waar de minivan zou vertrekken! Dit klopte exacte!
We vertrokken dan ook eerder dan de aangegeven tijd omdat iedereen er al was! Dit was super fijn.
De minivan zelf is klein en je heb weinig ruimte voor je bagage. Gelukkig paste het allemaal net.
De rit zelf was erg fijn en ging super snel!
We kwamen zelf een uur eerder als de aangegeven tijd aan.
Hele fijne rit!

the van is too hot, air conditioner is not working properly and keep on stopping along the way to pick up passenger.at one time, the van is full but the driver keep on taking passenger.
Driver also play loud music and sitting at the back row, I have to sit straight still for 3 hours and enduring the loud music. Leg room is too little. I'm a petite Asian with 5 ft 1", imagine if someone bigger than me, they really need to reconsider taking this van

Musste 2 Tickets lösen (backpack und mich), Bus dann trotzdem übervoll. Kaum Ventilation. Für mich war es eine Horrorfahrt und dafür habe ich das doppelte bezahlt!!!! Schade.

我预定的是下午2点的票，大概11:45到车站，车站直接就给我换了12点的票。从这次的行程看，只要是你在预定时间提前到，基本上是可以签到提前的票的。
今天的司机不错，开的比较稳当，3个小时就到Mochit了，在Mochit的地铁站附近，司机还特地停车下了一次客人，方便坐MRT的人。

Do not use during Songkran holiday. Ticket was for 12. Waited until 1:30 until departure from terminal D, Mo Chit. Baby sitting next to us, crying and vomiting. Just awful. Full van. Crazy. Driver had many stops on the way down. Despite all still made it to HuaHin by 5:15pm.

Even if i booked for a trip at 10 am, we went early and could have a minivan as soon as we arrived ! i bought an extra seat for our luggage (as it was said in the notice). Good air con (maybe too cold !), driver drove fast but safely, enough room for legs. Good trip !

Hat super funktioniert. In der Mochit Bussstation konnte mir erst der Serviceschalter sagen dass die Busse auf der anderen Straßenseite los fahren. Alle waren gewohnt freundlich. Der Bus fuhr 30min früher los weil alle Passagiere da waren. Unsere 2 Koffer hatten genug Platz. Ich hätte dafür nicht extra einen Sitz buchen müssen wie angegeben. Wir sind 2 mal für eine Minute angehalten weil der Fahrer was erledigen musste. Und einmal waren wir für ca. 5min tanken wo wir auf die Toilette konnten oder was zu trinken holen konnten. Wir werden auch wieder so nach Bangkok zurück fahren. Zu dem Preis unschlagbar. ????Danke

Diese Fahrt war besser als die letzte Leider war der Minibus etwas älter und die Klimaanlage ging nicht richtig, aber war ok. Günstiges Mittel von A nach B zukommen.
Es lohnt sich weit früher als die angegebene Abfahrtszeit da zu sein, da sobald der Bus voll ist geht es los. Sind fast eine Stunde früher losgefahren und somit auch früher in BKK gewesen.

Organisation am Busbahnhof sehr schlecht. Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen sind wir am richtigen Schalter angekommen. Plattform 3 war schwer zu finden und eigentlich muss man durch alle Gebäude gerade durch und noch weiter nach hinten. Fahrt ging schneller als veranschlagt, aber auch sehr riskante Fahrweise. Für einen sehr großen Menschen ist der Platz sehr eng im Auto.

Clean and new . Some staff spoke a little English . I find that having a A4 size print out of your ticket helps a lot . Some staff read some English , and they can take it around other drivers and they always work it out in the end .
Just remember to arrive EARLY .

Everything was fine. The bus left in time and the trip was safely. The booking was accepted with the bus organisation. If you have luggage, book a seat more. It’s more comfortable then.

The air-conditional of the van is not working as it is blowing out hot air. It is kind of uncomfortable due to the hot air and makes the three hours journey suffering. Maybe they should service their van more often and keep the car's condition at optimal to ensure quality and safety of the passenger.

The driver was rude. He shouted at people. Didn’t handle their luggage. Some sat with all their luggage on their lap. He stopped several times only to stretch his own legs. He didn’t open the sliding door to let us stretch our legs too. After 3 hours a gentlemen asked if we could get out of the minivan to go to the toilet or buy water. Lucky for me, because he didn’t even try to understand what I was communicating. The vehicle was old. Lots of things broken. There was even a beeping sound coming from the dashboard. He just turned it off several times. He didn’t drop me of at the end point. At some random point in the city he told me to get out, because he picked up new passengers.

We booked a bus that was listed as a 14 seater. I always choose 12 or 14 seaters as they have more legroom than the 20 seaters and at 6ft3 I need it. When the bus arrived it was the 20 seaters and was fully booked. Not only did I find myself in a crowded bus with nowhere to put my legs, we found there was nowhere for our luggage. We questioned the driver and was met with a reply of "why didn't you just book extra seats". Not at all happy with this attitude. Combine that with a driver not wearing his seatbelt and holding a mobile phone to his ear while driving and it was really not a great 4 hour travelling experience for me, or my partner who couldn't even fit in a seat properly due to me needing to sit at an angle to fit my legs. Not a fantastic experience and we won't be travelling with this company again.

Bus journey was fairly smooth. Several stops along the way but they were brief. There was plenty of air con.
Unfortunately we found the driver to be very rude, he was frustrated we had luggage. He made no help to store it, didn't want it in the aisle - he tried to insist we store at our feet.

I had to pay for two extra seats just to put our luggage on, because there was no way to transport any bags in the car. Meanwhile, our previously purchased tickets actually included luggage up to 20kg. It’s not about the money, it’s about the principle.

The transfer departed on time and included one stop where we could use the restroom and buy snacks and drinks. The driver was friendly, drove smoothly, and the journey felt safe and comfortable overall.
The vehicle did not have air conditioning, only a fan. Unfortunately, the fan was not very effective, and since the day was quite hot, the ride became a bit uncomfortable at times. The minivan was also somewhat messy inside, and the seats were a little worn out.
That said, these issues did not personally bother me too much. We arrived safely and on time, and the overall service was good.

แต่จริงๆแล้วมีพนักงานของรถตู้ขึ้นมาถามทีละคนแล้วว่าลงไหนไปแล้ว คนเช็คตั๋วกับคนขับ ไม่คุยกัน
The driver shouted at the passengers for not saying where they wanted to get off. But actually, a van staff member had already asked everyone individually. The ticket checker and the driver just weren't communicating with each other

Very easy, good
