We have asked the stuff 4 times to get a life jacket since my gf was afraid but it took more then 1 hour until we got it. The life jackets were stored behind luggage so it would not have been accessible in case of an emergency.

It‘s like driving with the German train (Deutsche Bahn) not nice, overpriced, always too late but eventually you will reach your destination at that day.

Everything was great. We left on time, boat was comfortable and the crew was very friendly and helpful. The trip goes via the Gilis to Lombok and took us about 3hrs in total. We also booked a transfer to Kuta directly at the check-in which was fairly priced with 400k for 2 persons and worked perfectly fine

People who were sat at the back of the boat got soaked and some of the bags also. The bags which were stored on the top of the boat were sometimes thrown so make sure you don’t leave anything valuable in them. Overall though, the boat was in okay condition and we weren’t too much later than expected 😁

The port is new and really nice, indoor air conditioning waiting area. The boat seats were comfy. We got on and off on the port so didn’t get wet as some people said in the reviews on here, we didn’t. Only negative was it was 25 mins late leaving the port but we weren’t in a rush so didn’t mind

Staff is very hardworking, and in the end they got us there. But very rude, and what stood out most was how late they were to depart both times. It says to arrive an hour early which we did but we departed an hour late.
