Left 2 hours late. Got on a bus, got comfortable and then got told that this was the wrong bus (which it wasn't, because not all of us who were going to Nha Trang gor dismissed), got taken somewhere else and got up on a different bus. Also, I understand that all the drivers don't know English, which is fine, but if there's a toilet or food stop, can't they just remember the words "toilet" and "food" so all the tourist know what's going on and don't have to ask all the bus passengers in hope that someone knows English and translates?

We have the Bus 33. Actually the Best Bus in Vietnam. Very clean, enough space also for people higher than 1,8m, and comfortable. Also enough break are planned. BUT the driver and his co-driver: I think it's part of the basic training that you're aggressive and evil. And he hooked the bus non-stop. Really. Non-stop.

Had difficulty finding the driver at the train station . Many drivers with signs but despite extensive searching his wasn’t obvious for unknown reasons but a local found him for us. Contributing factor may have been our arrival by bus when the train was halted halfway from Hanoi due to rail washout

The vehicle was nice, but the driver kept beeping his horn at everything he saw. He also took 1,5 hour longer than the trip should have cost.

The bus was rather on the cheap side, but that was okay. We started later than it was said, we had a stop in the middle of nowhere to wait for some packages, and had a long break in a bar. Overall, we were 1 hour late. One of the service men went inside the bus while smoking a cigarette. As a non-smoker I felt uncomfortable. We were driving in the evening (it was dark outside), even thought the driver was using his phone (scrolling facebook and sending messages), that was unsafe. The service men were not nice, no smile, no information about the delay.

Bus was clean and new. Arrived about 30 mins late, when we got closer to Hanoi center we were put in a mini van to get to the centre. Has a toilet but remember to take tissue with you. We stopped once for food and there were very limited options, so I’d take snacks.

Drivers were rude. Bus was over an hour wait. We had to move our luggage multiple times because the operators didn’t know where the buss was going to stop. The drivers kept stopping to pick up and drop off packages so a “6 hour” trip turned into a “12 hour” trip.
The drivers had a real attitude problem. The children on the bus were so loud but neither the parents or drivers did anything about it. There was no sleeping on this sleeper bus. The bus itself was so dirty. There was trash everywhere from the previous riders. It was so hot. The drivers refused to turn up the AC so riders in the back were suffocating.

The worst sleeper bus we have had in vietnam with no curtains, suspension long gone and absolutely no storage space. Obviously no charging and wifi. Worst of all, we arroved 2 hours 40 early due to the driver racing down the highways, leaving lots of people stranded in the dark shortly before 4am rather than 6.30 that we paid for. Not worth paying more for the last service of the night, it was crap

Bus driver didn't drop us of at final destination but wanted us to take a (maybe paid) taxi to reach the final stop. He didn't communicate with us so we were pretty confused whether he'd drive us to the final destination or not. In the end, we took a grab to reach halong.

Staff was unfriendly and rushed. Stops weren't communicated clearly.
Hoped it would have gone straight to the communicated endpoint in Hanoi. Instead, when we got near Hanoi we suddenly needed to get out of the bus, into a smaller one which would drop everyone off. This was taking extremely long, with some unexplainable out-of-city errands way after midnight. We arrived more than 2 hours later (at 3am).

Driver was very nice and polite. He stopped for us about half way for a toilet break (basic and remote but to be expected). We were happy. He even dropped everyone to their hotels in Ha Giang and a nice surprise to arrive about 20 minutes earlier than scheduled. My one criticism is that unfortunately the seatbelts did not work.

Took the sleeper bus from Hue to Hanoi. The bus was on time an arrived early. There was slight confusion which bus to board as there were several leaving at same time, but the lady in the Grouptour office guided us for the right one. I was worried after reading bad reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Bus was clean and smell-free, seats were comfortable. There was a toilet, pillow and a blanket, no wifi. I was seated at the very back and it got really hot, eventhough there was a/c on board. There was one toilet/food break during the ride. Overall it was a very exciting ride! Definitely will ride again.

Hello, we arrived 1 hour late because the driver was stopping in the middle of the road and taking people into the bus with no ticket. The driver did multiple non planned stops and took people and packages. People had no ticket and they were 3 or 4 in one seat (the seats are big). They were shouting all the time and annoying other passagers. The driving was insane and my wife almost throws up. Bad experience overall.

We were supposed to leave at 2:36 pm, and we leave at 3. Then, the bus made a lot of breaks to pick up other people in the city, so it delayed the arrival. We could have taken the bus at another stop in the city, at 4 pm instead of going to the agency at 2:36.

The bus was comfortable, but the driver went crazy fast and the road was extremely humping and tuning, so it was impossible to sleep and we were jumping up and down and falling left and right all the time. I almost vimted.

The ride itself was fine but we didn't get a confirmation for the ride so the day before we had to go to the office in Sapa and find out what was going on. At first I was told that the bus was cancelled and that I would need to book a different bus through the lady working there. I said If it was cancelled they needed to tell 12go so that I could be reimbursed. I insisted she call her company to find out what was going on. After a few phone calls I was told to check my email and that a confirmation would be there. I did and the confirmation was there. So after being told it was cancelled I guess they decided to run it after all??? Not too sure but we were the only ones in the bus.

I had traveled from that day and fully satisfied with your bus.
But fully disappointed with your staff.
I told them at least 10 times that my booking is for sa pa but i didn't go sa pa and you must drop me at lao cai but they don't call me when the bus arrive at lao cai and finally they drop me at sa pa.
And advised that you should book a taxi and go back to lao cai.
So that I book a taxi to lao cai and it costs 500000vnd.
My time wasted and money also.
Secondly- i was carrying two bags one of clothes and one another bag of approximate 8 kilograms of peanuts alone with me and i had handover both bag to your staff to keep it in baggage compartment in Hanoi.
And when the bus arrive at sa pa i ask them but they give only my clothes bag and refused for another.
I had checked all the bus but didn't find it.
The boy whom i handover the bag in Hanoi has misbehave with me and blame me that I didn't gave them any another bag even I remind him that i had gave two bags at the same time in hanoi.
So finally I go without my bag of peanuts which I was carrying from India.
Fully satisfied with your bus because it was a very comfortable journey and fully disappointed with your careless and high attitude staff.

Bus was late by an hour and took 3 hours longer than expected to arrive in Sapa. Other than that it was acomfortable trip. the facilities on the VIP 20 bus are great. We stopped for lunch and the selection of food was decent and tasty.
Delays seemed because of lack of organisation in the office. We had a frantic admin lady in Hanoi sorting out multiple issues with multiple customers. She did her best and was as helpful and polite as one could expect.
It is stated on 12goasia website that you should expect delays with this bus company, so we are not overly disappointed.

รถมารับก่อนเวลาที่นัดหมาย น่าจะเป็นรถของบริษัทอื่นมารับแทน แวะตลอดทาง ทำให้ไปถึงล่าช้าไปเกือบชั่วโมง แต่ไม่มีปัญหาอะไร ได้เข้าไปเที่ยวในจุดอื่นมากขึ้น นั่งสบายกว่ารถขามาจากฮานอยเยอะ มีผู้โดยสารแค่ 2 คนเอง สรุปสะดวก สบายดี ราคาก็โอเคร
