밴 여행의 장점
- 밴은 버스나 기차가 다니지 않는 목적지까지 운행하는 경우가 많습니다. 소규모 도시나 작은 마을과 같은 곳 말이죠.
- 대부분의 경우 밴은 비교적 짧은 거리를 육로로 이동할 때 목적지까지 가는 가장 빠른 방법입니다. 버스보다 작고 기동성이 뛰어나기 때문입니다.
- 밴을 이용하면 터미널이 아니더라도 탑승 도중에 내게 더 적합한 지점에서 하차할 수 있습니다. 실제로 시간과 비용을 크게 절약할 수 있는 경우도 있습니다.
밴 여행의 단점
- 일부 밴은 짐을 넣을 수 있는 공간이 제한되어 매우 비좁을 수 있습니다. 사실 거의 모든 밴의 경우 짐을 넣을 수 있는 공간이 제한되어 있으며, 가방, 캐리어, 백팩이 두 개 이상 있는 경우 짐을 놓아둘 좌석을 별도로 구매하는 것이 좋습니다. 하지만 이 경우 비용은 두 배로 지불해야 하죠.
- 밴이 정해진 시간에 운행되는지, 아니면 모두 탑승해야 출발하는지 확인하는 것이 좋습니다. 후자인 경우, 여러 노선에서 밴에 모든 사람이 탑승되는 데 시간이 오래 걸릴 수 있으므로 상당히 오래 기다려야 할 수 있습니다.
- 밴 기사들은 과속하는 경우가 많다는 점에 유의하세요. 가장 평판이 좋은 운영사의 경우에도, 기사들이 제한 속도를 잘 준수하지 않을 수 있습니다. 밴 기사가 과속을 하든 그렇지 않든, 밴 여행 동안에는 항상 안전 벨트를 착용하세요.
- 멀미가 심하고 구불구불한 구간이 포함된 여행이라면 버스보다 밴으로 여행할 때 멀미를 느낄 가능성이 더 높습니다. 안전을 위해 여행 30분 전에 멀미약을 복용하세요.

The staff is supportive and everything is well organized. On short notice we asked for picking us up from the hotel in Hanoi and bringing us to the hotel in Sapa. The bus driver did his job very well and we had 3 stops in total. I would book here again.

Got us to our destination, but the driver can be a bit reckless. Clean/comfortable shuttle van. Able to pick up/drop off from hotel. Plus point, they make two stops along the way for restroom, so that was good. Something to also take note of, they told us 2:30pm pick up, but driver came at 1:45pm and was rushing us whilst we were waiting for our food at the hotel. Made it seem like it was our fault for not being timely.

Wir wurden über eine Verspätung von 15 Minuten frühzeitig per E-Mail informiert. Im Bus entschied der Busfahrer wo wir sitzen sollen und wies uns an zu dritt in der letzten Reihe zu sitzen, obwohl noch ein weiterer Sitz frei war. Auf die Frage warum wir uns nicht aufteilen können, damit mehr Platz sei, bekamen wir die Antwort, dass wir diesen Platz nicht gebucht haben (konnten wir während der Buchung allerdings nicht auswählen) und die Fahrgesellschaft dies per Kamera im Bus überprüfen würde.

Big difficulties to find thé pick up point, thé coordinates of which des not seem to correspond to the adress (in vietnamiese). Took us with nearly one hour delay. Thé trip itself was fine. We finally were one hour in advance due hogh speed.

All went fine and was perfect. Friendly staff, well organized, comfortable, trip on time. Only until the arrival in Hanoi. I had been given misleading information before and the last driver was extremely unfriendly and misbehaving. I do not want to travel with this company again.

Really confortable seat with usb port to keep your phone/tablet charged. Also, they picked me up from almost 10km from the starting point, which is really a plus.

Despite our pick-up being a bit late (approximately 30 minutes), our trip from Ha Long to Hanoi went smoothly. The seats on the bus were comfortable, the airconditioning worked well and we were given complementary bottles of water. Overall, we had a comfortable, good value journey.

We were able to change he pick up from the default pick up point to our hotel the night before pick up which made it much easier and cheaper for us. Pick up was on time and the seats were very comfortable in the minibus

USB ports for loading telephone not working.
Get no time for our breakfast in the Hotel. We where 6:30 a.m. for a breakfast but driver was already at the hotel and want to go directly. Appointment was as 7 a.m.

Most of the trip went well, the driver didn't speak much English but was genuinely polite. We were hosted outside of the old quarter so we met the driver in the location provided when we made the reservation without any issues. We stopped twice in the way to rest and have some amazing natural fruit juices from the vendors in the rest stops. The only reason we don't give a 5 star review is due to the aggressive driving from Lao Cai to Sapa which is a dangerous looking mountain road. The driver would make some dangerous take overs with no visibility at all and sometimes even did turns completely on the opposite side of the road.

The driver came 30 minutes late.
Seat at the door to the back 2 rows is broken, so you have to squeeze hard to get in and out.
Trash was left from previous passengers - did not get a cleaning service.
Driver was very impolite, he drove past my hotel -didn’t bother to turn around, just simply asked us a couple of senior citizens to get off since it’s only 100 meters of uphill walking with our suitcases!

Nothing happened according to the contract and what's been told prior to the trip.
We book the ENTIRE van. When we got in, the driver announced that 2 people were joining us. So 2 of us had to spend the 6.5 hours (not 5) next to the driver with no space to our legs. Not at all the vip experience we booked.
They booked these people the night before to get extra money, however they indeed paid for 4 seats to have room for their luggage.
The organizer said that the driver will make it up by getting us coffee (never happened), when we already actually shared coffee and treats with him from the beginning.
Not refund was ever made to the 2 extra people of for us. And a coffee worth 20cts would have not compensate the 2 VIP seats and a PRIVATE van we booked 1 month earlier.
When booking with them... Ask the right questions as their standards and contracts definitely don't work as they're supposed to. So make sure you ask before, and my advise would be to just book through WhatsApp and pay on the spot to avoid not getting the money back.
Very disappointed.
The organizer just stopped answering when I asked for a partial refund of the 2 seats.

The vehicles are the best in town, super comfy, relaxing, clean and well maintained. My drivers did a great job when it comes to driving style and safety precaution, and the last driver was so helpful in returning to my hotel to pick up my phone that I forgot.
However, it is a pity that I cannot give you 5 stars rating as much as I enjoyed the two trips with you guys, simple because drivers were delayed for more than one hour for the first ride, and 30 minutes for the second, not to mention that they cannot peak English at all, something you really have to improve to be the best of the best.
Overall, very happy with your service, and will book again anytime I would be back in Hanoi, thank you!

Overall our trip was quite good. The driver was very polite and helpfull, although he did not speak a lot of english. We were picked up on time, but finding the actual pick-up point was a bit difficult (taxi dropped us of in the wrong place and google maps was not very accurate). The seats were comfortable, and the massage feature was a nice bonus.

great driver: didn't honk 1 time the whole trip from sapa to hanoi!! picked us up at hotel exactly on time,
very save driver, made good time & put us right in front of the hotel in hanoi!
The only question I have is why my fellow passengers paid half of what we were charged? Not sure if making booking from Canada makes all the services more expensive.
But overall I will highly recommend that service!

We thought we would get a seat with large chair as shown in picture. But once the van arrived, all seats are occupied so we need to sit at the back seats which we cannot adjust the seat. Its seem like the van went to pick up somewhere else before came to the pick-up point. But in the paper, it shows that no pick-up under any circumstance. So it really makes us confuse and not convenience.

The pickup spot was completely unclear. I’d to call 3 times (very poor English speaking person on the phone) also because the “limousine” was > 30 minutes late!
In the taxi 3 people of a Vietnamese family threw up multiple times.
Taxi driver was helpfull and friendly.
Further more it as a very bad experience.

Departure time from hotel was 15:00, luckily we arrived early (14:35) as the driver was already waiting for us. No Hello nothing , bag into the van and go in 1 minute ! Already an car realized the driver spoke very little to no English whatsoever. Driving felt, at times, unsafe but I guess that's the way they drive in Vietnam.

Excellent. Left on time, good and safe driving, stops at good services and great communication from customer services. Only reason it's not 5 stars is that a lot of the comms quote 8pm expected arrival time (if leaving Sapa at 3pm for Hanoi) but then direct email comms with greenlion said 8:30pm. Then we arrived around 8:50pm.

Lent au début sur l'autoroute, le chauffeur a ensuite été plus rapide pour rattraper l'horaire prévu.
1 h de retard en final pour nous, les derniers débarqués à Hanoi.
