They claimed online trip is 30 minutes. Porting at 10:30am, arriving at 11am. We left at 10:40 (10 min delay) and arrived at 11:45 am, which is over an hour of travel time rather than 30 minutes as they claimed online

All staff we interacted with were polite and friendly. Our driver stopped so we could have a toilet break and grab a wee snack without being prompted.
The van was so comfortable, the kids thought they were living the high life!

Excellent transfer, he arrived 10 mins early and the transfer from Patong to Phuket Airport was only 35 mins!! The roads at 630am are empty!

The actual transfer was good however our speed boat arrived in from Phi Phi at the same time as another boat so our driver was stood at the wrong arrival point. Even though I advised it was the speedboat and not the ferry.
We found the driver holding out name card at the ferry arrival point once we had walked over.
The driver then advised he was parked outside and to wait in the pick up area only to be told that he couldn’t get into the car park so we had to then walk outside with all our cases. I assume this was to save him parking fees but not fully sure on the reason. It meant lugging cases around in 30 degrees and a 20 minute delay in leaving Rassada Pier which in context wasn’t that bad but at the time it’s annoying.
The rest of the journey to Patong was fine, I am just making anybody else aware of what to expect on arrival into Rassada Pier using this service.

En cuanto aterrizamos, te lo que sales en la plata 2, Latina nos fuimos donde nos habían dicho, que en la puerta 3, y allí estaba una chica esperándonos a coger una furgoneta de lujo. Estupendo todo. Y muchas gracias

ดีนะค่ะ เราเหมารถตู้มาที่อ่าวนาง 4 คน วันที่ 11/08/25 ราคาดี แต่ เรื่องรถ หมาย ถึงบริษัท ที่มีส่งเรา น่าจะมีเบอร์โทรติดต่อ หน่อย แล้วก็แจ้งเเบอร์รถตู้หรือ เบอร์คนขับ ให้เราหน่อย ไม่ใช่ให้ลูกค้า เช็ต line ถามทุกอย่าง ( แต่ก็ตอบเร็วนะค่ะ) ถ้ามีเบอร์จะดีกว่านี้มาก เลยขอหัก 2 ดาว เพราะเราจองผ่านเน็ต เราต้องการความสะดวกสะบาย ทั้งการบริการและข้อมูล ขอบคุณค่ะ
