The driver arrived nearly three ours later than agreed. Was very friedly but tired and stressed. That‘s why he drove very fast. Sometimes double of the specified speed. He told us that he has to drive more than 13 hours that day. We are very sorry about the driver and we have a guilty conscience to order a transportation with bad working conditions.

Pleasant Ride and friendly Driver. Water was provided on Board and we had a Break at a Point where additional food/snack/Drink purchases were possible. Driver was earlier than expected but did go out of his way to find me.

Pick up was at our Hotel on time.
Unfortunately we had quite some old car and no the booked new glassfloor van.
At least in Kambodscha this was true. That’s why we ‚only’ rated 4*.
In Thailand everything was fine.
You need to cross the border on foot. Expect 2h at least during custom/boarder checking. The process is anyhow very well organized/supported by 12go. Overall this service is to be recommended. Thumbs up. 👍

I'm giving this 5 stars because the driver and car were fine, arrived on time and did a very good job.
However, I will not use Glassflower's service again because of the Terms of Service you require all customers to sign. As an attorney, I find it to be the most over-constructed, one-sided, legally unenforceable document I have ever seen. Frankly, requiring your customers to sign it is an insult to the intelligence of your customers.

The car was 30 minutes late. Yes, will still got to the airport on time. However, if we did nit contact the taxi service, I highly doubt that they would have informed us. Felt like they forgot our booking.

We were picked up 45 minutes earlier. Our driver wanted to catch one ferry earlier but we missed it because we were, of course, not ready when he arrived. The drive to the border was quick and comfortable. Unfortunately he did not know that we will be catched up by an english speaking guide on Thai side who would guarantee a smooth bordercrossing. Our guide found us on cambodian site and brought us to our driver. The drive to siem reap was okay. Prepare some tip for the cambodian driver. Seems to be normal for "service".
All in all a good Transfer. A little bit too expensive in my opinion.

Most impressed! Our ferry was running late and I was able to contact the driver through the emergency number. He was waiting for us at the ferry terminal. Very nice welcome, help with luggage, stop for lunch etc. At the border we had to change cars and drivers and pay a Cambodian exit charge in baht. The guy helping us (not the driver) gave us a very poor rate of exchange of $ to baht - our only complaint. On the Thai side of the border we were welcomed by the new driver with a better car and taken to our hotel in Pattaya. Thank you

Bei Ankunft am Meetinpoint konnten wir keine Person finden, die uns abholen sollte. Wir warteten 20 Minuten am vereinbarten Meetingpoint bis uns zufällig jemand ansprach, der unseren Voucher gesehen hatte. Man hatte vergessen, unseren Namen auszuhängen. Als das dann geklärt war und uns Fahrer und Auto zugewiesen wurden, stellte sich heraus, dass das Fahrzeug, das uns an unser Ziel bringen sollte, einen viel zu kleinen Kofferraum besaß. Unsere Koffer passten nicht herein. Es vergingen einige Minuten des Diskutierends, bis der Fahrer ein neues Auto mit einem passenden Kofferraum organisiert hatte. Gesamter Zeitverlust zur bestellten Abholzeit ca. 1 Stunde. Danach war alles gut. Der neue Fahrer war richtig nett und freundlich. Sind sicher an unserem Ziel angekommen.

Wir sind von Chiang Rai nach Pai gereist und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Buchung klappte auch kurzfristigvor dem Reisetag noch unkompliziert. Der Fahrer war überpünktlich am Abholort und fuhr die gesamte Strecke umsichtig. Die gesamte Fahrt dauerte ca 5,5h und wir machten 2 kurze Stopps. Der Fahrer konnte etwas Englisch, so dass Small Talk möglich war.
