The friendliness of the Giant Ibis staff was the best. Of course, it wasn't a reserved car... Anyway, thanks to the great handling of the Giant Ibis staff, we were able to get to our destination very comfortably, and it also helped us save time and money. If I travel on that route, I will definitely use it again. We would like to thank the staff at Giant Ibis located in Kampot.

Bus was very comfortable, we were provided water and snacks. The english speaking guide talked and helpes us through the whole boarder crossing with ease and made it completely stress free. They do take your passport but this is to speed up the process. We did arrive a bit late but this was due to large queues at the boarder which was out of their control.

It was super easy with this company. We became breakfast and lunch and water. There was excellentfree wifi in the bus all the time accept close to the boarder.

Everything was great, apart from the restroom. It was not possible to lock the door, the flusher did not seem to work and there was not possible to wash or disinfect your hands afterwards. Would still recommend it though.

Die Reise mir dem Nachtbus war für uns besser als erwartend. Wenn man nicht gerade 1,80 groß ist, lässt es sich in den "Betten" recht komfortabel liegen.
Die unteren Betten sollte man aus unserer Sicht eher meiden, der Abstand zwischen Bett und Decke über einem ist teilweise sehr begrenzt.
Es gab eine dünne Decke und ein Kopfkissen, was völlig in Ordnung war.
Da wir recht gut geschlafen haben, verging die Zeit recht schnell.
Wir würden es wieder machen!

Journey ran slightly off schedule due to a couple of stops for lunch and restroom break. This was not an issue as we expected it to be a lot longer. Everything went seamless and our chaperone explained everything and was super organised. We were slightly hesitant to give over our passports at the beginning but this is totally normal and they are given back as soon as the border process is over.

Purchased the tickets through this company as they state it has sockets to charge phones and WiFi .. So once on board we were told the sockets are not working . Then told that there was no WiFi as issue with SIM card !! We would have chosen a different company if we had of known this .

The journey was comfortable and there were no big surprises. On this occasion the staff member's English was a bit difficult to understand. Unfortunately the bus station in Siem Reap is way out of town, so even if you prefer to walk, you'll probably need a Tuk Tuk.

Everything was really good. They give us. Coffee and pz of bread and later. Some food after the border. They also help with the Cambodia visa for the price they have in the website. Seat are comfortable enough they also stop in some places then we can go to the toilet.

Good ride for this part of the world I imagine and included WiFi for some of the trip and power at every seat. Our bus was the fastest thing on the road by far with 2 lanes frequently becoming 5 or more. Even Mad Max usually lives and this day so did we and everyone we squeezed by with millimeter precision. Seat belts were strongly encouraged at the start the oddessy. On time at both ends.

出発は一応余裕を持って1h前（だいぶ余裕でした）出発後はカンボジアアライバルビザツーリスト用シングルを取得の為、紙を記入(筆記用具必須)。水と軽食のパンが支給され、ベトナムの国境を出た後、20分の昼食タイム(予め昼食を持って行ってたので、バスの中で余裕で食べれました)。入国はとてもスムーズで、とても良かった。
アライバルビザは40ドルと書かれていましたが、35ドルでやってもらえました。

Not up to standards of other GI trips. Wifi not working, many power chargers not working , my seat reclining was broken, windows very dirty so cannot see well. no curtains, lots of rattling noises, bumpy.
Good: pain au chocolat and water and air con.

well, the jorney wasnt anything special at all and we arrived 45min late. wifi didnt work half of the time and if it did work, was painfully slow. the guy spoke very bad english and wanted only thai bath for the cambodian visa, but finally accepted usd because everybody had usd and there was no exchange..plus he charge different prices for the visa for every group - from 40 to 55usd. but some of the people didnt have photo, lost the exit blue paper from thailand...so i dunno..

Bus was comfortable and clean; seats were a bit narrow. Driver was fine. We sat in back so didn't stress about who he was passing, etc. WiFi didn't work outside of town but that's ok.
Giant Ibis web site would not take either of my credit cards, but 12go.Asia would. However, Giant Ibis said they would pickup at our hotel, but 12go.Asia says you get yourself to the station. Be sure to verify which station to go before your travel day.

We were running late to the bus station due to a dodgy taxi driver dropping us at the wrong station but the bus kindly waited for us ensuring an easy journey to Siem Reap. The ride itself was comfortable and the attendants were very helpful especially when it came to the confusing border crossing.

Very easy booking with 12goAsia. The coach left Phnom Penh on time and arrived Siem Reap a little early. Water and a bun were provided for the journey and the coach stopped for a comfort break and a lunch break. The coach was comfortable and air conditioned. Just a small point, the coach station is several kms outside Siem Reap so need a taxi/tuk tuk to get into town. But would definitely recommend booking with 12goAsia and travelling with Giant Ibis.

On time for an overnight trip from Siem Reap to Phonm Phen .. arrived earlier than stated at the other end .
One bathroom stop en route Bed was pretty comfortable and we were provided with a blanket , cushion and bottle of water.
The only negative was the bus driver had the windscreen wiper on on the latter part of the trip and it was super squeaky and woke me up.
It wasn’t even raining!
Overall excellent service and very good value for money.
I would definitely recommend

Bus is okay, the border crossing was seamless and the staff was decently good in english, which helped a lot.
Only problem is that the trip took 2 extra hours. instead of arriving 2PM, we arrived 4PM. Too many stops and the bus ran a bit too slowly.
