hatten wir schon Angst vor der Rückreise nach Bangkok. Aber diese Angst war unbegründet.

Excellent. Boonsiri is the best bus travel agency in South East Asia. The bus leaves at 5 am at Boonsiri office near Khao San Road, which is the only negative part (I cannot stand Kao San Road) and you just have to be there at 4.10 am for check in. You get a bottle of water, banan bread muffin and 1 free meal before taking the ferry.

U Even got water + Snacks + lunch before hopping on the fairy!
It was easy to Book and the People gave u all the informations u Need.
Will definitly Book them again on out way back from Ko Kot to Bangkok.

We first drove in a big bus, the busdriver was okay sometimes he drove a biz crazy but it was fine. Before we entered the bus we got a little beg with a banana muffin and some water. Then some of us had to change to a van because the big bus was going to a different pier. I think our driver drove first to a wrong pier but it war not to much of a problem because we could still catch our farry at 10:45. We then drove for about 45 min with the farry, the whole van was on the farry so we could leave our bags in there, that was very nice. The drop off at the hotel worked really good. Over all i think that is the best way to get to koh chang from bangkok!

The boottrip to the mainland was fine. However, the bus frist had to drop people at a parking lot zo they coups transfer to a minivan to Pathaya. For thuis, the driver had to make a detour. Then, it turned put to be the wrong meeting point, so it took even longer. There were people that had to catch a plane that became very worried that they would miss it. The driver later stoppen the bus once again because a previous passenger had left his phone on the bus. This again took time and people were getting really angry. The driver did not tell us what was going on zo this was very confusing. We were more Than 1 hour late at the AirPort link station wherry taxi drivers refused to take us to town because of traffic. We onlusten arrived at our hotel after 10 p.m.

Ехали с ко куда на ко Чанг . Прямо на сайте в графе место указала Отель, из которого нас надо было забрать. Такси приехало с задержкой в 5 минут, то есть во время????. Помог загрузить и выгрузить вещи . На пирсе несколько сотрудников следили, чтобы каждый уехал именно на том пароме, какой нужен. С моей стороны не было никаких звонков и напоминаний о себе - все вовремя. Я довольна! Спасибо)

Nous avons voyagé en famille de Bangkok à Koh Chang. Le bus, un peu vieillot était correct. La clim marchait à fond ! Les toilettes étaient dégoutants, mieux vaut prendre ses précautions ! Trajet sans encombre. Attention ne soyez pas surpris, le ferry est en acier rouillé, mais il fait le job ! Pour le prix, voyage très satisfaisant, ne vous attendez pas à du grand luxe !

Der Schalter ist sehr leicht zu finden. Er ist sehr gut mit Werbebanner und Schildern zu erkennen. Direkt rechts bevor das Pier betreten wird.
Die freundliche Dame hatte unsere Online bestellten Tickets bereits in Papierform vorliegen und gab sie uns. Sie gab uns die Hälfte des Tickets. Die Fähre liegt am Ende des Piers rechts. Der Herr dort hatte das komplette Ticket erwartet. Nach dem wir erklärten das die Dame am Schalter das Ticket bereits entwertet hatte ließ er uns ohne Problem durch.
Die Fähre ist sauber und schnell.
Das Personal ist freundlich.

Our booking experience with 12goAsia was excellent. Information on the site is clear, the booking process is easy, the confirmation arrives very fast. However. we were picked up from our hotel half an hour earlier than indicated. You may want to put on the confirmation that the pickup time is flexible both ways.

We came 9am to Centrepoint ss we were told in the voucher to ve there at least 45 min before time, which was 10am according to the voucher. But the ferry didn’t leave before 11am! Too long time to wait in the heat.

В целом, нормально, если спокойно относитесь к задержкам рейсов и не боитесь ездить на старом пароме (спасжилеты есть). За неимением другого, как бюджетный вариант поездки - вполне хорошо, буду пользоваться.

We were given much more information this time than on our last trip with Boonsiri. The only thing was that you should state on the voucher that the ticket office at Na Dan pier on Koh Samet does not open until 8, so there is really no need to be at the pier before then.

Fähre fährt nicht um zehn sondern schon um 9:30 unbedingt früher das sein! Ansonsten problemloser Transport mit sehr komfortablem Bus und zeitlich hat auch alles super gepasst

Nachdem ich die anderen Kommentare gelesen hatte, hatte ich ein wenig Sorgen bezüglich der Fahrt. Aber alles lief reibungslos ab. Das einzige, das gestört hat, war ein Umweg zu einer Tankstelle, damit ich dort in den Bus zusteigen konnte. Dies wurde mir vorab nicht gesagt, sondern ich musste erst nachfragen, nachdem ich bei Google Maps bemerkt habe, dass wir in die entgegengesetzte Richtung fuhren. Aber von der Fähre bis zum Einstieg in den Bus war immer ein Guide da, sodass es immer einen Ansprechpartner gab.

Организация хорошая. Понравилось: билет онлайн без необходимости распечатки, вода печеньки в автобусе. Катамаран вез весело. Правда облило с ног до головы поскольку сидел на верхней палубе :)
