Staff service was good and the bus clean. However I would consider a English translation for your hostess on a PA system informing foreigners of her announcements as now they have no idea what she is saying.

It is not different with normal bus line. VIP should be better. Do not provide head pillow and. Blanket are not clean. The helper on bus play Thai News very loud in the morning from her phone so made annoy for Foreigner. They don't announce and speak in English. Only Local Person can be okay.

Echt super! Hab den Intercity genommen, der Bus ist auf die Minute pünktlich abgefahren, jeder hat zu Beginn auch Wasser und Süßgebäck bekommen. Selbst Essen gab es ca. 1 Uhr nachts an einem Busbahnhof, dafür war ich aber zu müde. Jedoch waren die Durchsagen nur Thailändisch, das könnte man ändern, es sind ja jedes mal die gleichen, die könnte man einfach übersetzen. Wurde auf das Essen jedoch separat von der Busbegleiterin hingewiesen. Gerne wieder!

Hervorragender Komfort, bequeme Sitze super nette hilfsbereite und serviceorientierte Mitarbeiter. Besonders hervorheben und danken möchte ich unserem Stewart. Die Reise mit dem Bus verlief absolut problemlos und ich möchte beide sagen wie ein Schweizer Uhrwerk jedermann und jederfrau kann ich dieses Busunternehmen wärmsten ans Herz legen für eine sichere und gut strukturierte Reise.

Die Erläuterung zum Check-In Counter war sehr verwirrend. Ich bin glücklicherweise immer frühzeitig vor Ort, aber dennoch sehr ins schwitzen bekommen. Leider waren Anfang die Auskünfte des Personals auch nicht sonderlich hilfreich. Ansonsten war die Busfahrt komfortabel. Zwar waren wir etwas länger unterwegs als gedacht, aber das macht den Bock bei der langen Fahrzeit auch nicht mehr fett.

12h Reisedauer. Grundsätzlich eine normale Reisebusfahrt. Viele Stopps, aber man durfte nicht aussteigen. Mitarbeiter konnten kaum englisch. Die Mittagspause war anfänglich verwirrend, weil man irgendwo gestoppt hat und 20 Minuten Zeit hatte. Im Gebäude nebenan gab es dann Essen, was im Ticketpreis mit inbegriffen war. War einfach nur verwirrend. Aber grundsätzlich eine decent Busfahrt und ein leiser Bus!

Es hat alles gut geklappt. Ich habe den Bus gefunden und mein Platz wurde mir gezeigt. Es wurde auch erwähnt, dass wir einen Stopp einlegen, aber nicht, dass wir mit dem Ticket dort ein Essen holen dürfen, das wurde uns irgendwie auf thailändisch gesagt. Es gab eine Decke, Wasser und ein Snack noch am Platz. Die Decke wird auch benötigt bei der Klimaeinstellung. Es war frisch im Bus. Wir sind eine Stunde eher angekommen.

Very comfortable trip, good A/C which you can just flip closed if you do not want it blowing down on you. Would recommend taking a jumper though if you have one, if other peoples A/C is on you may feel a little chill. Cute little snack box, water and blanket provided, we didn’t fancy food so didn’t have the free meal provided. Overall I would use this service again! Value for money, on time and comfortable! 😊

Es war alles sehr gut. Außer das bei der Pause mitten drin der komplette Bus hell erleuchtet wurde. Wenn man geschlafen hat war man dann auf jeden Fall wieder wach.

The seats were comfy and could recline pretty far. Kind of good for sleeping. Times flies by! The TVs had fun games like angry birds. Didn’t try the movies since I downloaded some on Netflix. If you want to try them, bring headphones with AUX cable. Snacks, a bottle of water and a blanket were provided. The only downside was the toilet! You really only want to use it if you have to pee. But we made one stop half way through to use the bathroom. At that location we also got a meal for free and could buy some more snacks! I found it better than the night train! Pro tip: book a hotel at the destination with 24h reception. So when you arrive in Chiang Mai for example at 3am you can check in and sleep.

乘坐体验非常好，我本人腰有伤，但是这次大巴坐的非常舒服，座椅角度可以调节，腰部有支撑，有包装好的毯子，干净卫生，强烈推荐，提前到达了！酷！

It was easy to locate the bus at the station, there were packaged blankets on every seat. Before starting our ride, the host gave us snacks and water, you don't need to buy snacks before the ride. We had a 20 minute break and since we've read the comments we got our free meal there. The bus was not that cold, you can close the AC from the controler, the seats were comfy as well.

Die Fahrt an sich war angenehm, wir sind etwa eine Stunde später angekommen als ursprünglich geplant. Leider war die Toilette eine absolute Katastrophe. Die sitze konnte man in eine liege Position verstellen, wir haben ein Getränk, Snacks und eine Decke gestellt bekommen. Die Decke war mehr als Notwendig denn die Klimaanlage in dem Bus war gefühlt auf 0 grad gestellt, schlimmer war das dass Kondenswasser von der Klimaanlage ständig auf meinen Kopf getropft ist, während ich an meinem Fensterplatz geschlafen habe. Alles in allem war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aber vollkommen okay.

Unkomplizierte Buchung, pünktliche Abfahrt und nur geringe Verspätung, bei 10 h Fahrt aber völlig legitim. Es gab einen WC-Halt und Snacks sowie Wasser. Leider werden die Informationen nicht uf english übersetzt. Können die Busfahrt empfehlen :)

Everything was very fine. Bangkok northern bus terminal is very big, make me scare a bit, but every people who work here was very very nice and helpful. During the trip everything was fine and everybody being very nice and professional.

Comfy bus with a lot of space and air conditioner. Started on time and only arrived 15 min later than expected. Snacks were delivered. Would have good to be known that we do a stop and get a free dish at the stop.

Nice, comfy seats with usb for charging and little screen with some movies like on a plane. The seat reclined quite far but there was no footrest. Turned on the lights and stopped at 12.30 for food which was a bit chaotic. Arrived an hour early so only got a couple of hours sleep.

Nice and comfortable seats, blanket provided along with water, some snacks and dinner (at midnight during the break) - the voucher for the dinner is in your ticket - During the trip I wasn't able to use the entertainment on the screen of my seats because all the movies where in Thai impossible to switch to another language.

Our bus was scheduled to take 9-10 hours. It took us almost 13 hours…made a bunch of stops and had mechanical issues. When we were having mechnothing was communicated with us. The bathroom was also dirty, and the fact no one spoke English made everything a guessing game.

Gut und gemütlich! sehr lieber steward, der snacks und Wasser verteilt hat. Soo kalt wie sonst war der Bus glücklicherweise nicht. Schlafmaske, Pulli und Ohrstöpsel empfehle ich für einen angenehmen Schlaf.

The bus was great. The seats were really comfortable and you had a lot of space. We got water and a snack in the beginning. And the stewardess was so nice and spoke English too. Bus even arrived an hour early. I’ve seen in other reviews that the ac was too cold but it was honestly fine. You could even change it for your own seat and you get a blanket too. I can really recommend

Bus was very comfortable, with a reclining seat, a screen to watch movies and complimentary water and a snack. In addition, we arrived more than 1 hour ahead of our destination. highly recommended
