Was very easy to get ticket. On arrival they scan your ticket give you a boarding ticket . They take the loggage and you can wait at a coffe shop. After you walk with the whole group to the boarding building. Small seat only thing the fan on the ferry where not working .

Great! Easy to book, found them without any problems. No problems with booking. They are great! Offering beer to go upstairs so NOT a lot of people are there at all cause people are spending 2000$+ on trip but can’t buy a beer for 3$ 😂 There were few people, nice music and we were enjoying all the way

Boat left 1 hour late. They loaded our bags on the boat for us, which was nice, but all of our baggage and contents was wet when we arrived. Boat was very hot, fans but none of them worked.

Boat in good condition. You cannot sit in the back or on top like in every other ferry, if you don’t want to buy their beer. That’s not great but ok - but the crewman selling the beer was an aggressive asshole about it from the first second.

12goasia placed travel insurance on my ticket and I didn’t realize it until after. They were very unhelpful about refunding something I did not want. I shouldn’t have to find the hidden choice to opt out for travel insurance. The customer service was horrible and didn’t help. The boat itself was okay until they shut the front door and smelled petrol fumes for a good amount of the trip . They also oversold their tickets and my friend had to stand on the top outside by the captain area.

Trip from Bali to Nusa Penida. Overall good experience with this company. After reading tons of reviews I feel its always a risk whichever company you choose and depends on the weather circumstances but in general no complaints. Boat left a bit late and the trip took about 45min but since it's was a calm sea very comfortable trip. Not a lot of people on board and windows were open so no need for AC. Staff could be more friendly thought and only allowed on top deck if you buy a beer.
