The whole ride was so rough and bumpy that I have speedboat PTSD. I guess that’s not a fault of the crew and company which is why I left 3 stars. The seats were cramped and barely fit the number of us on. They did get us off on time but because we had to get passengers off at Phi Phi, it delayed our arrival time. I don’t think I can recommend this unless it’s the absolute last resort and the weather was perfect. There was no rain/storm alert but because of the monsoon season, the waves made rough seas.

I LIKED THE FERRY, GOOD THEY PUT ON MOVIES AND COLD. ALOT OF PEOPLE AND IT TOOK MAYBE OVER 2 HOURS. NO WOORIES OUT ON THE SEA WITH WAWES ETC.

Crew work hard in the hot sun. Helping clients on and off the boat, carrying large suitcases on and off the boat. The boat was a bit squishy and warm, but it was better once the boat started moving. We did leave later than booked time, so be flexible if booking this.

It was very bumpy but that’s normal for a speedboat, what we didn’t like was the stench of diesel fumes the whole way. One of the engines broke down halfway but they got it going quickly. After that it seemed like the smell was a bit less.

Chaotic boarding. Unnecessarily fast with many hard jumps. Driver seemed to be in a rush to get to the port from the very beginning. I get the service is intended to be fast, but rushing not good at all.

If you travel from Phuket to Koh Lanta a boat change is needed. First Ferry was very nice with coffe offered and lot os spacious. Second boat was terrible, small sits and if raining along he route baggages get wet as they are stored outside

Great and painless transfer to Koh Lanta. However, I never could get my refund for my infant, which was free. My mistake, but no one could help me after the booking, and the staff on Ton Sai Pier only spoke three words English.

We waited at the Koh Lipe pier. Now there is a charge of 10 Baht per person to enter the pier. You will need a 10 Baht coin or you can change there too. Once you get in the pier, head to the counter to check in. They will give you a number. You turn to enter the boat is based on the number. The boatman will carry all your big luggages into the boat. Our boat took exactly 1 hour and 15 minutes. There is no delay whatsoever. Great job! I will book again next year!

The journey took more than an 1 hour, the boat was over loaded with people and luggage that we ended up having to wait for another boat to take people and luggage so our boat could go faster. This should have been thought about before the scheduled departure or the booking should at least have stipulated that a certain kg of luggage was allowed

Nice fast service but there was a very strong smell of fuel in the boat and being rough made the trip not all that pleasant. Probably a one off but worth a mention.

Everything was more than ok, unfortunately on both ships we waited for passengers so that in the end we were 40 minutes late And the AC Deck on Ferry to Koh lanta is an ice Chamber, we went outside after a few minutes and found a place on deck with fresh air.

The taxi people at the exit door is a racket - not representative of taxi services a mere 60 second walk out on the street. They wanted 900 Baht for my ride, even pointing to a board with ‘pricing’ - NEVER fall for that. After scoffing at my offers, my cost was 500 Baht:)

Quick way to get to Krabi from Phuket in a large covered speedboat . Stopped once on way back and let other passengers off. If weather is ok then it’s smooth ride. It’s quite hot because of the roof coverings which don’t come off and impede a lovely view. But I guess it’s transport and not a pleasure ride.

Pretty easy to understand. We went at low season so there was no crowds and rushing. Operators stand at the door of Rassada pier entrance, show your ticket and they’ll point you in the direction of the right desk. (There are 15+, for diff companies). Check in, they’ll give you a ticket and wait to be called to walk to boat. Plenty of food options in the Peir, so if you’re in a rush early morning, you can grab something decent there. Staff were 10/10 - sea a little choppy, but that’s nothing on the operator.
