The planes are good and the pilots excellent. But we wasted a lot of time and we were not explained how to pick up another boarding card at Heho airport. However everybody is so kind and helpful that everything went well and it was a pleasant trip.

KBZ flight was ok, however organisation at Heho airport is a chaotic situation. We were directed into the wrong departure lounge, collected by a attentive employee. And then no information about delays or departure time. Chairs in waiting room are in bad condition and there was no electricity in the coffeeshop, so no coffee.

KBZ is a fine company to fly with, staff is friendly and yes there are delays, but not being on a business trip there is no real issue. All in all ok to fly with and better than expected

Good airline, they offered us a light meal even being a short flight. I just don't give 5* because the flight arrived delayed and also the back seats didn't move.

После покупки предложили поменять рейс на более ранний и более подходящий нам, из за отсутствия мест) пол самолета было пустым, быстрая остановка в хехо, минут 15, очень удобно, быстро, легко) остались безумно довольны)

The flight and the check in was all o.k. By the booking we was said that the Economy class is fully booked and we have to pay more for the upgrade. The airoplane was only half full and we didn't have better seats.

Бронировала авиаперелет, 2 билета, после оплаты предложили доплатить ещё 20$, билеты пришли на почту через 2 дня, но это обычная практика для мьянмарских агенств. Самолёт задержали на 1,5 часа. Все остальное было отлично
