비행기는 훌륭하고 조종사는 훌륭합니다. 그러나 우리는 많은 시간을 낭비했고 Heho 공항에서 다른 탑승권을 수령하는 방법을 설명하지 않았습니다. 그래도 다들 너무 친절하고 잘 도와주셔서 모든 일이 순조로웠고 즐거운 여행이었습니다.

Flight was on time and very pleasant. Fully recommended if you want to save hours on traveling by bus!

Great service, smooth flight and landing.

Well organised trip

KBZ flight was ok, however organisation at Heho airport is a chaotic situation. We were directed into the wrong departure lounge, collected by a attentive employee. And then no information about delays or departure time. Chairs in waiting room are in bad condition and there was no electricity in the coffeeshop, so no coffee.

KBZ is a fine company to fly with, staff is friendly and yes there are delays, but not being on a business trip there is no real issue. All in all ok to fly with and better than expected

Baggage delivery at Mandalay airport was an issue. The flight time was 20 mins but took an hour to dispatch baggage

Fast and easy check in. Punctual. Nice flight.

Good airline, they offered us a light meal even being a short flight. I just don't give 5* because the flight arrived delayed and also the back seats didn't move.

Everything went fine. Customer service was easy to reach for questions that occurred and fast responsive. Flight was also without any problems.

The Flight was delayed for one hour, without any communication or justification.

Comfort, food service staff and Quick

The flight and the check in was all o.k. By the booking we was said that the Economy class is fully booked and we have to pay more for the upgrade. The airoplane was only half full and we didn't have better seats.
