제가 이용해 본 최악의 교통편 업체였습니다. 픽업 시간도 늦었고, 차도 너무 작았습니다. 페리 터미널 근처에 그냥 내려줘서 어디로 가야 할지 몰라 헤매야 했습니다 (아무도 영어를 못 했습니다). 짐을 전부 끌고 붐비는 페리에 올라탔습니다. 도착해서는 32도의 폭염 속에서 짐을 끌고 걸어가야 했는데, 체크인 카운터가 다른 곳이라는 걸 우연히 발견했습니다. 원래 타기로 했던 버스는 이미 만석이라 30분을 더 기다려야 했습니다. 그렇게 2시간이 넘게 흘렀는데도 트랏 페리 터미널을 벗어나지도 못했습니다. 드디어 온 버스는 몇 주 동안 비우지 않은 이동식 화장실 냄새가 진동했습니다. 좌석은 딱딱하고 불편했고, 콘센트도 작동하지 않았습니다. 휴대폰 배터리가 없으면 호텔까지 가는 길을 찾을 수 없을 겁니다. 목적지에 도착하는 것조차 어려울 수도 있습니다. 전체 여정은 약속된 7시간 30분이 아니라 거의 10시간이나 걸렸습니다.

Late pick up with a car that was too small.
They just dumped us off near the ferry terminal where we had to guess where to go (nobody spoke English) and then drag our whole luggage onto the overcrowded ferry.
Once arrived we had walk with our luggage in 32 degrees heat only to find out we have to check in at a different counter we only found by accident. The bus we were meant to go on was already full so we had to wait another 30 minutes. By then over 2 hours went by and we hadn’t even left the trat ferry terminal. The bus that finally came smelled like a portable toilet that hadn’t been emptied in weeks. The seats very hard and uncomfortable and the power plugs that were there did not work either. So if your phone is out of battery you won’t be able to find the way to your hotel, provided you make it to your destination at all. The whole journey took almost 10 hours instead of the promised 7.5.

The journey was organised smoothly. 2 days before the trip, the Boonsiri office contacted the hotel we needed to be picked up from and told us when the taxi would arrive. She replied immediately, asked where the office was located after the ferry ride, sent a picture on Whatsapp of where to look. We have used Boonsiri 3 times, everything is perfect. Recommended!!!

Leider hatte ich mit dem Fahrer wohl recht Pech. dann mussten wir auch noch sehr lange auf die Weiterfahrt wegen einem fehlerhaften aber geplanten fahrzeugwechsel warten und waren am Ende über 1stunde und 30minuten verspätet am Ziel

Bus turned up late driver didn't give me a ferry ticket and left me stranded on Koh Chang had to get a private car now they are fighting me instead of giving me a refund avoid this terrible service
Disappointing experience overall. I asked if my hotel could be added as a pickup point since it was only about 500 meters away and on the way, but the request was refused, so I had to walk there with my luggage.
Communication during the trip was very poor. We were dropped off without explanation, didn’t know we had to take our bags, and were suddenly rushed to run for the ferry at the last minute. After the crossing, we had to wait about 1 hour and 15 minutes for the bus.
The bus to Bangkok was extremely old, with terrible suspension and very smelly toilets, making the journey quite uncomfortable.
For comparison, Ko chang Transport was much better organized: friendly staff, we stayed in the same van on the ferry, and everything was smooth and well coordinated. Trans Baan Ton felt much less organized.
