Driver was wonderful. Arrived 20 mins early so we were able to leave earlier. Very friendly, provided bottled water, courteous and excellent driver.

Easy way of booking, good driver, on time. Great experience.
We booked a taxi from our hotel in Sukhothai to our hotel in Chiang Mai. The taxi supposed to come at 5.15 am. Nobody comes at 5.15 am, so we checked on the website and we saw that the taxi was cancelled. Nobody call to prevent us. So we called the hotline (many times) before someone told us that the first taxi has cancelled and that someone else was coming to pick us. If we did not call them, we would have no idea of the situation. The taxi finally arrived but instead to arrive at Chiang Mai at 10 am, we arrived 1 hour late. Thankfully we were not in a hurry. But it’s inadmissible that nobody called us to prevent and that nobody apologize for the situation. That's the lesser of it. We were really upset, it’s disappointing from 12GO.
