Very punctual. The puncutality, the lenght of the journey (the breaks were enough but not too long, which would have been "a waste of time), the kindness of the drivers. Not too full, so I was lucky enough to have two seats. A game changer!

Zuverlässig und Sicher. Ruhiger Fahrstil, dank ausgeruhten, konzentrierten Chauffeuren. Pünktlichkeit trotz schwierigen Verkehrsverhältnissen. Reservierte Sitze und genügend Platz. Zelic-Reisen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Laut telefonierende Fahrgäste und schwitzende Füsse auf Sitzpolstern.

It was ok.. Excellent was: - coffee I had in Croatia - bus driver/crew was very friendly. Disappointing was: - toilet: too small, not enough toilet paper - not enough breaks - bus stopped in almost every village instead of shown stopps = delay of 1 hour - People talked almost entire night.

Ugodna vožnja. Brzo smo stigli, bilo je taman pauza, ugodna i mirna vožnja. Sve je bilo super, samo bi možda trebalo ubuduće napisati koliko je dodatna prtljage da se mogu pripremiti.

Overall pleasant experience. Started the trip on time, staff was nice, temperature in the bus was just right. Arrived to final destination 40 minutes early (12 hour trip) . Overall great experience, far better than the train ride i took in the opposite direction. There was about 6 hours between two breaks but the staff did warn us about that so it's not a big deal.

Extremely satisfied. The driver's were really careful AND good natured for the whole 19 hours from Trogir to Basel and really took care of the passengers' needs. Very nice trip, would definitely choose this company again.

Bus war sauber, Fahrt sicher. Kein WC Papier während ganzer Reise (trotz Hinweis) Ankunft geplant 5.55, effektiv 7.30; das geht gar nicht. Es hatte keinen Verkehr. Schon Abfahrt in Trogir war verspätet. Wenn man mit Gepäck reist, muss man für Hilfspersonen planen können. 90 Minuten Verspätung sind nicht akzeptabel.

Pünktlichkeit, angenehme Fahrweise der Chauffeure. Zwischen den Sitzen hatte es keine Armlehne, was bei einer lange Reise angenehm wäre. Wifi hat nicht funktioniert, was heutzutage nicht zeitgemäss ist!

Obwohl angegeben war, dass ein wi-fi-Verbindung während der Fahrt möglich sein wird, war es während der ganzen Fahrt nicht zugänglich. Dies ist nicht das erste Mal, dass so etwas vorgekommen ist. Das ist sehr mühsam!!

Wir waren im Grossen und Ganzen zufrieden. Freundliche und hiflsbereite Busfahrer. Es war sehr gut, dass nur wenige Personen im Bus waren. Sauber. Wir fühlten uns sicher, das die Fahrer einen angenehmen Fahrstil hatten. Pünktliche Abfahrt. Wir würden ihr Unternehmen immer wieder weiterempfehlen. Wir hoffen, die Kritik von uns ist konstruktiv. Die Reise war nicht ganz so angenehm wie die Hinreise am 14. Sept., da wir die Sitze im Bus nicht ganz so bequem fanden.Leider waren Gäste dabei, die laut auf dem Mobiletelefon Musik und Nachrichen, usw gehört haben. Wir haben uns jedoch leider nicht getraut, dies anzusprechen. Da können sie nichts dafür. Schön wäre, bei Verspätung eine Information an die Gäste. (Die Verspätung war 90 Min.).

Die Hinfahrt von Luzern nach Zadar war sehr weit, doch sehr angenehm. Angenehme Reise, freundliche Busfahrer, es war sehr gut, dass nur wenige Personen im Bus waren, da konnten wir die Sitze zum Schlafen benutzen. Eine halbe Stunde frühere Ankunftszeit. Die Fahrer konnten leider nur wenig englisch, zum Glück hat uns eine kroatische Frau, die deutsch konnte, jeweils übersetzen.
