The harbor is kind of unorganized with all people from different ferry lines mixed up and staff only yells when the next ferry is ready for boarding. The harbor itself is kind of unsafe because many planks are missing so you have to watch your step all the time. The ferry itself took longer than the advertised 30 minutes, more like 45 to 60 mins. During the whole trip there was a very strong smell of gasoline. The seat no. on the ticket also has no use since the seats have no numbers.

Sea was calm! Heard a lot about late departure, rough seas, hot weather, no fan and AC and loads of complains. Even our first purchased ticket was cancelled from another company before the day of the departure. Then we chose Waruna Darma. Everything was on time and had a wonderful experience (Still cant believe that it was a wonderful journey because of so much complains on this site).

Their Office adress at the harbour wasn't actually well linked through Google Maps. But only few steps away, thei're well known by the ppl finding them was easy - Speedboad had 30mins delay. Once we've started it was all good

Man holt sein Ticket am Check-in Schalter (Standort siehe E-Ticket) und bekommt ein Schlüsselband des Anbieters zur Erkennung. Eine Stunde vorher da sein ist meiner Meinung nicht unbedingt nötig, man wartet dann vor Ort (Geschäfte/Essen). Dann wird man zum Hafen geführt, dort auch alles sehr geregelt und organisiert.
Mit minimaler Verspätung ging es dann los.
Alle bestens, hatten sogar richtig gute Musik aufm Schiff. Überfahrt verging super schnell.

Hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Wir hatten zwar eine halbe Stunde Verspätung aber ansonsten war alles super. Die Crew war sehr freundlich, das Boot hat einen sehr guten Eindruck gemacht und das Gepäck wurde ordentlich und sicher verstaut. Die Überfahrt war zwar etwas holprig aufgrund des Wellengangs, haben uns aber sehr sicher gefühlt. Boot wurde auch nicht überladen und jeder hatte einen festen Sitzplatz. Können den Anbieter empfehlen.
