The ride from Bangkok to Vientiane was ok. Nothing to complaint about. When we stopped at the border, the crew could have told us to get off the bus at least. All the natives got off the bus, the tourists weren‘t sure what was going on. Otherwise everything was good, would book it again!

Les sièges étaient assez durs. Le personnel ne parle anglais mais surtout il n'a pas essayé de nous expliquer ce qui se disait. Pourtant le personnel parlait énormément ! Il nous a d'ailleurs été demandé 5 baths par personne au cours du trajet ... nous avons eu beau demander pourquoi, nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse ....

2h Wartezeit an der Grenze waren etwas unnötig, Bus nicht besonders komfortabel aber durchaus trotzdem billige Alternative zum Flug. Entgegen ein paar Berichten gab es bei uns beim Grenzübergang keine Probleme

El bus estaba bastante sucio. Ha salido un poco más tarde del horario y ha llegado una hora más tarde de la hora indicada.

Trajet rapide de nuit, sièges inclinables avec de la place pour les jambes, quelques arrêts dont un pour manger. Seul bémol la clim un peu forte. Prévoir un vêtement chaud (c'est courant dans ce type de transport)

Автобус клмфортный, отличный сервис, завтрак и вода каждому пассажиру, вежливый проводник раздал заранее бланки для заполнения при пересечении границы... Отличная поездка

Nobody spoke english on the bus. It was a bit hard to understand what was going on at the frontier. We’ve figured it out anyway, but yeah.

Even though we had about 1.5 hours delay, everything else was fine. They helped us across the border and gave good instructions.

The staffs of the bus are very helpful and polite. I have nothing to regret.

В целом про 12Go - хороший сервис, но может быть не выгодно по деньгам. За последние 12 дней воспользовался их услугами 4 раза. Трасфер из Бангкока до Самуи, с Самуи до Пангана, с Пангана до Бангкока. С Бангкока до Вьентьяна (Лаос). А вот обратно в Бангкок уже не стал пользоваться их услугами и сейчас расскажу почему. На всех этапах наших поездок меня все устраивало: Приезжаешь в офис, получаешь по скриншоту брони билет, тебя садят в комфортный автобус с откидными сидушками, иногда предоставляют какой-то паёк еды. Потому идут этапы стыковки автобус-паром, тут уже не очень удобно, так как сам ищешь пирс. Далее можно за доп плату получить трансфер по месту прибытия до отел - это удобно. В обратном порядки все действует так же. Единственное что меня начало смущать, это то что в статьях о путешествиях, люди которые самостоятельно покупали билеты на кассах всегда указывали цены ниже, чем те, которые указываются на сайте. Ну списывал это на стоимость самого сервиса или на то, что цены могут быть не актуальны в статьям в интернете. На момент последней поездки взяли билеты во Вьентьян (Лаос) за 1100 бат за человека. Тут уже не было никакого офиса, где сотрудники компании перевозчика бы помогали сесть на автобус. Сам приезжаешь на автовокзал МоЧит, сам ходишь по этажам и ищешь нужную, ничем не примечательную кассу, сам получаешь стандартные билеты и на них указана настоящая цена - 900 бат. Получается с двух билетов вы теряете на услугах сервиса 400бат. Спрашивается за что? Если по сути можно просто приехать на автовокал и проделать ровно такие же дейвия и получить ровно ту же услугу. Дальше больше, добрались до точки назначения, уже заранее начали присматривать билеты на обратную дорогу. Вьентьян - Бангкок. Самый дешевый вариант на сайте - автобус за 1400 бат с человека. Тут уже закралось подозрение, что это не самый выгодный вариант. Решили попробовать купить билеты на месте. По итогу пришли на кассы автовокзала Вьентьяна, спросили билеты на автобус до бангкока - цена за билет в переводе с кип на баты вышла 946 бат на человека. Вот и считайте насколько это выгоднее. Экономия на двоих 908 бат (1816р). При этом это был такой же автобус, тоже вип, даже получше по состоянию чем предыдущий. Внутри автобуса такой же сервис - приносят паёк и водичку, дают плед, потом еще в обмен на билеты приносят еще порцию еды, на одной из остановок, сидушки сильно отидываются. Мой общий вывод такой - иногда купить билеты через этот сервис удобно, но помните, что это не особо выгодно. Нет никаких проблем купить билеты на кассах по более низкой цене и получить все те же услуги, не переплачивая посреднику.

Ich muss sagen, dass es ein a absolutes Chaos war am Busbahnhof Bangkok, denn keiner wusste etwas mit meinem Voucher anzufangen. Wirklich keiner. Ich würde über eine Stunde von Schalter zu Schalter geschickt und keiner konnte mir ein Ticket ausstellen und der Voucher wurde als Ticket nicht akzeptiert. Irgendwann saß ich in einem Büro, ein Angestellter hat dann eine Ewigkeit und mehrmals mit irgendwem telefoniert. Kurz vor Abfahrt des Busses wurde mir dann ein Ticket ausgestellt. Ich muss s agen, dass ich nach dieser Erfahrung nie wieder über diese Seite buchen würde und würde es auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Hier gibt es offensichtlich ein großes Problem der Kommunikation mit dem Busunternehmen vor Ort. Sorry!

The bus had a toilet that didn't flush so just stank to high heavens! Also turned up 3 hours late to Siem Reap, even getting overtaken by the 9am bus! They did provide a tuk tuk to our hostel in Siem Reap though so get 2 stars for that and 1 as the bus was quite empty so had a lot of space.

Very good service! Small snack and food voucher included. Would recommend it!

If you booked online, you need to go to the office just across the street from Udon Thani Bus Terminal 1 and NOT the ticket office in the station. If you forget they will tell you anyway. Buying a ticket at the office is 100 baht cheaper but if you don’t already have your visa, you won’t receive a ticket! To save yourself some pain, get your Lao visa online through their eVISA portal. It makes getting across the border very easy. You also need $1 (40 baht) for border crossing fee. Otherwise the trip was a little bumpy (expected) but they also stopped for a 30 minute lunch break and a nice restaurant/market.

Air-condition is not working. Too hot for an 8 hour trip.

Tablette qui ne tienne pas serait à revoir, par contre très bon service repas, température clim un peu fraîche mais petit plaid appréciable

The numbers of this company have been very helpful to me. At the border they didn’t explain me as I thought I will travel in the same bus after the border however they take care of me and bring me to each border! They also offer coffee and snack which was nice as I been travelling for long time 20h of bus

It would've been nicer if there was a English guide or instructions on the way. but bus itself was pretty good, enough space to stretch your legs out.

VIP Seats are totally awesome! Almost horizontal, huge space in any directions, big windows. I would recommend you to take your own pillow. This was the best bus experience in my life, honestly!

It's super service ???? , bus condition was very good and runs so smoothly and was on time , it provided some snacks when it start and in midway given 30Bath coupon to eat from food court . Everything was nice in the bus and my trip to Laos too ..

For the price you are paying, it is enough fair. The guide was extremely friendly and always telling us all the instructions. They gave us breakfast and lunch, something that I was surprised with. It was an excellent experience.

Bus was old, but everything works good, we arrive on time, so it's ok.

Good service - our tuktuk driver took us to the wrong bus stop so we missed the 8am bus however we were placed on the 9am service. Bus was comfy though the toilet wasn't flushing but we had 2 toilet stops. Quality of food and snacks was really good and the courier was helpful guiding us through the 2 immigration stops. Overall a good bus transfer from Siem Reap to Bangkok.

Tardaron muchisimo en enviar nuestros billetes por mail, 5 dias antes del dia q ibamos, lo habiamos comprado 1 mes antes. Llegamos a la estacion y no tenian contancia de nuestra reserva, casi nos quedamos sin poder salir porque estaba casi lleno y solo salian 2 buses diarios.

Nous avons effectué un voyage le 23 juillet 2016 entre Phnom Penh et Bangkok. Mis à part le manque de confort dans le bus qui a effectué le trajet entre Phom Penh et Poi Pet, nous n'avons rien à dire. J'ajouterais qu'on peut faire un effort de leur part pour expliquer aux voyageurs qu'il y a un transfert de bus à la frontière. De même, un peu de confort dans le bus serait bienvenu (au moins de la place pour les sacs à dos dans en soute ou une petite bouteille d'eau).

Company was very efficient and helpful, bus still rickety but got to Bangkok in one piece. Just one negative element and absolutely NOT the fault of the company....but was a complete shambles at the Thai border....2 1/2 hours in a snaking queue with just 1 desk open for foreign immigration!!! They finally opened 5 (!!) Once they realised the people backing up!!!

Excellent service from the bus company and from 12go Asia. Food was good. The only negative I can think of is that the toilet on the bus started to smell bad. I highly recommend using this mode of transport.

Luckily my tuk-tuk driver knew where the new location was. Our assigned seats were also assigned to 2 other passengers by the bus company. Again, luckily, the bus was not full so we were able to seat wherever we pleased. The border crossing at Poipet is a complete gong show and there was little to no instruction as to where to go and it is not streamlined or obvious due to good signage. The food provided was decent, though they could have come through the cabin to remove garbage afterwards. Overall, not the best way to travel between Siem Reap and Bangkok, though the price was considerably lower than flying.

The trip was nice, but the address of the bus station in Siem Reap is not the good one. I had to pay 3$ for another tuk tuk who brought me to the right bus station. However we were few in the bus and the eating was good, even if we had to keep our wastes with us...

We arrived Bangkok an hour before expected time, that's great! However, we faced some problem with boarding point which mentioned in the voucher, it was been closed and moved to another place, This should be update asap!

I've travelled from Siem Reap to the Bangkok on May 2, 2016. Pros: 1) We arrived at the Bangkok an hour before expected time. 2) We received a lot (3-4 bottles per 1 person) of water and snacks during our journey. Cons: 1) The boarding point on the voucher leads me to the Bus Station near the KFC restaurant, that was closed because the company moved to another place, likely there was a good man who told me where it is and its located nearby (5 min on the car). It was a little bit nervous when i come to the close office 30 min before the bus departure. 2) The travel company sold the seats 4A and 4B, that i preorded 2 month before to some other tourists. When i try to figure out whats going on the client manager just move me to 9th row near the toilet, where i really do not like to seat. Likely again someone doesnt come and i get seats on the second row. 3) The bus was infected with the cockroaches and the entrance in their kingdom was located nearby me, so i have to spend some time to build a barricades from the paper, seal the entrances and kill couple of roach guards. 4) Nobody clean leftovers, since we received a lot of food it become a problem. 5) Leather seats in a hot bus. 6) The ticked price from Siem Reap to Bangkok is 1.3 bigger then Bangkok to Siem Reap. Hope this helps.

Bus was on time, clean and very nice. We have received snacks and small lunch and we were helped to get through the border. In Bangkok we were hour before expected time. Very nice travel!

Bus was very comfortable and the air con was a good temp. The ride was smooth. They didn't get our reservation from the booking company I used but we were on the next bus (an hour later).

Smelled like pee in the whole bus. The guy who handed out the food didn't come back for the trash after the meal as he should have done. There was a tv in the front of the bus but it was turned off or wasn't working.

Bus was goog, service also. only the air conditioner didn't work really well.

Fin tur, men ikke helt så god som den modsatte vej. Først og fremmest fordi der var kæmpe kø - det kan busselskabet dog ikke gøre for - men også fordi stewarden i bussen var lidt utydelig i sine beskeder. Ellers fint og sikkert, som vel er det man primært betaler den forholdsvis høje pris for.

Bus was comfortable, and left on time. Driver was very helpful at the border crossing, making sure we didn't get lost :-) Now if the Cambodian road department could upgrade the highway.... hahahaha

War ok. Pünktlich und ohne Probleme am Grenzübergang. Ein paar Ansagen wären schön gewesen z.B. dass es Essen gibt und wo der Treffpunkt am Grenzübergang ist
