To Vietnam Travel's bus service from Hanoi to Halong exceeded expectations. The car seats are very very good one, so comfortable!

A driver would randomly stop the bus to buy himself a sandwich. Driving while eating and scrolling facebook at the same time. The Limo didn't look like the pictures. It had gum stuck to the seat, and garbage in the pockets of the seats. Beware of the insurance they add to your price by selecting the insurance coverage by default and you have to change it.

I booked 5pm bus, but was informed that it was sold out and was offered a 6:30pm bus. The bus didn't arrive until 7:30pm even though we were repeatedly told it's coming in 5-10 mins for an hour straight. As it turned out, all passengers on the bus booked a bus for a different time (5:30, 6:30, 7:30) from different companies and all waited until 7:30pm while being lied to that the bus is coming in 5-10 minutes. The bus looked nothing like the picture, cramped 7 people in a van.

Everything as expected. Ride was smooth and on time. Van was pretty comfy with leather massage seats.

It took 19 hours. They stopped so many times, to get passengers and mail boxes

3 * driver spoke and played music all the time and was really rude to me for no reason. Even slapped my ass telling me to get on

Очень четкая организация. Автобус опоздал минут на 20, но нас держали в курсе, заранее предупредили. Автобус удобный, был плед и подушка. Прибыл своевременно. Мы ехали из НиньБинь в Хюэ, нас высадили возле города и пока не приехал маленький трансфер и не увез нас в город, автобус не уехал. Единственный минус, один из водителей постоянно курил. Весь запах был в автобусе, спать было сложно((((
