First of all the bus was an hour late and the station was already empty. The bus arrived and the driver was rude and shouting at me when i tried asking where my bed was. The bed was comfortable though and spacious. After that, they woke me up to say i actually have to transfer to another bus and when i arrived in that bus, it was packed and i had to sit on the floor for the next couple hours. I paid for the comfort of a bed and suddenly i’m sitting on the narrow hall.

Did not want to give me the upper deck seat I paid for. Tried to put me on the floor next to toilet. Bed not clean, pillows not clean.

The vehicle was great, very comfortable and had a toilet (no toilet paper though) but didn’t stop in the 14hr bus ride (so definitely eat before, as you can’t eat on the bus). And the bus driver kept randomly opening our curtains out of nowhere and then walking away. We left early and arrived almost 2hrs early.

I'll only give it 1. The trip was difficult: 1) The staff was loud and/or snoring. 2) Pigs were loaded into the section below, making it even more noisy and smelly. 3) We weren't informed about any stops, and there was no way to use the bathroom the entire trip. 4) Upon arrival, my backpacks were stained with a smelly liquid, and I had to take everything to the dry cleaners. 5) the staff smoked inside the bus; 6) the bus arrived later

Departure was 1 hr late.
Also they drop us off in Hui (90 km far from Da Nang ) and driver was telling that another bus will come in 10 min . But we waited in total 2 hr from 6am till 8 am . Which we suppose to arrive to Da Nang at 8:30 as per schedule
So we were forced to order taxi, otherwise we won’t have enough time for our planed activity

Late, no way to get to the toilet as large items of luggage amd peple sleeping in corridor. This is due to delivery service done by the bus company which takes all space from the hold. Very poor overall. I will need to get a refund for that.

Bus was average, toilet on bus was an advantage but the reason for poor experience is that there was smoking on the bus, which affected the non-smokers and the air conditioning in the bus.

We were given a map and a pin with incorrect location in the reservation confirmation. Good that we came 40min before departure because it took us 30min od going back and forth contacting the company on whatsapp and getting help from random bus drivers to finally find the vehicle which was a few streets from the original location we were given. The ride itself was comfortable, we were given water and it was 9 not 12h therefore I give it 3 stars.
