- どの予算に対しても、適切なクラスとサービスがあります。バスでもより快適な旅をすることができます。
バス旅行のデメリット
- インターシティバスターミナルは市街地の外れや郊外に位置していることがあります。アクセスの追加時間と料金を検討する必要があります。特定の目的地では、限られたバス会社しか運行を許可されていなく、料金が高騰しているため、バスターミナルからの移動費用が予想以上にかかることもあります。
- 混雑している週末やピークシーズン中は、観光地を運行しているバスはスケジュール通りでないため、事前予約が必要になることがあります。
- バスはフェリーのように天候に依存していませんが、悪天候や道路状況によって遅延やキャンセルになることがあります。特定シーズンや目的地に旅行する際は、ご注意ください。

Great service! On time got me where I wanted to go . I especially like the 12go departure and arrival maps it eliminates and confusion .

All seemed fine at the start but then ended up arriving in Samloem 2hrs later than stated, waited over 1h for the ferry while other firms boats were leaving. At the pier there was no sign of the firm everyone seemed so disoriented and had to ask around, the ferry also went to 2 Koh Rong piers first then stopped at Samloem(the ferry journey in total was over 1.5h). You may want to look for separate bus and boat rather than pay 45$ for smooth transfer and arrival in Samloem which you wont get (also this price inc return ticket so you bear that in mind when coming back)

The trip from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville was ok. Only one stop (10-15 minutes).
The trip takes about 3.30 hours, a little bit longer than expected.
The bus was comfortable and the road is in good condition.

Well arranged. Quick ride, though quite a long wait for the boat. Arrival time on the island was communicated as 3pm, but that was the boat departure time.

Le conducteur au top et les différentes personnes de la société étaient tous super mais les passagers avec nous étai irrespectueux. Deux fois trop de bagages et ils pètent sans vergogne dans le mini bus donc une odeur nauséabonde nous a accompagné tout le long du voyage.

the booked operator changed my ticket to a different time with an different operator. I received th information 30 minutes before my original departure time. In total I departed at 8:45 instead of 7:30 am.

Amazing service! Got a private taxi with big and comfortable seats to Phnom Penh. Then we waited there for around half an hour before a van picked us up and took us to Ho Chi Minh City. Border was easy and van was comfortable.

Once we got outside the bumpy roads in Phnom Penh, it was a very smooth and comfortable ride. Arrived only 30 mins late, which was no issue for me.

Very comfortable and superclean minivan from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh with Wlan and aircon. We were only two passengers. Changed to a bus in Phnom Penh, had to wait there about an hour which was no problem at all. Bus was comfortable as well with a lot of space. At the border we didn‘t really know what was going on, but everything worked well and was arranged for us. Don‘t worry if they take your passports, they organize everything for you. We arrived in Ho Chi Minh about an hour late due to weather and traffic.
All in all it was a good journey with no negative aspects.

Had a terrible experience. The car is really cramped, not like the picture. the girl was sitting next to the driver (Cambodian) talking on the phone almost all the way, very noisy and the driver was not compliant

Van was late. Also stopped 4 times to drop off locals. The van did take the express way, but still took 4 hours for the journey because of all stops.
This meant that upon.arrival we had to rush to get our boat ticket booked
