Guter und schneller Transport! Der Fahrer hat genau die angegebene Zeit zum Hotel gebraucht. Das Auto war bequem und hatte eine funktionierende Klimaanlage.

The vehicle was old and vibrated all the way there. Which I suspect was an alignment problem or a crooked wheel. We never went over 70. He was keeping it at 60 65 to save gas. He spent more time looking at his phone and emails. Then looking at the road. He had to put the brakes on twice very hard because he didn't notice the traffic in front of him. This is my fourth time using 12 go. And every time I use it in Cambodia. It is not good when I use it in thailand the vehicles are new clean, not like here in cambodia

Same as my first trip from Siem Reap The trip from pataya to THE border was excellent driver on time. Courteous nice clean vehicle. Proper driving right to the border. This is where it turns back once at the border. No help they just keep saying walking walking. Finally we stopped someone and ask this oh you have to walk another two kilometers. So we decided to call try calling and call and calling. Finally reached someone to be told us There was no driver they had forgotten about us. Finally about 1 hour later. A driver showed up. It was not the best Drive back to Our apartment. I can say I will not be using this company anymore. For the little bit of money that you save about 50%. I'll take the plane.

The first part of the trip in Cambodia. I was wondering if we were gonna make it. The vehicle was terrible. No information provided at the border to tell us what to do or where to go to get to the next Vehicle. The second part of the trip in Thailand the vehicle was excellent driver was friendly.

We waited for an hour with no contact as the company wasn’t taking our calls. Once we managed to find the driver and get in the car, the trip was rather good, except that he was playing loud videos/voice notes.

Really cool that you offer this transportation from Vietnam to Cambodia! But when I ordered a van/limousine bus and gave the info about 5 luggage, I did not expect that a car was coming to pick us up and couldn’t even fit our luggage properly! So me and one of my friends had to sit in the back folded up and with luggage packed up around us. Really poor when you know the amount of baggage and passengers. Which was 5! Not 5.000.000 worth it! And the driver was speaking very highly and almost acted like we weren’t there. All in all - not what I expected. And I’m hoping that you will have the time to read this and I will be looking forward to hearing from you soon! Ida Birkebaek Andersen

Contacted the operator one day before and gave exact coordinates (Google Maps Link) for pickup. Despite that driver was 90min late and nobody was answering requests during that time. Remaining journey including border crossing was ok.

The driver and the vehicle were excellent. The driver was waiting at Sihankouville port, prompt and on time. The car was spacious and comfortable. However, avoid this route if you don't want to spend 2 hours (approx 12km) on an extremely bumpy road driving at 20-30km per hour. It wasn't until we arrived to Kampot that we realised there's a train service.

Excellent service from driver, Supal, who effortlessly arranged alternative transport after picking up a screw in the tyre. However, on booking it also selected insurance that I didn’t want, paying an extra 20% and I was unable to cancel it.

SIMA Car was great! I accidentally booked the wrong pickup time do to the time change and they were able to send a car to pick me up early from the airport! The van was incredibly nice and clean and had seatbelts. The driver was great and I felt safe the entire time! I would highly recommend SIMA for any future transfer needs!

Der SUV war in gutem Zustand. Der Tür zu Tür Service ist sehr angenehm.Die Zeitangabe von 2,5 Stunden sind dagegen völlig unrealistisch. Schon alleine die Fahrt durch Phnom Penh ist kaum in viel weniger als 1 Stunde zu schaffen. 3,5 Stunden sind das Minimum an Zeit, die benötigt wird, um Sihanoukville zu erreichen, ohne dass eine Pause eingelegt wird. Hätten wir, wie eigentlich geplant, die Überfahrt nach Koh Rong gebucht, wären wir in arge Zeitnot geraten.

The car mechanical maintenance has been neglected. It stalled 6 or 7 times on the way (5 hour drive). Every time, it seems like it barely starts and it is only by pure luck that we made it to our final destination. It was a different car/driver for the return.
