We issued problems with boarding point (not precise, in a toll gate without any explanation) and with arrival point (Thet left us 10km before Kovalam junction).

Confirmed my location with the driver numerous times via mobile, then the bus drove right past me and I had to hitchhike up the road to catch up with it

Overall the ride and service were exellent. Only the pickup point( boarding) coordinates were totally wrong!!! They are the coordinates for the Saai bhavan hotel. The correct pickup point is Avalurpet Bypass in front of Sri Siva Bhavan Hotel. Please change it, because it is very confusing. Also the stated phone number did not pick up, so we could not ask anybody for instructions...almost missed the bus because if this....

Bus was late and after the van pickup I had to wait for 2 hours at the highway pickup point without any facilities. When it finally arrived another guy was sleeping in my bed and had to be kicked out.

comfy bus with screens and netflix and even youtube. Wild! Toilet breaks were very few and far between so don't drink any liquid... It was a long way but the driver covered the distance as quick as possible. Paneer dosa at the rest stop was fantastically good too (150 inr). a bottom bunk would have been much better.
