Great service, only issue was that the pickup point and where I got on the bus were not the same place, had to walk 5 minutes to the road where the bus was waiting after I was told to wait at the station

Comfortable bus, but is is definitely not a 2.19 drive. It took us 3.5 hours and it had many stops. Also there were ants in one of the seats.

The driver drove very well but very slowly, and made us stop for a 40-minute break. We arrived almost two and a half hours later than scheduled, and there was no traffic at all!!!! We missed our connection 😩

Bus was Late. Stopped in the middle of nowwhere for a Break and we didnt know how Long was the stop. At the Emd we where 3h delayed for a way of 200km.

The ride was very unpleasant as the driver constantly drove above the speed limit, even ignoring red traffic lights, we ended up arriving 1h early at the destination which gives you an idea about the drive. He did not go slower when there were curves or bumps so of felt like a rollercoaster instead of a bus ride. This was not only uncomfortable but also very dangerous.

The seating and comfort was great, but for us as tourists it was not clear where to get off. Suddenly there was an anouncement so I asked if this was Mersing and the driver saud yes. But we were dropped in the middle if town near a temple, instead of the final station near Nersing jetty as was on our ticket. So better communication would be appreciated, thank you!

I missed my bus. I wasn’t aware that I need boarding pass to be printed, If could have in email when it’s booked or information that before boarding the bus I need to get boarding pass from the counters

The bus was very comfortable and equipped with almost everything you need for a comfortable journey, except for a toilet. However, I can’t give it 5 stars because the air conditioning was set far too cold. Even with long pants, a sweater, and a blanket, I could barely sleep because it felt like I was traveling through the Siberian winter.

I booked my ticket from Terengganu to Jerteh after researching the location of the bus station and decided to book accommodation near the station. However, it was never mentioned anywhere that the bus station had been moved. Once we arrived in Jerteh, we had to travel a long distance, and on the way back, it caused a lot of hassle.

Très difficile de trouver l’arrêt de bus pour l’attendre. On pensais trouver un petit kiosque au nom de sani express,....mais non. Il n’est pas du tout indiqué. Heureusement que les personnes du coin nous ont bien informé.
