Im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ok. Trotz Aircon sobald die Sonne rauskommt etwas wärmer. 30 Minuten Verspätung. Personal nicht besonders freundlich.

Bus left on time, but arrived about 1,5 hours later than expected (no taxis in Ranong at this time - so if you don't want to walk, organise a pick-up with your hotel beforehand). Took forever to get out of Phuket as bus stopped so many times. Other than that it was rather comfortable. AC was nice, but never too cold as you could regulate it yourself. Toilet and food stop about halfway.

Der Bus um 1430 ist leider über die Homepage nicht buchbar. Weiters sind die Stationen bei denen man aussteigen kann für thais oder für Leute die den Busfahrer bestechen dort wo man gerne möchte. Das mit dem bestechen haben wir zu spät gecheckt und sind so erst 15 min zu spät aus dem Bus gelassen worden. Bei den stops wo die Thais raus sind wurden wir einfach nicht aus dem bus gelassen.

The A/C was totally unable to compete against the heat, try to get a seat in the front as you'll have the heat coming from the engine room in the back of the bus. Wifi was non existant although advertised. Bus made many stops for locals and arrived an hour late in Ranong.

Bus was unsafe , no suspension. We we told we could get off at soi jw marriott . The driver refused to stop . We had to pay 800 baht to get back to where we should have been dropped off. Stopped plenty of times for thai people. Unhelpful and unfriendly.

The bus had an accident. We were stuck for 2hours before another bus come pick us up. The other bus was crowded and my girlfriend and I didn't had anywhere to seat for the remaining 2 hours of the journey.

We were asked if we would like to go earlier than booked as we arrived at the station far too soon. This was great for us. The bus left very promptly at the designated time. The bus was comfortable and the journey looked beautiful from our window.

It’s a long trip. The back of the bus is not air conditioned, you’ll stick to your chair with sweat in 39 minutes or so. WiFi also isn’t there. The bus is bumpy, and if someone decides to use that restroom the whole bus can smell it. But- the price can’t be beat. If you want to save money and have extra time, just psyche yourself up for it.

It is a pitiful bus quite destroyed with the air conditioning completely. He had to have the WiFi there on board and when we arrived at the bus, when we asked for the code they laughed well " the only WiFi, it was the panel(sign)!!! All the journey with a very strong smell of toilet?

The bus turned up on time. One star. The staff were efficient enough I suppose. Another star. Thats where it stops. The bus was an antiquated piece of junk with rust starting to come through numerous panels. Inside nothing worked, including our seat belt buckles (neither x 2) and the on-board toiler stank the whole bus out when used. It was supposedly an express service. It sopped constantly to pick up and drop off locals, so it was an hour late. Just a local bus.

Company seemed to have called our hotel near Phuket airport and told them, we should be 2hrs early at the bus stop as bus would leave earlier. Waited more than 3hrs, as bus left Phuket town 40min late!! Drive and reserved seats OK. Arrival in Ranong 2hrs later than schedule.
Seems to be more a problem of bus company (rungkit) than 12go.asia

You get water for free. And you won’t be at time, but that seems to be normal with these busses.

The tour from Phuket to Chumpon was okay, the ac was really good, almost too good, but the wifi wasn't working after all. The staff tryed to fix it, but it only worked for 2 minutes.
besides that everything was okay and we arrived 10 minutes early...

The driver was careful and safe, staff were friendly. The leg room was good. The bus left on time but we arrived 40 minutes late for a 6 hour bus ride. The ticket said express yet we stopped 20 times. Such is life.

Организация покупки билетов без вопросов. Все идеально. Сам автобус не удался, то ли рейс поздний. В пути подзадержадся. Туалет, кондиционер. Вай-фая не было

This bus was ok. It was very busy. But was quiet fun to experience. Just make sure that you are first to get back on the bus at the rest stop! The bus conductor was very very helpful.

I give plus point to pick me up in the intersection from Pak Song (as I called them day before to pick me from there); but point minus for the rest of the service. They gave us water, but no snack (as it was advertised). When they stopped for WC pause, they stopped without informing us, so we eventually figured out ourselves that it is sort of break. No-one mentioned, how long the break gonna take, or if there will be more breaks... They have promised me me they'll call me taxi to the Phuket airport right from the intersection to the city, but they did not... they forgot to stop in that intersection at all; if not one English speaking passenger who reminded me THAT is a spot... I would have been just dropped off in the bus station, despite we agreed differently. Bus itself is average, a bit oldish but good. Service is under average, comparing with other bus rides I experienced in Thailand. Bus ticket is cheap, though. Do not expect much from this one.

Fahrt war ok, aber mit so manchen riskanten Überholmanövern....Hupen rechtfertigt anscheinend vieles. Auf der Strecke von Ranong nach Phuket (knapp 7h) nur eine Pause.

Очень довольна, что сэкономили 6250 Бад.!!!! Такси стоит 7000 Бад от Пхукета до Чумпхона. А автобус обошёлся в 750. Супперррр! Ещё и воду дали и молоко с печеньем в автобусе! Кондиционер и туалет!

A bit older bus, so comfort was a little outdated. But besides that the ride was fine.
Had some trouble with the ticket. We couldn’t transfer the mobile voucher to a busticket at the station. Maybe because it was early. The service guy in the bus didn’t understand our digital print. After checking twice and discussing with the driver he gave us a busticket.

Die online-Buchung klappte hervorragend, sogar die Platznummer hat gestimmt. Eigentlich war alles perfekt, bis auf die 1-stündige Verspätung in Phuket. Dies sollte man bei Anschlussbuchungen (speedboat, Flughafen) unbedingt berücksichtigen.

The bus smelled like feet and for the first half of the trip, they were stopping quite frequently to let other people on the bus. Those people would then stand in the middle of the isle and lean on to the people who were sitting. I get that they were just trying to make money and provide more transportation to people, but it made the trip even more uncomfortable.

Staff were rude and rechecked my ticket about 5 times over the course of the journey, waking me up to do so. It's not like I could have snuck on through a different door....
Seating plan meant that I had a bloke next to me who was pretty much spooning me for half the journey, yet the back half of the bus was empty.
Aircon unit is clearly on it's way out and sounds like a 747 is on final approach to land in the roof.
We were an hour late to our destination. I'm not bothered but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Good travel, booking online was a big help (ticket agents in Ranong spoke spotty English). Everyone was friendly and helpful, but the bus was about an hour late by the end of the trip. No big deal for us, but definitely something to be aware of if you are on a tight schedule!

Bus booked for was cancelled due to broken down bus. Had to get the bus an hour later. Journey was fine. Didn't try the toilet. Wifi on board worked well.

Lady at bus ticket counter was apparently not familiar with this online booking provider. However after some telephone calls everything got clarified. Inasmuch no special services available but paid for.

Booking was easy and the journey was fine. Only thing is need to check his timings are all up to date as we could have missed our bus but lucky we thought to check at the bus station before hand as the one hooked on 123 was a later time than the bus was actually for.
