The boat was excellent and service was good. 12go helped us to secure a place and pay with card. What we found some how uncomfortable was that there is no port at all, you get on and off the boat in the moving water. And at the arrival have to climb rocks to get to the road from the beach, with luggage and everything. I mean, they do take you to the destination land, but from the beach you're on your own!

All went very well, the crew was nice and professional. Don’t expect that this is an exclusive transportation - treat it more like a bus. Pertol smell was tough, but the trip was only about 30 minutes so it was manageable.

16.00h Departure booked, was canceled without notice. Neither at the ticket counter when I collected the boarding pass. Also 12Go could have informed me(?) Then we were put on the 16.30h boat which, again without notice, was delayed until 17.00h. Not pleasant when you have a flight to catch on the mainland. During the trip the ventilation was not working at most of the seats.

La verdad es que la empresa es inmejorable, te escriben sobre la marcha para confirmar, antes de llegar preocupados por si todo estaba bien, salida puntual, llegada en tiempo, todo más que perfecto.

Boot war super, wir haben keine 2 min gewartet und schon ging es los. Die Fahrt dauert ca 15 min. Wenn 10 Leute sich für ne Fahrt anmelden gehts sofort los. Unkomplizierter, einfach , und entspannt. Gerne wieder :)
