- 様々なチケットクラスが利用できるので、自分に最適な料金や快適レベル、移動時間、スケジュールを選択できます。
- 時間を節約するためにオンライン予約をしましょう。多くのルートで、事前予約は必須となっています。長距離の移動、祝日や大型連休およびピークシーズンなどの繁忙期の旅行は特に気を付けましょう。利用ルートが毎日限られた本数しか運航されていない場合、最低でも旅行の数日前には予約しておくことをおすすめします。
- フェリーでの移動は楽しいです。他のアングルから（この場合は水上からですが）旅行場所を眺めてみるのも良いでしょう。ほとんどの目的地は水上からも素敵に見え、素晴らしい写真を撮影する機会が持てるでしょう。

- 船酔いはフェリー旅行者が抱える一番の懸念です。移動が長くなるほど海上が荒れるので、船酔いする確率が上がります。快適な移動にするために、フェリーに乗船する30分前に船酔い薬を飲み、前述したアドバイスに従いましょう。
- フェリー旅行は天候に左右されます。雨天の場合は出発が遅れたりキャンセルになることもあります。大きな島間では、悪天候によりフェリーの乗り継ぎが数日間中止になることも稀ではありません。フェリーの後にフライトを乗り継ぐ予定がある場合、本島への到着が大幅に遅れる可能性があることを念頭に入れておかなければなりません。

Super easy to use. The WiFi doesn't work enough so don't rely on it.
Boat is nice and comfy even when the seas rock it about.
Some folks can be incredibly loud so worth having some noise cancelling headphones. You're typically also offered a small bottle of water and a wet wipe, which is nice.
You can order taxis right from getting off the boat too so make sure you have some cash on you.

The person who checked ticket on boarding was so rude. He scanned our QR and then he turned around after that he grabbed my hand and asked my QR again ( in Vietnamese of course). Obviously he had en error scanning them again. He even pushed me aside, yelling something I didn't understand. When English speaking person appeared I explained what happened, nobody apologized. The person in the entrance pushed me as well, maybe it's common behavior here in Vietnam....

The only thing I would caution you against is checking that 12GO doesn't automatically choose an insurance package for you. The insurance is half the price of the ticket and absolutely useless. I was very disappointed when I saw this automatically applied to my bill and I only noticed when they sent me the receipt so that much is on me. Ferry is cool, nothing to worry about just enjoy

Great trip, very smooth esp with the VIP seats we lashed out on, in-chair entertainment, soft drink and water, and loads of legroom. Great service - allowed us to change to an earlier ferry when we got through the border crossing earlier than expected - thanks!

Times were correct. I was upstairs. My chair was broken so took the one next to it. Luckily nobody had reserved it. Found the staff whilst I was waiting for the boat to be rude and unhelpful. As a solo, female traveller this is far from ideal. With hindsight, as I travelled from Mekong Delta to Phu Quoc, I wish I’d flown. Would have been quicker and more comfortable.

Much confusion at the ticket counter, with our tickets from 12goasia. No order to getting on ferry, motorcycles and people in same line. Getting off was not much better. Our seats were great, as we opted for vip seating. Ride to island very comfortable.

Great trip - very smooth ride and ran to time. Very comfortable seats in tourist class. Provided with 2 drinks each. The only downside was the unclean toilet with it's overflowing bin.
